We came in tonight at around 7, Frank greeted us immediately and was so helpful in getting us a mattress foundation. For a tempurpedic mattress you need a certain type of foundation supposedly, so my husband and I came in with questions. frank was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable, finding us exactly what we needed.

The minute I spoke with Tim, the senior manager , I knew and felt I could trust him. I could also tell he had so much knowledge and experience that I went to a farther branch than delray beach where I live. He was so easy to talk to and do business with. I would like to share our wonderful experience in buying a mattress at Mattress Firm in Boca Raton (3320 Airport Road). They have amazing Sleep Expert - Stephanie Lopez. If you have her as your advisor, you are in good hands! This lady has a super knowledge about each mattress and can explain what is your best choice. In addition, she is so nice person and it is a pleasure to work with her. One more detail - she stayed with us for more than 1 hour after a store already closed in order to make sure that we would make a right choice. My husband and I stopped in Mattress Firm on a whim after leaving Boomers this afternoon. We’ve been on the fence about purchasing a mattress in store vs online, however, to say our experience within the store was superb would be an understatement. Rosie was extremely helpful and took extra care and time in helping us to choose a mattress. Furthermore, not only did Rosie get us into the perfect mattress the other associate (whose name I cannot remember) kept our 6 year old son occupied, he even let our son run around and help him trap a lizard that was stuck in the store which made our sons day! Overall, I highly recommend this store!

I liked the customer service because the guy was super sweet so that’s really why I’m giving it 5 stars. However, for budgeting, it seems to be kinda on the pricier side although they push the whole “more affordable mattresses!” I do understand that mattresses are a wonderful investment for those who are able to afford it. I also understand that this is a business and it’s retail so they have to make it sound like you’re getting the deal of a lifetime but I also work retail and it seemed a little more car dealership-esque to me and I didn’t like that. Again, the man that took care of us was a very very sweet man and he was just doing his job so HE gets 5 stars.

The man who helped me (I don’t remember his name, sadly) was so kind! He wasn’t a pushy salesmen, he listened when we told him what we wanted, and he found us a perfect mattress. I came into the store having an idea of what I wanted, but Robert was patient and took the time to show me other mattresses in a similar price range and comfort level. It was easy to tell he was knowledgeable and passionate about the materials in mattresses and the manufacturing process, keeping up to date with new product lines, and relating them to product quality. He ensured I had an understanding of how each type of material would affect my comfort long-term.The experience was not rushed and not pressured (unlike my first two experiences at other locations years ago) - it was easy to see that Robert simply wanted to pair me with the right mattress within my budget with my comfort in mind. The sales process was also transparent, arriving at a more than fair final price. Excellent experience at Mattress Firm bear the Boca Airport. Was treated professionally and personally given completeattention to my needs. Had done my homework and called before going to the store and couldn’t be happier with the service given to me by Tim Monroe. Went to the retail store the next day, rather than ordering the mattress on-line from the manufacturer, because of my phone experience with Tim. Although Tim was not in the store, Robert Shelby listened to me in detail and reassured me that he could jump in where Tim left off and be sure that he was rewarded accordingly. The mattress I purchased was not comfortable. Have had shoulder and neck pain the last 2 weeks. I have returned it and expecting a pick up tomorrow. The sales person I used was Timothy szafarnski and he did not tell me about the 20% restocking or the $150 pick up fee. I have left messages per phone and email with no response from him.I finally called another store and spoke with a Timothy Monroe and he was able to schedule pick up and waive some fees. Due to the vivid I really don’t think the pick up fee should of been charged.Timothy Monroe did help in a matter of an hour.We needed all this done before heading back to Michigan

Today I bought my daughter her first “big girl bed” and sales associate Robert Shelby worked with me to find the perfect bed for her. The customer service I received from him far exceeded my expectations. He was able to fully explain the differences between the different types of beds, frames, and mattress protectors all with a friendly smile and without being “pushy”. My only disappointment was that the store didn’t carry a headboard for the bed.
