We have small reach-in closets and we wanted to be more organized with our limited space. JL Closets (Jenine) gave us a quote and within a month the installer was able to complete the job in a day. Their prices fit our budget.

What can I say about JL Closets? FANTASTIC, sales/designer rep, Nicole, knew exactly what I needed & produced a great design to utilize my space. Funny how the same amount of space was used but yet I have more room. The installer, John, was excellent a great hard worker & extremely professional & pleasant to have in my home. He was fast, efficient & cleaned up after himself nicely. I highly recommend using JL Closets, you wont be disappointed ! Love my new closets and we had four of them done.

Closets turned out beautifully, design process was very thorough and professional. Hard for me to envision but the 3D renderings helped a lot.Installation was fine, although honestly the process could have been completed in one day if they had arrived earlier and stayed later than 3:00 that day (it took 2 days but the second day was only a couple of hours). In addition, one shelf did not arrive for another 3 weeks or so but final payment wasnt due until that shelf was delivered so it worked out.Overall Im very happy with closets and my closet is definitely my happy place lol.

Amazing service. Brian Tracey spent a lot of time perfecting the design until it was exactly what I wanted. The company sent someone to re-measure everything again before fabrication to make sure the design dimensions were exactly correct. Installation was done neatly & professionally, and cleaned up completely when done. The installer was pleasant and did a great job. After installation, I complained about one section that wasn’t the dimensions I agree to, and they came back the next day with new pieces in the correct size and reinstalled that section to be the exact fit I needed. Incredibly impressive experience overall & especially how they handled the change after installation.

I am very impressed with the professional service I received from the start to finish of the projects I needed done in my home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing closet work, custom pieces done in their home. I had to have a media center custom built as we have an 86inch TV and I was unable to find a one piece media center for the room. Sarah was super helpful in measuring to make sure to looked perfect and I love the finished product. I also am in love the way my closet/office came out.Again the work that was put into my new office/closet and media center was amazing and I have referred several people your way.

JL Cabinets came out and provided a design and an estimate for a closet in our home. They were very professional in their approach and the designer, Gina, was excellent in transforming our vision for the closet into a design. They sent someone to measure the area and provided a date for installation. Gina was also very accommodating and made arrangements for temporary clothing racks. She came to our new home, before it was completed, and gave us terrific storage space in a home that is much smaller than the one we left up North. I made an appointment for a consultation and 30 minutes before my appointment, the designer called me and stated, “I see that your budget is $700.” I replied, “Yes, somewhere around that.” She then tells me that their reach in closets are from $900-$1100.Your job is to come measure, design and determine how much the install will be. Not call the customer 30 mins before the appointment after waiting all week and tell them how much a closet will cost that you NEVER LOOKED AT.Spoke with the customer service manager who stated that the designer should not have done that. This company lost me as a customer.I think one star is too many stars....

From the time I called, until the closet was finished-Everything went smoothly. They helped design the perfect spot for everything and the installer was on time and thorough.

I just had my new home office built out. Kris (owner) spent a lot of time helping me design the space to make sure it maximized space both for functionality and looks. His workers were meticulous and careful. I would highly recommend this company to build out your closets or space!

We needed a hall way closet and guest bedroom closet. Sara the design specialist visited our apartment and had prices and sketches to us quickly including all the shelving needs we had requested. Their showroom was all inclusive and each piece was explained in detail and all our questions were answered The factory where the closets are manufactured is behind the showroom and it was spotless, usually a good indicator of the quality of work a company delivers.. The We are now anxiously awaiting the finished product.

Im going to have to agree with Jake who left a review here. They didnt complete the job in a manner which you expect when you are paying for a service like this. The workmanship is poor. Shelves stick out further than their walls, drywall was damaged significantly and not repaired, holes were not plastered correctly, parts came damaged that they didnt even THINK about offering to replace. When the job was done not ONE person asked me what i thought, was I happy. Not the installers, not the company, no one. Would not recommend, they just want to be in and done with you without care to quality.The installers put a good 2x3 inch hole in my wall and tried to just fill it with plaster and hide it. Seriously? I asked the guys Why wasnt I told I would need to repair all the holes, I dont even have paint ready for this and his suggestion was to just leave the damaged walls it would be hidden by the clothing. Seriously..? So all our clothing stayed on the bedroom floor for a few days until I could get in there and fix it up.At the end I had to spend time fixing their messy work and expected to walk into a closet that was FINISHED, not needing more work at the end of the job. At the very least they should have disclosed, upfront, that they dont FINISH the work and the homeowner needs to go in and repair any damage from removing what was in your closet originally.

When we decided that we wanted to have professionally installed closets in our new 3100 sq. ft. apartment, we set out to find a company to do the job. After speaking to friends and acquaintances who had recently replaced their closets, we chose several companies. Each of the companies came to our home to speak with us and to measure and give estimates. After speaking with representatives of the each company, we finally chose JL Closets. Our salesman, Lee was very professional in his presentation and was very knowledgeable about his product. Lee questioned us as to our needs, and then designed a layout for closets that specifically met our criteria. We liked that fact and were very appreciative of Lees concise and down to earth presentation of what we would need, the cost, and the estimated time to expect until completion. Our project included 2 large walk in closets, 3 smaller closets and 2 large bookshelf units for our office. We were able to go to their showroom to see samples of the closets and cabinets we would be getting. JL Closets began our project on the date that was promised. The workmen did an outstanding job with the installation. They were very respectful of our property and were pleasant to have in our home. We were absolutely amazed by their skill and by how hard they worked. The installation of our closets was completed on time and at the cost that we were quoted. There’s a saying measure twice and cut once which is what J L closet did. So they got it right the first time and the gentleman that did the installation was highly experienced and just got it done in a timely fashion. When we needed a shelf adjusted he accommodated us iand quickly made the adjustments. We’re very happy with the build out and it was done exactly how it had been planned and expected to be. We also needed an earlier install date which worked better for our schedule and they were able to accommodate us.

This company messed up the original appointment and did not keep the followup appointment despite a call from us to them to confirm the appointment, no one showed up. I cancelled another appointment to meet with this company and again no one showed, no phone call to explain. A waste of our time. Very unprofessional and accordingly too unreliable-We will go elsewhere for our custom closets.
