This is my second time getting a mattress from this location. I have to say Josh was great. He took his time with me and my girlfriend as we didnt know what we really wanted. We spent about 1 1/2 hours testing the firmness we wanted then narrowing it down to the manufacture. He was thorough and provided us with more than enough information to make an informed decision on the mattress we picked.

Pretty good service. Sales rep was knowledgeable. Had protective covers for trying mattresses & pillows. Got a discount on adjustable bed & free mattress protector. Prices are extremely high though-most of the industry seems too pricey.

First impressions are very important. As I walked in Mattress Firm, I was greeted by Josh who was the salesman. He went way out of his way to show me the many quality beds that he had. He never rushed me and was very accommodating, I liked this, as when buying a bed it needs to be right as a good nights rest is very important. I went to Mattress Firm because they had the most competitive price for the type of mattress I wanted. However, I needed assistance matching the mattress to one purchased elsewhere. My salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about what I had and what I needed to buy to accomplish this goal thus making the decision easy. I was shopping for a mattress and this store was on a short list of places to purchase them. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and was impressed with the gentlemans knowledge and professionalism. I probably could have gotten the mattress a little cheaper at a wholesale store but wouldnt have gained information which made me chose a different mattress than what I was originally looking for. I feel I made an excellent choice and will definitely recommend this store to others.

My daughter asked for a firm pillow and we got home with a soft pillow. When we went back today the salesperson was rude. “That’s the pillow you tried” and my 12 year old said maybe it felt firm because it was on a firm bed. He wouldn’t let her try another pillow for the exchange, “no this is the one you tried, try it again”. He did refund our money but the attitude was not okay, we totally would’ve exchanged for a firm pillow. We also were looking to purchase a mattress in the next few weeks but won’t be back at this store.

I went to this location yesterday evening around 5pm with my partner in hopes to find our new mattress because yikes we needed to upgrade. We met with Steve, who wow, provided us with impeccable service. He asked us what our needs were, how we slept, what mattress we had now; then evaluated all of that and recommended us the medium type of mattress. We laid on a firm first because that’s what we originally thought we needed. Then a medium, then the soft to compare. He then showed us around and in total we laid on 4 different beds. He thoroughly explained each benefit of each mattress along with what type it was, what it was made of, and the differences between them. It was all stress free, pain free, we didn’t feel like we were being sold a particular mattress, he wasn’t trying to persuade us at all but it felt like he genuinely cared. There was also an awesome Memorial Day sale going on so it was a win win win. We got the perfect mattress that alleviated our pain immediately, that came with an adjustable head and foot base AND a built in massage system. Skipping over finances, it was an awesome experience. He made it friendly, we had normal conversation with him that had nothing to do with mattresses so it was really great. I’ll recommend everyone I know to Steve who needs a mattress. Thank you Steve!!!!!

I’m not a big fan of mattress firm but Anthony, my sales associate, is the reason why I purchased my mattress there. It seems they are not as big as before due to the delay of availability of my mattress. It took two weeks, which I was surprised. If it weren’t for Anthony, I would go someplace else to purchase. The five stars is purely based on his knowledge and professionalism.

I originally thought I wanted the intellibed for its cooling features, and purchased it in March, but this bed was not right for me. I tried it for a couple months, and it still wasn’t what I was looking for. Went back today and purchased the Tempurpedic breeze soft. I’m optimistic that this was the best choice for me with the comfort, support, cooling, and extra comfort features. Can’t wait until it’s delivered in a few days. Steven was great great great! I took my son to get him a mattress for his new place and we met with the manager Steven. He was so knowledgeable, welcoming and made us feel comfortable. We mentioned the fact that we wanted something that could be delivered sooner rather than later and he was able to accommodate that for us at no extra charge (Delivery is $80 no matter how big or small the purchase is). I have purchased many mattresses in my day and I must say this has to be by far the best experience I’ve had. No hassle, no pressure and you could tell they really train their people.

I had a great experience at this Mattress Firm, and was thoroughly helped by Peter. Peter guided me through several mattress choices that were within a price range that I gave, and then after we had decided on that he explained in perfect detail the process that I would be going through to get my mattress delivered. The delivery window he gave was spot on, and he even provided information to track the delivery online as it was coming. My experience at the store was quick and easy, and Peters knowledge and guidance was especially helpful throughout the entire process.

As for the bad review, that is a bank issue NOT under the stores control.If you want to know how good service is: its wonderful. The sales people are friendly and courteous. We told them our price range, asked about sales and deals. They were knowledgeable did not do high pressure sales (which is the best thing about them). We got the financing option and it was painless. I would highly recommend going there. Linda is the salesperson who showed us around, we liked her very much. Harold is a big teddy bear, and he knows his stuff.
