I went to home Depot to purchase a faucet the price was incorrect I went to the manager and I talked to one other person they both would not help me. I finally went to customer service talk to Louis Pierre. What great customer service Louis.gave me he took care of me answered all my questions and really helped me. I just moved into this area and if Louis did not help me I was never going to come back to this home Depot. I really do appreciate all of his help. Thank you thank you thank you

God Bless their patience.Unfortunately, I saw one guy running out of the store, turned out he tried stealing something but the employees caught him in the parking lot. Its sad to see people doing these things but good job to the employees for catching him.

Talk to Marv in Electrical, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. I took off 2 stars because besides Marv it is almost impossible to find anyone to help you.Its seems like they run the whole store with 5 people. It sounds super efficient but it definitely hurts the customer experience.I would never shop lift but I almost feel like I should get something for free because I am doing their work. Sooner or later they will ask you to clean the toilets if you buy something from the plumbing sectionHome Depot has so many resources, they probably figured out that the losses were more than offset by the decrease in labor cost.That being said, Home Depot would rather you steal from them then hire employees. Enjoy your free gift, or should I say compensation.

Went to purchase a combo set from Dewalt that they have 80 in stock yet no one was willing to have the pallet pulled down. Manager didn’t bother to respond or assist. Clearly the customers are last in their mind. Go to Lowe’s. Truly disappointed.

My husband and I are currently involved with remodeling our residence, and have been going to the Home Depot in Boca for essential items. Every time we have been there, the staff has been exceptional in providing help. This past time, Matt in plumbing was very nice and helpful with several issues, regarding a toilet, shower doors, shower head, and more. He spent a lot of time explaining things, just like other staff. We will definitely be back.

Had to share my single most impressive experience at this location. A gentleman by the name of Gary was doing the carts outside and was courteous and accommodated me with the cart I needed, upon leaving he said he would take the cart from me and we exchange short cordial conversation. I ordered a bed frame on sale for in-store pickup. When I arrived, after some talking with customer service, we discovered the incorrect bed frame was shipped to the store. The customer service desk arranged for the frame to be re-shipped to the store, advised me of the new pick-up date, and were apologetic. They also issued a credit for a % of the cost for the frame. Customer service reached out to me the following weekend informing me the frame arrived. I appreciated the follow-up. When I arrived to pick it up a few days later, logistics had difficulty locating the frame and I had to wait about 25 minutes. They found it eventually, and carted it out to me.I took a star off for the logistics snafus, but customer service at this location was very understanding of my frustration. They took another % off the cost of the frame when I had to wait for logistics to locate it in the back. Then followed up with me again the same day notifying me they had put the credit through. What would have been a totally frustrating experience actually getting the item turned into a situation where I felt the customer service staff and manager valued me as a customer. Would shop here again.

WORST Customer Service in 29yrs of being a Home Depot customer.My only dealings today were with the Customer Service desk to rent a truck. To start, a purple haired female employee (who wasnt even helping me) behind the desk was rude, repeatedly making loud comments about a shot, then continued on about her face mask, and was also interrupting other svc agents that were already assisting customers. Then I finally had completed my transaction and got the rental truck and quickly left the store.Upon returning the rental, Cindy was was the Service Agent to close the rental transaction. While waiting for her to complete the transaction, the purple haired lady was leaving for lunch, where she stopped in the doorway, yells back to the svc desk employees, AHH, LOOK.. IM FREE! You cant stop me! Meanwhile Cindy was complaining to another desk member. She then finally goes out to the rental truck for inspection. When she came back in, she rudely asks for a gas receipt (that I forgot to collect at the pump when refueling). I told her about the receipt incident, and was snapped back at its stamped right HERE on the paperwork! As I informed her that the courteous lady who originally rented the truck didnt inform me, due to her training another employee on the register. Cindy just shook her head.After standing in line for 30mins just to make my way to the Service Counter, to have this experience, and to be treated like THIS, I will GLADLY take my personal and professional business somewhere else! This was anything but SERVICE!

Worst Home Depot I have ever been to. I don’t know if this location took a hit during the pandemic, but hardly anyone even works there. There are no cashiers, so you’re forced to use self checkout. I ordered paint online, specifying which colors I wanted. Someone picked them up for me and when I opened the cans, none of them had been tinted. When I went to curbside pickup to get an order, I checked in online and waited for 30 minutes. When I called the store they told me “curbside pickup is down”. How hard would it be to tape up a sign so customers know this? From now on, I’ll be shopping at Lowe’s down the street.

Overall employees are ok. I would suggest taking one of the three employees doing nothing at the entrance and have them spend all of 5 minutes a week putting an ounce of effort into cleaning the restrooms that have clearly not been touched for days. Soap? Seems like a necessity during normal times but especially mid pandemic, yet there was none to be found in a working dispenser. Clean up clean up everybody clean up.

I am giving 1 star since this is the lowest score available. THEY ADVERTISE PRODUCTS AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE STORE FOR WHICH THEY HAVE NO IDEA ANYTHING REGARDING THE PRODUCT.After a few visits between my husband and I at the local Home Depot and a formal appointment with a quote requested online, which was never excecuted, we decided to go with a local shed business because any time we went to the Customer Service Desk, the garden Department and the Contractors department no one knew anything. Same thing when contacted via phone Tuff Shed no one was able to assist, no one knew what to do even after confirming that there was a pending appointment in their system. They confirmed that an appointment was scheduled but no one ever call or stop by my property. We were planning to spend a decent amount of money on a shed and even considering using our hone depot credit card. But with this situation we changed our minds.Tuff shed agents keep trying to contact us regarding the quote and the appointment but any time we tell them that the appointment was already scheduled and no one has called or showed up, they stated they were going to escalate the situation to the sales manager Anthony but even escalating the situation in multiple times for the last 4 weeks no one has call or contact us in any way.So, We just want to make people aware of this frustrating experience, and want to safe you your time and frustration visiting this Home Depot at Glades and 441 location.They do not know anything about the shed products and services offer by Home Depot and Tuff Shed, not even having a sample of their product at the main entrance. They still don’t know. When you asked for assistance regarding the product at the Costumer service desk, they raise their voice and roll their eyes, since they do not what to say and pass the ball to the Garden Department. Then the Garden Department, they said, they do not know, that I should asked at Customer Service Desk, passing the ball back. Then they sent us to the contractor area, where someone asked for my personal info and all the questions and assured me that I would get a call from the local Sales Rep who has never call.

If you want help - forget about it. The last two times I needed help it took at least 15 minutes to get it. This time I gave up after 15 minutes . As you can see the staff was very busy not helping customers during this time. I’m not picking on the folks in this picture they aren’t who I asked but it gives you an idea of what to expect... just don’t expect any courteous and cheerful help and you won’t be disappointed.🙁

I asked the wood cutter go cut me 3 pieces of wood. He tells me thats too much. I had to promise to give him cash so that he would cut 3 pieces for me. Home Depot should terminate this man with the beer belly for not doing his job properly and shaking down customers for extra cash.

As a contractor doing full remodels in the area let me just say this homedepot is a waste of time. I rather drive to lowes. The employees dont bother to help or even call someone who works in the department you need help in. All they say is either I dont have a phone to call someone or they simply say I dont work in that department and walk away. Glad to see homedepot rather pay people to stand around rather than help customers. This is why I rather buy at my home store in davie. manager needs to step up their game or get another one that actually means business and straighten out their staff.

I always enjoy going to Home Depot its like a little kid in a candy store. I enjoyed going looking at the new items 4 cell events if they got them. The only problem I had this time that I could not believe that I ran into this problem was that nobody knew or heard of Bondo which I was looking for I asked 5 people and they said theyve never heard of it so I got lucky when I asked to 6 person and they told me the same thing that they were surprised that nobody knew what it was and where it was but otherwise I enjoyed myself there.

Went yesterday, July 10th to purchase a New Toilet for Second bathroom. Danny Assisted Me with choosing the Best One. I ended up purchasing a Delta 2 piece and, Danny suggested that I purchase a better Wax Ring for the bottom of the toilet. I then went over to the Tile Section to get ideas for the Kitchen Backsplash. I picked 2 different Tiles that I liked. When I went to pay, the cashier Stephanie Assisted me and, she made sure that I received Help in someone wheeling the Toilet out and the guy lifted it into my car. I only shop at this Home Depot because I always find an associate to assist me, they are always friendly, helpful, polite, Courteous to me. I went to buy New Grill. Was assisted by Benjamin who was very helpful. I will go back to purchase bbq grill when I have the money and a friendship help

Ordered curbside pick up, noticed a couple of my stuff was cancelled. I forgot to order a few things so I looked around the store to see if the cancelled items were in stock before I checked out the items I forgot. Then I parked in curbside pick up, checked in on the app and called customer service. Customer service immediately put me on hold so I went inside to let then know. Customer service had zero customers, they were all just standing around. When I asked about the cancelled items and they said it was out of stock. I told them I checked and they were in stock, the app even said they had over 20 pieces. They apologized and said I had to get it myself. This is after I overheard an employee try to get out of getting a product that required a forklift and a lot of material handling (the store is a complete mess) by telling the customer that wasnt what she was looking for.Customer service told me I would have my pick up order in a few minutes. I waited half an hour in my truck and no progress was made.I know its the holidays, but its ridiculous.

This Home Depot at Glades Road and 441 in Boca Raton wasted my time. They couldnt get the cash register to work, and the attendant was on her cellphone the whole time, and kept leaving in the middle to speak to other people. Then she picked up a receipt out of a trash can and told me I had to go to the only live cashier in the store. It was a long line, and I had to get to another event, so I had to drop everything, and leave without making my purchase. Ive never had issues with other Home Depots, so Ill go to one that has always provided excellent service

Came here to get a couple of bundles of firewood for camping trip. Reviews online suggested these firewood bundles were better than other places such as publix, Walmart etc etc and burned better. So we went into the store and walked up and down various isles looking for the wood and couldnt find many workers probably because of covid. Usually home Depot has a million workers asking to help you. Finally we found a gentleman that was nice enough to tell us it was an aisle 53. So when we went to that area everything stopped at 49 LOL it was only then after walking up and down a couple more times that we realized it might be in the area where all the plants are etc and it was LOL anyway, for 6 bucks you cant beat a bundle of firewood that burned well just like the reviews said.

So I got in line behind a number of self centered impatient people.It was quickly Cindy in the paint Department was very knowledgeable. Bought a Weber BBQ , paid 1249.00+tax (full price).. was delivered yesterday. Didn’t make an appointment.. dropped it in front of my back yard.. no set up.. nothing..they left...The Weber BBQ arrived without the ignition mechanism.. was disturbing.. but.. no problem.. it’s Home Depot..Went to store.. customer service.. Cynthia.. Nice girl.. well .. she says.. I asked an employee or management no ID., about different colors they had for verticle blinds. His answer was no get white it goes with everything and left. Went to lowes they had some of the color I wanted and called another lowes and had the rest of the verticle I needed. I went to that store and completed my purchase. Today my boyfriend and I needed to rent a truck for a quick “down the street” movement of a TV. We decided to use a local Home Depot off of Glades road. It was easier to get the truck than the unfortunate and worst customer service we have ever encountered when returning the truck. We made sure to return the truck in time of their 75 minute timeframe but we were charged the additional service of $5 for the 15 minutes that we had waited in line to return the truck. A sales associate named Cindy was not only rude, but made the whole experience so awful we will no longer use this Home Depot and will continue our housing projects at other local Home Depot’s. I highly recommend not using their rental services after this terrible encounter.

I ordered some items online and was ready to pick them up to find out they had cancelled one of my orders, the store customer service states that they did not have the item in stock but said they had 1 in stock online. I suggest the online platform be better monitored or updates to reflect the actual stock at the store location here in boca raton. I waited for over 45 mins to get someone to come help me with cutting the wired shelving. I asked the main customer service desk to page someone numerous times but they didnt even know if someone was working in that department at that time which shows the utter disorganization and mismanagement that store suffers from. Initially, they lied saying that the person was at lunch, then bathroom break, and eventually admitted that they didnt know what was going on. After 45 mins and a few customers asking for assistance, no one showed up and we decided to leave. Looking around, I saw that I wasnt the only customer aimlessly waiting on someone to come help, despite numerous workers walking around and passing the buck.
