I felt very much at ease throughout my visit at the store. I wasn’t “jumped on” upon arrival and my sales person (John Toth) made me feel very comfortable and encouraged me to look around and that he would be available should I have any questions. Once I narrowed down my search he was eager to assist me with selections, options, etc. He was quite frank with the availability issue that all of us face and assured me that he would research what each item’s delay time would be.My whole experience was positive and I feel I was treated quite well. All details of my purchases were explained and I returned home pleased with my visit and the products.

Great shopping experience. We were greeted right away and our sales person worked with us for some time. Very patient, pleasant, helpful to make sure we got what we wanted. Cant wait to get our chairs. Sad thing is it could take up to 7 months!

Very friendly. Told us recliner we wanted was available then told us sorry it was not. We did find one we liked. Waited almost 7 months but we love it. Tuesday called customer care. Our recliner was delivered with 3 puncture holes in it. Delivery took a picture and said they would call the store. No record of them calling. Told we’d hear from someone to come look at it in 1-4 business days. We are waiting.

My experience was wonderful, Shelly was who helped me personally, however the entire staff was very friendly which made my experience very comfortable and welcoming. Shelly spent a great deal of time helping me pick out the right rocker recliner that fit my size as well as my husband’s plus helped us blend our new purchases with our existing furniture. Never pushy, yet give me several options and ideas about the furniture that I might not of ever thought of. Her wealth of knowledge of recliners, and La-z-boy’s company was impressive. I trust Shelly and the staff there that I’m purchasing an area rug to coordinate with my rocker recliner and love seat rocker recliner. Extremely pleased. Thank you Shelly and everyone there on May 3, 2021.

This has been the BEST furniture shopping experience Ive ever had! Richelle and Stephani are professional, knowledgeable of product and great to work with. They helped me put together a living room that is beautiful and inviting. Highly recommend this store and these employees.

Ordered chair in January of 2021. Was told it would arrive by mid April. April comes around with no phone calls, no emails, not even a postcard so I call them. I’m now told it’s a wait until the end of July. Fine whatever. Again, NO phone calls, NO emails, NO postcards. Now it’s the end of July, right? I have to call them AGAIN and be told it’s now pushed to September. That is now a TEN MONTH wait when even their website says 5-9 months. Offered no help, no discounts, won’t even cover shipping. If I could get my money back I would. Trash company.

Great support by store sales person on picking my chair. I am tall and it fits me well. Smooth delivery within the promised time.

Salesperson was knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful… not pushy, and we were able to find what we wanted snd hopefully get it here sooner rather than later.

Ordered furniture in November. We were told it would be 4-5 months before it would arrive. Waited until May and tried to call several times with no answer. Finally got a hold of someone the end of May. After several attempts to find our order we realized they wrote the wrong phone number in for us and our furniture had been there since March. They said they had no other way to get a hold of us because the sales person didn’t take an alternative number or an email address. They had a note in the system that said it was weird that we didn’t answer our phone. Apparently none of them have ever heard of mailing a letter since our address was listed in the sale. I don’t think the price of a stamp is too much to ask for considering the amount of money we paid for the pieces. I still gave them 4 stars because the furniture is great and the delivery team was professional and courteous. Always make sure they have multiple ways of contacting you that don’t require much effort because they are too lazy to mail a letter.

Purchased an automatic leather couch and loveseat approximately $7,000. Color beautiful on both.. Couch:Several abrasion were color was gone or discolored. Ctr corner pulled away -staples showing. Loveseat abrasions and dimple in seat. Needless to say I am not happy. Waiting to hear from store.

I was told recliner would be delivered in April. Called store 1st of April and was told it was scheduled for production in July. I’m not sure when I will receive the recliner. If I could give zero stars I would. You get 3 days from purchase to receive refund and cancel order after that your sol. There is nothing good about this experience. Knowing what I know now there would be no chance of buying from this company given the time frame involved on the sale.If you are still inclined to buy from this store don’t expect your furniture before Christmas.Update: After contacting store in July the status was moved to Sept production. The original salesman called after my update and apologized for the delay. He then offered me to come into store and either get a refund or find a comparable chair. I visited store and found a recliner with the same features in leather and selected it. This chair was higher priced than my original purchase but the price reflected the original receipt. He stated the chair would be delivered Sat July 31. The chair has been delivered, setup and no problems with it. I want to thank John at the Boardman location for his help with this purchase. I would still hesitate to purchase anything special order that is not ready for delivery.

Excellent customer service and dog friendly so I was able to bring my dog into the store while doing paperwork so he wasnt alone in the car for too long. They also just loved my dog, as an added bonus. Very good buying experience with designer who assisted with material choices and my salesperson was excellent, answering all my questions and was not pushy. If you’re going to reschedule a furniture item THREE TIMES then maybe you should offer a discount or free shipping, something due to the major inconvenience. You didn’t even reach out about the furniture, we had to be the ones to call you to question it. Horrible horrible customer service.

Very good selection, actually so many choices that it can become confusing but, the sales and management staff is very helpful in narrowing your choices based on your wants and NEEDS. They even have a computer based design center that will allow you to see the furniture in your own space and they even offer a service in which they will come out and measure and make suggestions based on your own layout.Great place to shop. Good product. You might pay a little more but great product and great warranty. Plus they have more than recliners in case you didnt know... sectionals, sleepers, tables, chairs, lamps if you are in the market or thinking about upgrading you must check it out.

We appreciated the entire purchasing process with La-Z-Boy, from entering the store to reviewing options and placing the order for our new sofa. Questions were answered promptly. The delivery was scheduled easily. The delivery people were courteous and thorough. One of the sections of our sofa arrived damaged, we’re waiting to see how this is resolved.

They were very friendly and super helpful in helping layout Our living room! We picked out some really nice comfortable sofas and they were able to help us pick out end tables and coffee tables and matching rug is actually a pleasurable experience

Quality furniture and great delivery service

I was tired of replacing our (not Lazy Boy)lower priced reclining living room furniture every 6 years. The pulls always broke within the first 2 years and the armrests were made out of wood and cardboard.I went to Lazy Boy and saw the construction and the warranties. They were honest about the lead times and the prices were better than I had anticipated.I received my 2 reclining chairs and loved them. The only issue is the color looked very different in the stores lighting so please order samples to look at in your home.I went back this week and ordered the matching sofa.

Shelly was very helpful. She explained everything to us. We thought we want fabric but she explained to us why we want leather with a dog, which I was very unsure about at first. She was patient with us. We went to another furniture store first and they just said let me know when you find something. She walked us through to make sure we got what we wanted and were happy. I had to call the next day to order the chair and stephanie was also very kind and helpful.

We made multiple trips to the showroom in making our selections with the help of very knowledgeable sales staff. We also utilized the home design services which came in very handy when seeing furniture placed in our spaces. There was no pressure and sales reps were very patient as we navigated through the process of deciding furniture and fabrics. The hardest part will be patiently awaiting the arrival of our purchase!!!

No problem with our sales person, but its absolutely outrageous to spend $7,000 on furnture & have to wait 6 months to get it. La-z- boy should feel ashamed to expect people to be o.k. with that. Im tired of hearing excuses, I guess it doesnt occur to la-z-boy to have anything on stock! My wife and I visited several furniture stores. We were greeted well at all of them. That said your store had the very best professional service. Store associates acted as a team. Once we found an outfit we were interested in they prepared a pre sale quote sheet for us as we comparison shopped. We returned the next day after making out decision to purchase the items we had originally found in your store. We again were warmly greeted and the sales associate took very great care and expertise in helping us chose coordinating materials and explaining the products, their qualities and warranties with options. The experience my wife I had with this endeavor was pleasant, comfortable and without complication or feeling pressured. A close friend of ours suggested your store and all of her compliments about your store proved to be true. I asked for a refund for two recliners that I ordered and paid for in August and was promised delivery before Thanksgiving but when mid November came, I found they weren’t available until December which was unacceptable. The manager was very pleasant and cooperative in returning my refund. I was expecting an argument and probably would never have shopped there again. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised and will continue to shop at Lazy Boy.

And informative and a pleasant visit, the sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Shelly was amazing b helping us to find the perfect chair for my husband. hes just out of the hospital, and v we might have been able to get a medical recliner, but he wouldnt be comfortable.she found one in stock that was an acceptable color, and would be delivered soon... sooner than the delay everyone is having in these pandemic times for new products.Shelly actually seemed to care about us.this was a return, and repeat buyer, so i think the store is special to us!

Danielle, the designer, was extremely helpful in fine tuning the fabric choices and look that fits my tastes and our home. It was so worth ordering our furniture to get exactly what we wanted and Danielles help and advise was just what we needed to guide and reassure us that it was going to be perfect! I think she went above and beyond when it came to customer service by making sure we understood all the parts of the chair, our choices on fabric and delivery options. she really interacted with us as customers and gave us 100% attention. this is the second purchase that my partner and I have made from this location and would definitely go back to purchase more furniture in the future. From time of order 4 month wait .. Ok a bit long but with COVID, understandable.. Couch and Ottoman Matched, Love seat was different fabric and color. People at the store seemed helpful but weeks pass then a email comes from Lazyboy wanting more information. Send that tag info, more weeks pass. Then another email they need different information... is everyone LAZY at LazyBoy?

We looked online at LazyBoy’s sofa offerings and found one that accommodated our needs. When we walked into the Boardman location, the first sofa we viewed was the model we had decided on in the material and color we wanted.We ordered this sofa and left in less than 1/2 hour. Kudos to LazyBoy Boardman!

Shelley, the store manager, was extremely helpful to us while we chose our living room furniture. She made sure to question us about all the aspects of our room, i.e. size, where windows and doors are, color of walls and carpet,etc. She took the time to show us how the furniture and pillows would look with a large screen computer image. Over all , it was a great buying experience. We went to Lazy Boy because our family room furniture bought there 23 years ago is still comfortable and in great shape.

Shopping for furniture was a pain. There are so many options, colors, patterns....what works with your room?! I had no idea. La-Z-Boy made it VERY easy. Working with Caitlin Berry was fabulous! She came out to measure my room and get an idea of the space, including my unique taste in antiques. Somehow within just a few days she put together a ROCKSTAR plan that included a completed room that not only looked good, but also fit the unique taste and feel that I loved. Well done. I would highly recommend Caitlin and her design work - very impressed!

No one greeted or acknowledged us. We were their to buy a living room set. Sales lady in front too busy talking to friend that stoped in to visit even after another sales associated told her to see what we wanted. The other sales associate was with a customer but never said someone would be with us. My friend even mentioned in front her who rudely we were being treated. Went across the street and bought a living room set and bedroom set.

John was a tremendous sales person answered all my questions and no pressure, thank goodness

The sales associates were great. The furniture is junk. I have furniture that is 17 years old that is better shape than the 5 year old furniture I bought from here. I highly recommend shopping around before buying from la z boy. The quality is about equivalent to Sams club products at 3 times the cost.

I love the sofa. The sales person was fabulous. Would definitely request her again. HOWEVER, there are issues with the corner piece of the sofa that have not been rectified. The sofa was delivered in January and we are still in the process of working through a resolution. What company worth its salt takes almost 7 months to make a customer happy. I cannot recommend lazboy.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved having a 3D model of our family room made so we could see what furniture layout best suited our space before we purchased anything. Now we can’t wait for everything to arrive!

Please if you buying something from there DONT GET THE WARRANTY because there are liars and make sure you read it and read it if you Decided you want the warranty. Ill not recommend this place for anyone.

Every associate was invested in me and really cared about making me feel comfortable about my choices. The design team was fantastic and helped me pick out some beautiful fabrics for the sofa and a few sets of pillows. Can’t wait for my new furniture to get here!

Their quality is unmistakable from fit to finish.We purchased two recliners to replace ones that lasted only four years due to poor quality fabrics and materials. I know from previous experience that our new La Z Boy furniture will far outlast our old chairs and sofa.We are now waiting eagerly for our order to be built and delivered to our home.

My salesperson was Megan. She made this experience of buying new furniture actually pleasant. Was very informative regarding the products, and was able to show me on the computer what the material would look like on the chair I was ordering. She took her time, I never felt rushed and would definitely give her an excellent review. However, as for Lazy Boy Corporate, I truly do not believe I was being charged a delivery fee owing to the fact that we live within a four mile radius. I was not informed of this until the final billing . Even Sheely’s , your competitor, which is seven miles from my house did not charge me any delivery fee . I did purchase a recliner there .

I recently purchased a sofa and love seat from La-z-boy in Boardman Ohio. Every single salesperson was wonderfully helpful and patient with me. I came in numerous times to get prices on various pieces. The manager of the store was also very helpful and friendly, and I appreciated their no pressure approach.My only complaint is the price of customizing the color of your furniture if it doesn’t come in the color that you are looking for. They are more expensive to customize than any other furniture store I visited. I thought that their furniture was the most comfortable though, so I just bought it in one of the colors it came in because I couldn’t justify the price to change it.

Redoing my great room was made so easy for me. Love the designs picked for me. Never felt pressured and was given all the time I needed. Very relaxed atmosphere from the sales staff, Shelley, and the design staff, Caitlin. Loved everything about my experience.
