Months of truly amazing sleep have happened since I got my Essentia mattress. The mattress was super comfy when it arrived, and has only gotten better. It truly does conform to your sleep patterns, making for lovely nights of sleep in all types of New England weather.Ester was superb at working with me on the mattress selection. Over many phone calls, she took time to match my sleep preferences to the optimal mattress. She answered a lot of questions :) I thank her for her thoughtful work and the assistance she provided in getting me to better sleep!

I just love my new mattress! I have been following this company since I discovered them at their first Boca Raton store many years ago, in Mizner Park. At that time, we just purchased our Tempur-pedic Mattress and weren’t looking to make a change but loved the background about the Essentia mattresses and how comfortable they were. Over the years we noticed that they kept popping up so we tried the mattress at a few Wyndham hotels across the country as well as at every Vegas MGM property that had a Staywell. Honestly, I would have never been able to last during the 10+ Vegas trade shows that I do a year, without these mattresses! They are incredibly comfortable and help you to sleep so much better. They are cooler and you don’t toss and turn on them. You actually wake up feeling rested, which is not an easy thing for me to say. I get that it’s a larger investment and just so you know, it does take about 30 days to receive it, which is a long time, but its was worth it!

Shireem was extremely helpful with helping me make a decision for a new mattress. She was very good at explaining all the aspects and advantages of each model and about the Essentia product and was very patient with my taking my time trying the mattresses and coming to a decision. She was very helpful. Excellent customer service.

The mattress I purchased is outstanding and my sleep has improved dramatically. Furthermore, my wife also loves this mattress. In addition, Shireen (the showroom manager) was very helpful during the process and displayed a great deal of patience and courtesy. I highly recommend an Essentia mattress.

Havent received my mattress yet but must say that the customer service is excellent. Worked with both Freddy and Danny at Essentias 888 customer service line and both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

When we bought the mattress through the Boca Raton store, after leaving three voicemails at the store without a call back. We had to hunt them down to place our order. We were then told it would be four to six weeks for delivery. Then, we received communication that there was a delay and to be patient. Then after múltiple attempts to get an updated delivery date, all of Essencias replies have been vague and avoided committing to a date. Today marks over 9 weeks since we purchased the mattress and still do not have a delivery date. We were so excite to try this mattress yet the service has been very poor. Each time we reach out to them now vía email, they reply with vague responses about delivery yet avoid all the other points we highlight, for which we request a response. They are obviously not interested in customer service. For a Canadian brand wanting to grow within the United States, their emphasis on customer service is undervalued and they have completely missed the lesson on the lifetime value of a customer. Short sighted and have lost us.

A couple of days ago my husband and I went to the Dadeland Mall to spend the day and we where so pleased with the service provided for the friendly staff at the valet parking.The new system they implement is very convenient and efficient.The valet who toke care of,Jose S, was awesome.I highly recommend this service.
