They did a hell of a job! the staff was friendly and it was just a great experience all around. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. And give 10 Stars if that was a possibility.

Why this place doesnt have a 5-star rating is beyond me. They took the utmost care of my Tesla. The job quality exceeded my expectations. I hope to never need them again but if I do, theres no question that I will only go to them. I could not imagine another place doing a better job including outstanding customer service from Sarah and Sue and the highest repair quality. They showed high confidence in their work by assuring me that they do good work. Well, they didnt just talk the talk. They freaking walked the walk. And thats finishing the impeccable job one week before the predicted due date. OUTSTANDING!!

I was referred to Premier Collision by Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs and couldn’t be happier. I had an appointment to have my car looked at within 2 days of calling. Not only did Sarah inspect the damage but she and a coworker duct taped my fender so I could drive I had an estimate the next day, took it in 4 days later and it was finished inside 2 weeks. I was out of town when finished so Sarah drove my car to my house and put it in the garage. The car looks like new, you would never know it had been damaged. They are a certified Mercedes, Porsche and Tesla auto body shop. Don’t waste your time calling other repair shops- call Premier Collision, you will be glad you did! Their customer service is second to none!

Premier Collision goes above and beyond for their customers. I’ve very rarely experienced such incredible customer service and professionalism.I had an insurance job performed by Premier. While the insurance company took their time, Premier did everything they could to get my car back to me. When my battery died the day I was supposed to pick up my car, one of their employees drove from Bonita to Fort Myers just to pick up a battery so I could get my car back that day.After I picked up my car, my radio suddenly stopped working. They, again, drove from Bonita from Fort Myers to pick up my car and take it back to the shop. While they weren’t able to determine why the radio had stopped working, they drove the car to the dealership for me.I highly recommend them for any repair. (And Sara Shaw is amazing.)

My daughter was side swiped going 50 miles and hour on 41. The team at Premier Collision Repair returned my car looking like new! I had a specialized paint color which they matched it perfectly! They keep me updated on the progress of obtaining factory parts which were backordered and dealt with the insurance company directly so the restoration was seamless. Premier Collision does phenomenal work! I’m a technician at Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs and they bring me several cars a week that require updates, calibrations, or anything else that requires work to be performed at a Mercedes Benz dealership. For several years I’ve never run into a problem where they did a poor repair or used any after market parts. All their replacement parts are always OEM and their body work is outstanding. The paint matches are excelled and I’ve never had an issue with the paint work being too thick which would make the radar sensors not preform properly. All their work is superb after dealing with them for several years we’ve never had an issue with Premier’s work. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. I would 100% recommend them to everyone in swfl!

I have nothing but good things to say about this body shop, they are great at staying in touch with you, as well as your insurance on updates for your car. Being one of few authorized Tesla body shops, Premier Collision is the only one I could find within 25 miles that have factory certifications for the vehicle, as opposed to online training. This certainly made me feel a lot more at ease dropping off my car, knowing it was with the professionals, and they were in direct contact with the car manufacturer. Like I said before, they made this process of fixing a lot of damage to my car as easy as possible, talking with my appraiser, the insurance company, as well as keeping me updates for changes to services they were doing, as well as giving new estimated ETAs for pickup. Thank you to everyone at Premier for fixing my car up as good as it was before my accident!

This is the best repair shop. I have a newer model Mercedes Benz that was hit in a parking lot earlier this year and they did an outstanding job repairing it and working with the insurance company. Today my bumper came loose due to the car wash and when I went to get a quote for the repair. Matt the owner came out to look and at it. He got on the hot asphalt and crawled under the car and about 20 later he fixed it and would not take one penny.I would never use another body shop. The entire staff is super friendly.

Took forever to get it done. They kept pushing it back and pushing it back. They forgot to repair 2 minor scratches on back door that they said they would do for free and make look like new. They fixed them with a crayon. I took it just to get out of there finally. After looking it over at home I notice the gaps between the fender, hood and front end are different. No wonder AAA doesn’t recommend them. I don’t either.

My experience with Coastland Automotive Services was amazing. My new Tesla had numerous areas of rail dust stains. They meticulously removed every tiny spot. It looks immaculate! Matt and Liz were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Had my Tesla in for rear bumper repair. They appear to have done a nice job and it was returned to me in good order. The staff were courteous and friendly and took care of me in a very business like way. Certainly I would use them again but of course prefer to NOT have any further use of their services.

Kind,, competent, expedient and professional, to say the least.They put plastic covering on the seats to protect them during the work.They treated me like royalty. Offered refreshments too!Even held an umbrella over my head during the rain, and walked me to my car to show me the beautiful job they finished while I waited.This is the place for your Auto body work on any car, but especially if you are particular and want quality service and results!

Called and explained my situation, was told to come in. When I got there they had me filling Stuff out for 10 min, then had to wait for whoever was in the back to come help me for another 20 min. She then came out side and told me she can’t work on my car because I didn’t buy my spoiler from them. Just go anywhere else.

The work that was done was excellent, as usual. However, I was told the work would take 4-5 days and they had my car for ten days even though there were no complications or unexpected problems. Since we only have one car, and the the repair wasn’t covered by insurance, we had to pay for a rental car that ended up costing us almost twice the original estimate. Had we known it would take 10 days we would have made alternate transportation plans.

The staff is very professional, friendly people. They bend over backwards to make your experience a nice one, and their work is top notch. Highly recommend them to any one in need of auto services and auto body work. I am highly pleased with the workmanship on my car. They are reasonable priced especially for the quality work that they do.

We are very happy to have found Coastland Auto through Angies List. Their facility is near our home, the staff is extremely efficient and courteous, and the waiting room is comfortable and well-stocked with snacks and reading material. They have done both collision and mechanical work on our cars and all the work has been done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. We highly recommend Coastland and feel confident doing so.

I took my 2013 Mercedes in on November 8th for repair of a key job on the passengers front door. I was told it would take three days to repair. During the repair they broke a door handle and I had to purchase a pack of 4 more at a cost of about $115. On November 18th I was informed the vehicle was done. During inspection we found a significant blemish and 4 fish eyes that needed repaired. I left the vehicle and they (Matt) gave me a loaner stating that it will take three days to repair the vehicle again. On December 2nd In the afternoon I was notified the vehicle was repaired. Upon inspecting it, there were four spots that needed touched up. They made the repairs while I waited. The staff was great but the time frame was terrible. They made good on their promise to insure I was satisfied with the work.

Our brand new Mercedes GLE was damaged in a minor fender bender. Both passenger side doors scraped and dented. I wanted a MB expert and the local dealer recommended Coastland. This one is easy.....don’t take your vehicle there for any mechanical problems they don’t know how to trouble shoot. I told them that I thought it was a wheel bearing and they said nope it’s a 900.00 break job......took it to Bonita tire and auto they concluded it was front wheel bearings just like I thought ! So ya don’t go there.

I had to have some body repairs and touch ups done to my 2015 Mercedes GL450. When it was finished my suv looks as if it came off a showroom floor. I could not believe the finish and quality of the work. Matt Walker who owns this shop has an attention to detail that is second to none. Additionally, my costs for his work were very reasonable and well worth the amount considering what it looks like now. I would recommend Matt Sawyer and his support staff to anyone wanting to have high quality repair work done to their vehicle. We also own a Tesla Model S to which Matt also did repairs and that was another exceptional quality repair job!

Im not a relative or an investor. Two different cars, four years apart. Im not very knowledgable about cars - so why should you listen to me. Both times I brought along a friend, who made his living for many years as an international consultant for a major car firm. Both times he pronounced the work flawless. The prices were highly competitive, the fit and the paint were perfect. Everyone was courteous and quite professional.I would recommend this facility without hesitation.

I went to Coastland Automotive Services after reading their reviews on RepairPal. All three staff members I met were friendly and their service was amazing. They fixed my car within 10 minutes at no charge. I highly recommend anyone needing car help to go there.

Had a brand new Mercedes Benz repaired here when some joker hit me while running a stop sign. Boy was I upset.. The dealership referred Premier. These folks took charge with the insurance, and you can’t tell the car ever had a scratch! Had a couple delays, but that was insurance co. fault. 5 stars

Coastland Automotive did an excellent job on my BMW which was in a side swipe accident. Staff is very professional. facility is pleasant and clean.

Had them replace timing belt, water pump,serpentine belt on a SC430 Lexus in 2016. the work was done in a timely manner, cost reasonable and the staff was great.Had further repairs done to the Lexus in 2019. Alternator found to be bad and was replaced. Thought the charges were excessive with a diagnosis fee in addition to labor and parts cost. In addition the part cost listed on NAPA website was $100.00 less than charged on invoice. I thought perhaps the cost for the part to the repair shop would be less than that listed price to the retail customer.

Exceptional Service. I had an issue between the Gas Pedal & the Throttle Body. It was past noon when I took it in. They had the problem diagnosed by 4 PM with the part ordered and I had the car back by 4 PM the next day. I cant say enough about them.Bill H.Bonita Springs

While driving in DC, I turned into a driveway that was apparently only meant for box trucks - the slope on it was high enough that our car scraped bottom, and it pulled the front panels of the car out of place. I saw some broken plastic, and since it was my wifes car I wanted to fix it right (I was driving and wasnt hearing the end of it!) I made an appointment at Coastland and they surprised me by saying they only needed to replace a few clips - a pretty cheap repair. They ordered the clips and I went back for the work, and I sat down with a book. The repair was done in 10 minutes, but the guy in the back didnt realize I was waiting, so he washed and cleaned the interior. They realized I was there 30 min into it and asked if I was in a rush - I told them that if they wanted to clean it to go for it! They probably did a $60 detailing job on my car for a $25 repair and they were happy about doing it! Good folks!

VERY VERY BAD SHOP !!! I towed my vehicle to the shop with a fuel pump issue. I was driving down I 75 from Pasco county. Stopped at a store and the car wouldnt start. It was running excellent until I stopped at the store. Brian called me and said he had the fuel pump fixed but the car was still running bad. He said his mechanic took the distributor apart and found my rotor in bad shape. He suggested I come to the shop and see it for myself. When I get there Brian shows me a pile of plastic & says theres the rotor ! I couldnt tell what I was looking at. Obviously it needs to be replaced. So they replaced it & the cap for an additional 130 $s. Then I pick up the vehicle after I paid them & find out my a/c is not working ! I told Brian, his mechanic must have damaged it when they replaced the fuel pump. He says its an old car, it could be anything. So, I leave the vehicle there to be recharged and die installed to find any leaks. That cost me an additional 140 $s ! Now there weeks later the a/c is working fine. Without any leaks. I say they took out my Freon, & charged me to put it back in. Very unethical ! Also the rotor was recently replaced by my personal mechanic in Pasco. I also say they smashed it & then sold me a new one ! I called to speak to the owner & I was hung up on. Then I call back & was given another person to talk to. His name is Phil ! Phil says the owner is very busy and I wont get to talk to him without explaining the situation to him first. I refused & told him I will explain it to Angies list instead. I gave them a chance but got nowhere ! I thought it would be best to explain to the owner whats going on in his shop but Phil wasnt about to let that happen. I believe the owner doesnt know about his corrupt employees . Thats my opinion ! Save your money, go somewhere else.

My car was taken from Mercedes Benz dealer for a paint job because the paint has a manufacturer defect....it was the worst paint job ever. It looked like a 3 years old kid paint the car...you could see little bubbles on the paint and it looked really thick. They missed a few spots, you could see the prime on the car. I was told that they will paint the whole car, well they didnt paint the bumper. When I got the car my bumper was scratched like a cat slept on the bumper and scratched. The car has 30 miles over and the gas sensor was flashing LOW FUEL and when I send the car for paint job it has gas...I would never recommend this body shop to anyone

They are theifs they tried to charge us 3700 for a 3.5 hour repair and a 28.00 dollar part. They made us pay 875.00 ro get my truck back and they broke parts that didnt even need to be touched do notbtake your vehicle here
