My husband and I recently had a fine experience with Rooms To Go, Boca Raton. We have completed a major refurbishment of our patio and herein included new sets of Lake Como dining and sitting area furniture.- Placed the order in the beg of March. Salesman Todd handled the order, he was very product knowledgeable and answered our questions well. Punctual delivery app 10 weeks later which included assembling and installation. A few glitches including non-delivery of a side table and a parasol base. - What first looked like a back-order delay of several weeks was immediately corrected by store manager Michaela. She went out of her way to correct the mistakes and next day my husband collected the missing items from show room inventory. - We are very satisfied with the service we received from Michaela and her team.

Friendly, she listened to what we were looking for, and provided us exceptional focused attention. Highly recommend this store and Grace as a Sales Design Associate.

I had an amazing experience from beginning to end with Rooms To Go Patio in Boca Raton, Florida. Our sales person, Mark, guided us to the perfect outdoor furniture set for our linae for our new house. We were shopping for Patio Furniture and came upon your Rooms to Go Patio Store in Boca Raton. Previously, we had visited your store in West Palm Beach. Upon our arrival, your Sales Person, Grace, Greeted us and gave us several options for our patio. She was a delight to work with. So friendly and knowledgeable of your products. Grace suggested several options for our 50 foot patio. In the end, we purchased an entire patio of furniture two, which included two tables, with 12 chairs, foot stool, reclining chair, recliner and side tables. Came in to purchase the Rialto 3 piece seating group, 2 ottomans and 2 armed dining chairs for extra seating. We walked into the store 15 minutes before closing and Lynne made us feel welcome. She spent the next two hours with us until we found the perfect furniture set for our family. We don’t normally give reviews, but What a pleasant experience. We were looking for patio furniture and found the perfect pieces at Rooms to go. But what made it a 5 star experience was our sales person Michaela. She went over and above to make it a very nice experience..

In June of 2017 we ordered almost $9000.00 of new furniture from Carls patio and spent an additional $400 on a stain/damage warranty from Guardian. We thought if we paid good money we would be able to have a great furniture for many years to come. The furniture was delivered a couple of weeks later and we were absolutely shocked at the condition, every single cushion was very badly stained, when I say badly, all 12 of the Sumbrella cushions had 3 stains the full width of every cushion. (see photographs) This was not new furniture and I rang the store together with emailing the head office. They apologised and said they would replace both sofas and the damaged lamp but unfortunately had no inventory at this time. In September they finally sent replacement cushions and lamp but no replacement frames, unfortunately the delivery driver spotted faults in the replacement cushions as he unwrapped them, he rang his office and arranged for yet another set of cushions to be sent. He told us to wash the frame before we put the new cushion on, I explained we already had but we would do it again. A third set of cushions finally came via the handyman from the Fort Myers store who originally delivered them to our previous address we had moved from 5 years previous (an indication of Carls patios poor organisation skills & customer service) The handyman suggested we wash the frames before putting the third set of cushions on, although we had already washed all the frames twice before we washed them thoroughly again before putting the cushions on. We are snowbirds and brought the furniture indoors a few weeks later before we left for home. On our return in April of this year we discovered that all 12 cushions had badly stained again despite being stored indoors. We rang the store manager Amy Moore, she never returned my call so I emailed her explained we had followed the frame cleaning process 3 times as per the instructions, her response was in a nutshell “clean it” with acetone, I responded that there is clearly a problem with the teak bleeding onto the cushions and her response was “if you purchase an automobile do you expect the dealer to clean the car”? I responded if a fault in the car was responsible for the stain then yes! As it happens my dealer does wash the cars it sells free of charge. I said that I was not prepared to continually clean this furniture every few weeks as was clearly the case. On 4th May 2018 Amy Moore said her district manager would call me on Monday, she didn’t say which Monday but we’ve had 3 Mondays since then and I have no missed calls and no voicemails. I also tried to claim on the Guardian warranty and they refused blaming Carls patio for selling faulty furniture. So, to sum up, spent in total $8632 on what turned out to be second hand furniture, (they still haven’t replaced the original frames) they won’t sort the problem, won’t return emails or make return phone calls, customer service is disgraceful and the products they sell is not fit for purpose. I would not recommend Carls Patio to anyone.

Michaela was very knowledgeable about all the products available. Not at all pushy. I was very impressed with her ability to discuss the options in terms of the product protection plan and delivery, overall great experience.

Excellent selections, there is even a closer store to me but The Boca Rooms To Go Patio Store is set up the best, and Michaela the store manager has excellent knowledge of all the products and suggestions are superb. She even helped me with an item from the regular rooms to go furniture store. Highly recommend both this store and Michaela the manger there!

What an incredible experience I just had today In Rooms To Go Patio with Michaela!. I am in the market for patio set and I went to all patio stores in Boca Raton. Let me tell you, nobody knows more about patio furniture, prices and competition than Michaela! I am very impressed and heading to buy from her this weekend!

Really liked this store. Went to all the patio stores in the Boca area and this place had the biggest selection. Prices were a little bit on the steep side but it seemed to be fairly well made. Salesperson said products need to be well made to endure the weather in South Florida. Purchased an outdoor dining set. The salespeople couldnt have been nicer.

We bought some really quality furniture a year ago from Carls and we love it.A week or so ago I noticed a small amount of rust developing on the frame of one of the chairs and emailed Carls a photo. Within the week they delivered a brand new replacement chair!One usually finds out what a company is really like when you have a problem: Carls came through with great no hassle service.Such a pleasure not to have to follow up and to have service on time as promised and not only when the sale is being made.

Walking into Carls Patio in Boca Raton was an amazing experience. Carls showroom display featured the kind of high end quality, design and durability we were seeking for our new Lanai. We were greeted and treated throughout the purchase process in a most professional manner by Micheala. Micheala offered to come to our home to do an assessment and space plan design for us to ensure we purchased exactly what we needed and not more. She didnt just know her products. It did not take us long to learn about her excellent design and customer interface skills. She was very patient and definitely not hard sell. She is a pro! She brought with her all of the resource materials and samples we needed to help us with our buy decision. The furniture arrived as promised and was delivered and installed by an excellent delivery team who took the time to place everything for us and with a smile. The entire experience was as good as it gets! We have been back several times since to purchase covers and other accessory items that gave us the finished look we wanted. Not only is the result great looking, but far and away, the most comfortable furniture of any supplier we surveyed.
