First time being at Target in Boardman OH, it was very clean, everyone was very nice and helpful! I was picking up an online order waiting in line and a nice young man came over to ask if we were picking up an order, he got it and we were out of the line in less then 10 min! Very pleasant experience.

Although some of the shelves were bare, I was able to find everything I wanted at great prices.

This and every Target I have been to continue to have the dirtiest restrooms Ive ever seen in any department store. There is fecal matter, urine, hair, used toilet tissue and paper towels every single time I go inside. Its gross, especially during a time when stores brag about extra cleaning measures.

I love all your employees at your pick up desk. So kind and helpful. I call them my kids.

I love target honestly its a peaceful experience everytime I go to target. Wish my area had a 24 hour target. Keep it up target.

Target has provided THE best in-class curbside pick-up experience since the pandemic began and I hope that you continue it as a permanent business practice. I am not pleased to write a report like this but its a must! Today me and my family, who are African American, has experienced an act of mistreatment to us. We were not greeted equally as weve witnessed the greeter show customer appreciation to others than us. This happened at approximately 2:30 pm. My family has been frequent customers for many years at this location, but no more! If we cannot be greeted equally as a family, as we have seen the greeter do with others, then you will not have us as a customer. Very Disappointing!

Walked in to buy some magic the gathering boosters. Didnt see any signs and was stopped by security at checkout and told I couldnt. Thanks for making me embarrassed and feel like a criminal.

I went to electronics to find a printer since, I returned one that did not work and no one I approached would help me see If any was in stock. Customer service was fine, just not other staff.

You were the only one to have the canning supplies available in your store, everyone else was sold out because they did not order enough.

Lines are too long. Too many times Ive seen the line going past the pharmacy and end up walking out with nothing. You usually dont have to deal with that at the nearby walmart.

When I got in line it was almost clear back to where the grocery area. However the staff member who was running the line got everyone in and out in a quick time. I was so impressed on how fast she kept the lines moving. I wish more people and stores would do that and have as many lanes open as the store did.

In general I love Target, but this particular store I am not fond of. Its the closest one to me so I shop at it often out of convenience, but this store (Boardman, OH location) could really use some cosmetic updates.The store feels tired, despite the fact the merchandise is appealing. The bathrooms (at least the womens restroom) are filthy. The fixtures in the bathrooms (toilets, sinks, etc) are in obvious need of repair and/or replacement. Almost every time Ive been in this bathroom there is trash on the floor and smears on the floor (or even toilets). The hooks in some of the stalls are broken.Also to note, and Im not sure if this happens at other Target stores, but beware of the sale price tags on merchandise. On more than one occasion Ive found sale tags with WORSE prices than the regular price, and registers not ringing up the tagged prices. Check your receipts.That being said, all the employees and guest services personel are super friendly and helpful. Ive never had complaint in that regard.

On vacation came to this target. I was satisfied to a T.The African American gal I believe her name was chaslyn at the cellular counter was really helpful at the store. She was very patient helped me with unlocking my phone two nights ago. I never had a better experience. If I ever come back through this will be the store I stop at.

Use curbside.....before Christmas.... especially if coming in for a few items....the holiday line is not only to grocery but extended to back right corner of store at Christmas items. This is a problem every year.... surprised management cant put in more temporary check out lanes. This is lost business. Same time period in and out of walmart

I love Target, I could literally live here. It has everything you need, clothes, food, things to decorate your home. It has all basic necessities. Honestly this is the only store I buy things from. I just bought a Star Wars pillowcase from here and let me tell you; it was the best experience of my life when I slept on it. Everything that I buy from here is truly a gift whether its for me or for someone else. :) I am in love with this store.

Great customer service

Love this store. I normally use the curbside pick up option to avoid the crowds on the weekends. They have the fastest order turn around Ive ever experienced. My orders are almost always ready within an hour of placing it, regardless of how big it is. And the app always has great deals and even gift card promotions. When i do visit the store, its clean and everything is easy to find. Probably the only thing i can say i dislike are how long the lines are on the weekends, but thats no fault of theirs. All the registers are always open, its just a busy place.

Just had the most horrible experience here and I will not give them my business anymore. I walked out upset and almost in tears angry and my kids are all upset as well. Where has the customer service gone I used to love coming here.

Come on you should be allowed to buy more than two packs of football cards. Thats like 10 bucks. Just because I can afford more than others doesnt mean it I shouldnt be able to buy sports cards. And its not cuz of the Rona, because these are non-essential items. I dont understand why I cant buy it a couple packs.

My daughter went to pick up a fridge. It wouldnt fit in her car. The customer service rep and the manager were not helpful nor understanding. They were more concerned with their policies than they were with helping my daughter. She couldnt take the fridge, they werent going to let her leave it there. They wouldnt allow a return, my daughter had no idea what to do. She is at school, 5 hours away from us without family members to assist, and the Target staff was not considerate. Then they suggested that the card holder would have to be present for the return. The purchase of the fridge online was supposed to be a convenient way for me to get my daughter a fridge for school. The manager eventually allowed her to leave the fridge there so that she could find help on campus to get the fridge, but this was after much convincing on my daughters part. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.

Selection and price. Target has a great selection of pretty much everything and i think this is a reasonably priced store.

Fast ,easy and friendly staff. It is so easy to just order online and pick ot up within 2 hrs. I have infant twins. It is hard bringing them in and out the store shopping. So I just order what I want within 5 min or less. I am out of the store and everything in tow. Plus the staff there are super friendly.

Prices are reasonable and easy to find items. Quality of items are great. Customer service is great. So with everything great why wouldnt I love target?

Went to the electronics department. Young kid was the only person working. I asked a simple question of him. He was clueless. He stated “ I really don’t know anything about this dept.”. WTH was he working there? Just earning a paycheck for doing nothing! He could have cared less. Back in the day everyone knew their department. They were glad to help you. On a weekend when it’s busiest they only had a about 4 clueless people working the floor. Target should be ashamed of themselves. Second rate store with third rate employees. Makes Walmart look like Hollywood and Vine!!! This is what shopping has come to.

I love that the app now allows for mobile orders! It super easy to place the order on the app and the moment you pull into the mobile pick up spot the store employee is running out of the store with your order! I highly recommend the app and this target location!

Needed a couple of pet leashes. Was a quick find near the front door. The self checkouts either need to limit quantity of items or increase the # of self check outs. 2 had issues stood in line at least t minutes or more to check out 2 items.

The pickup for online ordering is very smooth. There is always at least a 5 minute wait though. The Target website seems to always lag.

We went to target in boardman oh. last night for a fairly large order about 25 items for some reason they refused to open a check out only had self check open even though there was a line and they had someone standing there watching the self check when she could have opened a regular check out , wal mart is starting to look pretty good

This review is more for the management who overseeing staffing at the Starbucks. In the past year I’ve stopped at that Starbucks more time than I would like to admit and every single time (even at Christmas) there is ONE person working. That’s ONE person to take the order, complete the transaction, make the drink and refill anything that he/she runs out of. I’ve been there at various time of the day and always ONE person. I used to work at SB at the Target store in Stow and they never had less than two people working. I feel bad for this ONE person because the line will back up (& I’ve never heard anyone get upset with the person working), but the poor worker is just so frazzled. Come on Target - figure it out!

Always clean, helpful staff, easy to find stuff that I am interested in.

This Target badly need a renovation, which it looks like they are currently doing. Looks pretty old and run down inside and it doesnt look like they have as much product as other targets. Im sure after the renovation it will be much better. The lady at the exchange counter was happy to help with my return.

This particular Target is one of the worst Targets I have shopped at. Often the store is low on or dont have any carts available, especially double carts. With two kids this is imperative for all of us to remain sane and make it more than 2 minutes in the store. Ive had to wait several minutes for a cart before which is unacceptable. EVERY time I have been in the store there has been pallets of stock blocking aisles in the baby section making it difficult to impossible to get through. Last, on this particular trip the cashier refused to let me use a coupon. I had purchased 3 toothpastes. I had a coupon for each (2 paper coupons and 1 from your app and they were all the identical coupon). I wanted to use one coupon per item and he refused!!!!! I was in shock that he would do that saying I could only use one coupon for the entire purchase when both the one on the app and my one paper copy would be working. It wasnt worth the fight with two kids and only two lines open. I am saddened by this Target. It has not met my expectations for what I have come to associate Target with. On a positive note, my interactions with associates on the floor have all been positive and helpful.

This is one of my favorite Targets to visit. Its extremely clean, the selection is great, and its an overall pleasant experience. The only reason I gave it a four is because of some of the cashiers attitudes. Dont get me wrong, many of the cashiers are fantastic; however, Ive had a few bad experiences. Just last night, I had a cashier ask me to Do her a favor and push her empty cart from her register to the door. This to me was a little strange, but over all, historically I have enjoyed this store.

Mandi helped me find products, checked prices for me and showed me how to use Cartwheel. There was no waiting in line and the cashier also was very kind and attentive, helping me with my Cartwheel Wallet as it was my first time using it. 5 stars out of 5 for sure!!

Love target ...much better laid out than Walmart

Not enough check out lines were open. I used the self service kiosk and had to summon help three times. Only one crew member working the self service and helping with the registers so she was running like crazy.

I absolutely love the employees and all they do, so this is not in reference to them.THEY get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!That being said, why are you becoming Walmart? Every single time I go theres stuff in every aisle. I could barely get through electronics, books, even school supplies, because you have huge pallets of everything everywhere. I used to work at Target; what happened to stocking and replenishing in the early morning?Between screaming children that can be heard accross the entire store, to long lines, I had to walk out today and not even spend money on what I wanted.Seriously, please clean up.... The thing I used to love was how CLEAN and neat Target was......

My 5 Star rating pertains to the STARBUCKS inside the store. This is the best one on this side of town. I litterally HATE the stand alone Starbucks up the road. I always get good service and the baristas are super knowledgeable about what theyre doing. Need I say more.

I have shopped in the store, ordered online for in store pick up and ordered on line for drive up service. The store is neat and clean. The associates are always helpful.

Easy to find products and to order online and quick in store pick up

This target is pretty good. Sometimes during seasonal transitions the store becomes messy. I presume it is due to low staffing which is the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5. They need more cashiers. The Starbucks located inside is small so they run out of items frequently. The usually are well organized ansnyhier staff is always polite and makes my daughter smile with a sticker. I love target so this one is a good one!

So much more organized and cleanly than Boardmans WalMart! Lower prices than Giant Eagle. And the staff here is even polite and helpful. They send pretty decent coupons in the mail and through Cartwheel. The only think missing is beer and wine sales. Definitely the best option for one stop shopping in Boardman.
