Wow! What a lovely experience. We ordered our glass to be installed and waited for it to come in. Once it was in we scheduled appointment two days later. Two men came as scheduled and took our doors off the hinges cut the door installed the glass and put them back! All done within maybe 2 hours. They did a lovely efficient job. Very pleased. Just had new front doors installed and they look great. Sales Rep Peter Masterjohn spent a a great deal of time reviewing options and styles in the showroom and made sure we were clear on what we were going to get once the doors were installed. He was spot on.The install team did a great job. On time, professional and knowledgeable about the de-install of the old and reinstall on the new with very little mess. They cleaned up the entire workspace and were pleasant and insured we understood the operation of the locks and next steps as to inspection. Thanks for making this painless.

These guys are awesome. I ordered Cypress Dark Coffee bean color and was short 112 feet by my miscalculation . They jumped and assisted me to receive the extra I needed in 2 days. My contractor worked on trim while we waited. Never missed a beat.Thank you guys !DRay

I ordered new front doors From First Impressions and they were recently installed by their work crew who were very professional. The crew cleaned u afterwards beautifully.The staff at First Impressions are also a group of professionals, including Pam and Peter...very knowledgeable, polite and informative.First Impressions will be installing new patio doors in a few weeks and I have been told what to expect from that installation (sawing tile, dust and the need to cover outside plants and furniture).Great team!

From start to almost finish we were very happy with the process of our purchase, the communication along the way and the quality of the product and the installation job itself...Then the frustration started...Believe it or not we spent so much money and doors and were told we had to get our own painter. Wanting to make sure after spending so much money that we asked for referrals of painters from the showroom which they provided..We chose one painter on their list and had appointment to have our beautiful doors painted..They cancelled the night before, rescheduled for two days later.....I texted and called and after more excuses..no one ever showed up... We now have beautiful new doors for a week unpainted. We called to others on the list with no success. I called first impressions and basically they were worthless and told me they could not take responsibility to find me a painter. We are saddened to say that a great experience turned into a sour one Now that they are paid in full and we have unpainted new front doors...seeking the right painter who can provide us a fully finished painted door.Bottom line is you need to be prepared to find your own painter who could spray very expensive doors at an additional cost oncw they are installed.

I love coming to first impressions because I always get the door that I want for a great price. I’ve ordered doors from other businesses and half the time they come in damaged or weeks past the deadline that they given me. I pretty much stick to buying doors only from first impressions. The sales team that they have there is one of the finest around. I’ve never had any issues with the doors coming in incorrectly from lack of experience on placing the order. Although my doors took a bit longer than first anticipated due to a manufacturer error, once installed everything was perfect and beautiful. The support along the way was really great as well.

Where to start?? Shawn (@ Boca Location), Allen (West Palm), and Jose (West Palm) have been nothing but helpful. Quick to quote and/or adjust quotes per request. We have been in business for 20+ years and I wouldnt recommend anyone or anywhere else for your door needs. After I made a mistake on an order, they allowed me to bring the door back SAME DAY, and made the necessary changes by the following afternoon. With multiple projects running its easy for little things to slip under the radar and when they do First Impressions works WITH me to fix it regardless of it being an oversight on our end. I hate making/admitting that we make mistakes here but we are all human and First Impressions takes an end of the world mistake and makes it a completely workable issue with a solution in sight.
