Highly recommend! After looking around at several other stores (Mattress Firm, Ashley) we were immediately pleased with the sales person at Mattress Xperts. Mattress Firm does not serve the customer as well because of their bad return policy and re-stocking fees. At Mattress Xperts, the sales person did not pressure us and was very helpful in answering questions. We ended up with a great deal and are so happy with our new bed! The best part was that we got the bed delivered the next day even though we made the purchase around 6pm! Delivery was a breeze - the delivery guy called 20 minutes before arrival and him and his partner set up the bed in probably less than 10 minutes! Excellent service! Overall, we highly recommend.

By far the absolute worst experience with this company and more specifically the sales associate Brandon T.On 3/15/2020 my husband and I visited this location with the hopes of purchasing a mattress that would be comfortable and allow me to get a better rest as I suffer from chronic back and neck pain. We tested most of the mattresses in the store and ended up opting for the KING - medium adapt temperpedic, we were not completely sold since we had seen a different brand mattress at another location that we wanted more, so as an incentive Brandon T. offered to include the adjustable base (which ALL mattress stores offer), I mentioned to Brandon that the other store offered the free base as well so I asked Brandon to include pillows in our purchase, and he complied. We go to check out and Brandon states that the pillows available were the ones that were currently in the store (the pillows that over 1,000 customers have laid on AKA the demo pillow) I told him absolutely not acceptable, we would need NEW pillows. Brandon T agreed that we would receive NEW pillows with our delivery which was scheduled for 3/16/2020.On 3/16/2020 the mattress was delivered while my husband and I were NOT home, so my mother called me and told the delivery guy before accepting the delivery that the entire contents of purchase was not there, as the pillows we purchased were not present. The gentleman who delivered our mattress stated that Brandon would call us immediately to determine when the pillows could be delivered. I did not receive a call or acknowledgment from Brandon for over 24 hours so I called him myself after 48 hours to express that my delivery was incomplete and that the bed was giving me HORRIBLE SHOOTING PAINS down my neck and back and I was in extreme discomfort and distress as a result of this mattress and that I wanted to exchange the mattress. Brandon suggested that we give the matress one week to see if there is any improvement. I reluctantly agreed, and on the 6th day I couldnt physically bare anymore. I called the store again and spoke with Brandon who stated that they do not offer refunds of any amount and that we must wait 60 days before exchanging. He also stated that if we found something in their store that was of lesser value he would only do an even exchange, there would be NO refund at all. Which is contrary to their company policy as their company policy CLEARLY indicates they offer up to $500 in reimbursements if we are able to find a mattress for lesser value. I asked Brandon to see the policy that he described and to send me a copy of it, because I did NOT agree to or sign any documents that makes those claims, Brandon proceeded to text me a document with a forged signature that was NOT signed by me or even closely resembling my actual signature and it was NOT dated OR signed by the second party, ALL of which is REQUIRED in order to make it a legally binding document therefore making the document null and void!!!! I told Brandon that was NOT my signature and it this point he has now committed FRAUD! Brandon denies doing so and states that he has me on camera signing the paperwork, I challenged him and asked to see the video because I KNOW for 100% certainty I did NOT sign that document because when he presented it to me he did not fully read the document because he was interrupted by a phone call by one of his colleagues because he made a mistake in charging us for a different mattress so in the midst of this he was distracted then took the paperwork from me before it was ever signed. Brandon said I could not see the video yeah exactly, cause it doesnt exsist! I asked Brandon to speak with his supervisor who is allegedly named Sam as he couldnt provide Sams last name or contact information. I was very disappointed when I purchased a memory foam mattress online, and had issues sending it back. I then purchased a knock-off mattress at another large retailer who does not sell Tempur-Pedic but I was told it was the same. Though Mattress Firm was very nice, Im here to say generic mattresses are not the same!! My husband and I have slept on a Tempur-Pedic mattress for years in our northern home and we thought buying a cheaper mattress for our southern home would work and save us a ton of money but after the chiropractic visits, hip pain, and suffering from a horrible mattress there was not much of a savings. I went to Mattress Xperts store in Boca Raton last week and purchased a Tempur-Pedic Breeze mattress. This mattress is a powerhouse, it cools and relieves the pressure in my lower back. My husband loves this mattress because it keeps him cooler and helps his hip pain. The salesman was very, very patient with me and answered all of my questions truthfully and completely. The delivery went very smoothly, Vincent the delivery man was a sweetheart.This company did a great job in fulfilling their promises to me, the mattress is perfect and the delivery men were gentlemen. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.
