This location was a life saver! Needed to move my parents out and needed a second storage last minute and they went above and beyond and found us one. The location is perfect. The storage facility is in a safe and remote part of town. If there is anything you need just ask Monica or any of the staff members who are willing to help.

These people are thieves! Owed $40 but the lady didnt tell me my things were sold until after i paid her. After i paid i asked if she could open by unit and she told me my things we sold. All my things gone. I lost everything i owned. I believe the owner or district manager is a part of the crew of people who are breaking into the units and they are telling you that your things were sold. I will never give my business to Public Storage and i have advised friends and family to not store their personal belongings at?any of these places.

I went to this location today to pay in person for my monthly bill. As soon as I walked into the office i was greeted by Ashley. She was very kind and informative of my questions i had about my bill. She also helped me set up auto pay on my account to make it easier to pay. I have always loved Public Storage and it makes me feel happy to know that people like Ashley work there to provide the best experience for their customers.

The person at the desk is a witch with an attitude. The website told us one price and then it was completely different when we got there. They want to charge you 20 dollars a lock for plug locks and they dont tell you that on the website. Also dont tell you that if you are on someone elses account they consider you an existing customer. So we were going to rent a second unit from them now we with another company down the road for half the price of the unit alone and we didnt have to buy special locks. So all in all it would be 0 stars if I was able to rate them that.

Craig, Craig, Craig.......great to work with!!!Cannot say enough about Craig. He walked me to various spots for an outside parking spot. He had none open that was large enough for my boat but said he would get back to me if one opened up. One day later he called and had one large enough for me. Craig followed through and kept me in mind just as he said he would. Craig set up a time for me to come in for the paperwork. When I came in Craig was available to complete the needed paper. He is pleasant and thoughtful. He did exactly what he said he would do and we had everything arranged in about a half hour. I am very pleased.

I lost my storage without notice and all I want out of there is my deceased sons items. I was told Oh we trashed it all. I just want to see if someone by chance looked in it and saw his items and had the heart to keep the bin with his items from the NICU and the only photos I have of him. Can someone call me if they had a heart and kept my babys items. I could care less about they Chrystal or the purses or wedding photos at this point. Hes gone and I just want his items.Thank you

Ive had 3 units from this location for almost a year. Candice is highly competent and an overall joy to work with. Ive been in and out of the facility at least 50 times and the power gate have always worked perfectly. The location is fantastic with easy access to major roads and interstates. I am very pleased overall with the value here and its made all the better with quality people like Candice.

I will never work with this company again. I was told if I vacated my storage unit by December 1st, that my balance was $0 and I owed nothing. I had my unit cleaned out November 22nd.I was never contacted saying that I owed any remaining balance. Then, nearly 2 months later, I receive a collections notice from none other than Public Storage. Although it wasnt an outstanding amount, I was still very upset to see I had money in collections. I was also upset that I was never contacted prior to even try and resolve the issue before it got worse.This place does not train their employees properly, CLEARLY. Dont waste your time unless youre also very incompetent like they are.EDIT: the reason they have all of these 5 star reviews is because they have a team follow up to bribe you and try to convince you your stance against them is wrong.
