They have a very large selection of everything. I personally dont like the layout of the store. To me it is just not a friendly floor plan. Poor setup for parking, checkout and finding the things you need for a quick stop and checkout.

This was the poorest shopping experience I can recall. Honestly 2 is generous! My son and I went to get some sturdy but flexible wire for his project. We found some in a stand up rack that someone went through a lot of trouble too bend it enough to get in the multi slotted rack that stood up and really bend it too get under the shelf above it. 1 bundle was banded together about 40 pieces there were also a small 8-10 pieces and loose individual pieces. There was no price and it took a while to get the associate to come to answer us. He said he didnt know but it didnt belong there and would have walked away. We got his attention asking where wires like that would be replied he didnt know, asked was there a place rolls or longer strands that would be cut. He sent us too coated electrical wire totally different than what we showed him and wanted. Too much to give it all. 42 minutes later at least 8 employees including supervisors mostly I dont know never seen it before. 1 cashier at the help desk who was not our assistant finally walked away returned saying she found it and gave the price. All the others and supervisors simply walked away stating they didnt know. No apologies no sorry for the time to get an answer and the seemingly I dont care attitude, except the cashier at help desk. Horrible horrible experience , completely unprofessional!

Staff was pleasant and accommodating at this Boardman, Ohio store. Order was packaged the best Ive seen for flooring. Care and thought was certainly part of the staff personnel that worked on order.

Webt to home depot on southern blvd in boardman with my husband to get a cordless blower. The one on the shelf was in a damaged box so Malcolm from tool dept spotted one on very top shelf and he said he would get a lift and get box down. He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. Malcolm is an asset to home depot abd I hope they appreciate what an excellent employee he us. I know we do.

Normally love HD but today went to self checkout since they only had 1 register open. Put a legal tender $100 bill in the machine and wouldn’t take it. The cashier supervisor said if the machine won’t take it (it was in perfect condition) they couldn’t accept it. What????? It accepted the first $100 bill. They don’t even mark them with a pen. Lowe’s, here we come!!

Its a home Depot. Also they need a little more help for customers to get an employee to help them instead of searching for one throughout the whole store. Other than that, I will always shop here. I shop here so much I should probably sponsor the place

I placed an order online to rent a wet/dry vac and put the deposit of $25 on it. I decided I was going to buy one instead and called to cancel the rental. I was on hold for over 12 minutes and was picked up and put back into the que atleast 6 times. Finally someone answered and I told the guy I wanted to cancel the rental. He said he would take care of it. I said, would you like to know my name? He seemed surprised by that. Lol After all that I am going Lowes to purchase my wet/dry vacuum.

I wandered into the lawn mower area and Tony was a great help from helping me choose to directing me to Will who helped me apply for a Home Depot Card. Tony then got a cart loaded my new Lawnmower then took it and me to Debbie who charged my new mower on my new card with a discount. The big box stores were hurt by covid-19, and I really dont believe that their level of customer service will rise again to where it had one been. Ill go there again out of necessity, but I would much prefer to deal with a smaller business. Originally, home Depot was a place to get almost anything you need for your project at prices that were competitive with smaller retailers, but I dont think thats any longer the case.

How I love this place! I have had 4 different floors done with no issues!

Went in looking for an upgrade to my fridge. The price was great as they were running a sale, ended up buying more. The customer service in appliances was second to none (Jerry J.) store was clean and tidy.

Love our Home Depot! The lady cashier that was working out in the garden center yesterday around 1:30 was amazing! She was so helpful, kind and interacted with my grandsons which was so awesome to see!🥰. Need more of her definitely!

I had to walk quite a way to find what I was looking for. I asked the guy in the paint dept, he sent me to the wrong place! Then found another employee who took me to what I was looking for. Went to check out, one cashier with a long line, self checkouts were all open! They did have what I wanted but will not go back! The employees have no clue where things are and wont go where there are more self checkouts than cashiers!

A great store. Unless Im looking for a very specific item, HD is normally a good source. If I have any issue it is what is on the website may not be carried in the store. I would love it if they could bring Sunex tools to the floor.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I took the time to research dryers at the Boardman Ohio location. Website said they had in stock. It was a lie & a scam to get you in the store. They had none of any brand in stock. Would have to order & it would take at least 19 days. My time is important too. Wasted my time by purposely deceiving customers as to their inventory.

Dont buy fiskers lawn equipment ,hedge trimmer at about $30 broke handle on first cut buy 60+ year old man this is the third and last one that Ill buy, wish I kept the receipt on the first two. But that was six months ago at the end of the season , didnt need them over the winter much, days lifetime warranty, company says not really

This homedepit has been good for quick parts for my cabinetry and for plants have had no issues .

The clerk at the paint department was very helpful she got me just when I needed put it in my bag about buggy for me and told me to ask at the desk for somebody to help me take it out would be nice if everybody was so friendly it made my day

Went to your store to purchase a number of items from your garden center on 4/8.First issue was the amount of freight on pallets throughout the garden center which made navigating through it very difficult. Not to mention the clear safety issues which I would suggest you address with a sense of urgency. The second experience I incountered was with one of the associates. I had what I thought was a simple question about weed killer. The gentleman walked by and said he was helping another customer and it would be a good while??? Ok I can except that to a certain extent but he could have possibly had another associate come to assist me??? This was just flat out unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me I have been in the retail environment for 35 plus years in management. If this is acceptable to management then I feel for you at the management level. I also understand the power of word of mouth. I will share my experience will everyone I can. First time home depot shopper, ordereda Dewalt drill online because they had the best deal. My order was picked and ready in less than an hour which was great! But when I went to do the curbside pick up the page wouldnt load to let them know I was there. I waited 20mins refreshed the page and started it over a few times. Still no go. So I get my four year old out of her cars seat go inside try to get help but the woman at the pick up desk kept attending to the customers that were behind me in line. Mind you Ive never been to this store and I am new to the area. Finally I had to but in on another person to just ask where to get my order. Needless to say I wasnt happy to be passed by two times by the same attendant. I will not be back. If didnt need this drill asap I would have canceled my order and lefr

This place is like a toy store for contractors, homeowners, people needing tools for small or big repairs and DIY. It really is the hub for everyday things in a home. There are tools even for beginners that are trying to fix something quick and that is not hard to do in the home. There is many products that you need to function in your home day to day.

So helpful. Two different strangers even helped me open my hood to refill the RainX De-Icer I bought for a reasonable price $3.47 or something. Employees were friendly and helpful. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Appreciated that they didnt price gouge due to this ice storm we just had.

One is to high when it comes to getting help in this store. Ask for help and it never comes… this happened on more than on occasion.

Selection and inventory at this store is usually very good, and I have a lot better times interacting with employees and customer service desk here than the Local Lowes just down the street. Definitely appreciate the help I get from here!

Went to see what kind of deals on kitchen appliance bundles and the only brand they were running a deal with, they didnt have in stock till 2-3 months out. How do u run a bundlespecial and not have an over abundance in stock or at the very least in your wearhouses. Very disappointed Home Depot.

They have everything, yes~ but this particular location seems to have floor workers that dont really pay attention to you. Ive been lost in the numerous times looking for assistance and couldnt find anyone but a cashier. The cashiers are always very friendly and helpful though. Store is always very clean.

They had one person on a checkout lane with a long line of customers waiting to check out, while at least three other associates stood at the self-check out doing nothing because there were NO custimers o or there.

I had a curbside pickup. After 10 minutes of trying to use the app -it was keep crushing when I was trying to add the color of the car, I went inside and explain that. The sale associate asked another coworker to check if any car was parked in the spot of the curbside pickup. The coworker came back saying : a car is parked there but is no one inside I said because I am here I was feeling like I was in a surreal stupid video. On top of everything I had to show my ID, the order number from my phone was not enough. made me feel like a thief. if you are in a hurry do not use the CURBSIDE PICKUP.

Entered store to rent a piece of equipment. Employee says he’s sorry but a guy on phone just reserved it. Ok fine. We would like to reserve it for tomorrow. Employee says “no, we don’t take reservations” But you just took one on the phone while we were standing there. “ I don’t usually do that” he says.We leave, without our equipment. Way to go Home Depot. Great customer service.

All workers are wearing masks and limiting the number of people in the store very efficiently. The line moves pretty quick to get in and most people were respectful of social distancing. Weather you believe in it or not, it is nice to see people all getting along and working together here.

In store help is awesome. But when you try and call they repeatedly answer say not one word and place right back on hold for 10-20 minutes at a time. The wait doesnt bother me as much as they dont even say a word before placing me on hold. This needs addressed.

The store is getting better at being cleaner and more organized. One thing I love is that they are pet-friendly! The staff is super friendly, especially when you have a pet. 😁 Can usually find what we need here for a good price.

Drove 45 minutes from Beaver, PA to pick up a product I was told by an employee at this location was in stock. Turnpike tolls, gas and time all wasted. I asked a store employee if maybe they had the product I was looking for (Cabinet Transformation Kit) in the back or up on a shelf. The employee said their inventory system said they did have one, but said it was probably an error. An hour and a half round trip made over an employee error. I’ll avoid Home Depot if I can in the future based off of this experience and how difficult it is to business with them.

We had to reevaluate floor planks. Didnt have enough of the ones we were looking for. We drove to another location showing that they had the floor.....but nowhere to be found. Changed color then not enough quarter round. But little by little it is coming together
