If I could rate his Best Buy a zero I would. Walked around the whole store and not a SINGLE person walked up to us. Every worker was just on their phones or talking to another coworker. Came in for an Apple Watch no one in mobile helped. Had questions about a TV and no one helped us there either. Disgusting.

This place is not taking phone calls which upset me, and I had to drive to the store. I was very pleased when I got there. I was greeted and helped by a very nice and friendly face. I was directed to an area where more friendly staff greeted me and immediately assisted me with my questions. I Purchased a Dell all in one desktop PC. After leaving I started to wonder if I made a good purchase. I thought maybe somehow maybe I over paid. I went on the internet to see if I made a good decision on my purchase of $1,600 with a yr of Geek Squad help. I was AMAZED to see the same PC selling for $2k - $3k. I am even MORE grateful I stopped in and pleased about my purchase. Thank you Best Buy 🥰❤️

My husband and I bought two brand new phones from the AT&T rep Antonio, not only did he screw us over by selling us a phone that wasn’t a promotional phone (he told us it was) which cost us over $700 but then he admitted his mistake to us and denied it in front of his manger. The manager was horrible too, basically called us liars about this mistakes about his employee. He lied for months saying he was going to help fix the mistake HE made, and then ended up doing nothing. I wish we would have just went to the AT&T store in the first place, the employees in there are much more knowledgeable and have said they handle so many cases from customers at Best Buy that have been messed up. Don’t waste your time or money, we are still having problems from them over a year later and it’s still costing us money.

Found exactly what I was looking for ( an electric dryer and chest freezer) at better prices, better availability, less charges and a quicker delivery time!! They told me they had a product in stock, I went out there to purchase it and they didnt have it but they can order it. So I ordered what I wanted only to find out it wasnt what I ordered so now I make trip 3 without what I originally asked for over the phone. Truthfully disappointed with the ordeal.

My son broke the screen on his Apple Watch. I called and sat on hold last night. You cant reach anyone in the store directly. When I spoke with someone, they let me know we have Apple Care on the watch and verified the purchase date. The representative instructed me to bring the watch in to the store and they will look at it and likely exchange it. So we drive to the store today. They wont see us without an appointment. This was not mentioned when I called. There was no one waiting for the Geek Squad. First appointment isnt until tomorrow at 4:20. I had an appointment for services a month ago and there were 4 geek squad members seeing clients the whole time. Today - one person was with someone. No one else was there. The watch just needs to be replaced. But we have to go back on Friday as this is the first time they have an appointment I can make. No one at the store cared that I called and was not told I needed an appointment. So I called back to the main number back from the parking lot and that representative didnt care either. There were maybe 9 cars in the parking lot on a Tuesday at 3:45, but no one can take the 10 minutes needed to assist us. And I paid for a year of Geek Squad coverage, I am an elite member and there was Apple Care on the watch. If I didnt call, then it would be my bad. But I did call and did what I was instructed to do. Which means I need to find a different store to purchase all of my electronics from in the future. Because we are done with Best Buy. (And I cant even email corporate with my complaint - because they dont provide an email! You have to call. And that obviously doesnt work. THEY DONT CARE!) I am left to leave one star reviews as my recourse and of course, stopping shopping at Best Buy.

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I bought a open box Samsung family hub fridge from them. Got it delivered yesterday 2/25/2021. After a few house I realized it wasn’t running. Everything worked but it wouldn’t cool. I drove there and talked to them about it. Went home tried what they said left it plugged in overnight. Still nothing. Went back today to tell them and not only did they exchange it but went above and beyond to do it! Very very happy and A++++++ customer service! I can’t remember his name but the manger in the appliance part is 100% the best there is! I NEVER leave reviews but this had to be shared! I will never hug a appliance from anyone else!

Good old clean brick and mortar location we should all help keep in business so we dont end up with shipping options only online without an easy way to return something or speak to a human being when needing to ask a question. Some of their staff is a little dismissive as if theyve got better things to do, but some are very friendly and helpful, as is any retail place you go.

Staff are so nice and very knowledgeable about their products. You can always find a staff member because they come right up to you and ask if you need help. Unlike some other multi-million dollar businesses that wont add extra staff because it costs too much. Best Buy is top notch!

The people at the store are great and helpful. But they sold me a 1400 laptop that wouldnt do what they said it would. So I tried to call them to find out why and they referred me to the Geek squad. They are an absolute nightmare its people that have no idea what they are doing reading from a screen and can barely do that right if you plan to buy a pc from them you better hope it works. After I went through 5 agents they said bring the laptop back and if we can figure it out in 20 minutes its free. So basically the laptop they sold me they wont fix if it cant be fixed in 20 minutes.

What a pleasant experience. My wife and I stopped at the Boardman store Monday morning at 10 AM (best time to avoid crowds). We were waited on by NICK. I was interested in a Great Call Flip Phone to replace my older Samsung Flip Phone. Nick handled the changeover for us perfectly. it would have taken hours - maybe even days for us to handle from home.! Nick was very patient, accurate, prompt, and very knowledgeable. I was able to keep my previous phone number (yea) and it was working on the new phone immediately. When it comes to cell phones, Best Buy has the best in-stock selection. And best of all, no pressure. Thanks Best Buy in Boardman. Best Buy gets 5 Stars - Nick gets 10 Stars!.

Went there to buy a computer and two different individuals came over to help and were extremely informative. I dont know anything about computers aside from what I want to use them for. These guys were not going to let me leave without the right computer. In todays day and age Ive become accustomed to terrible customer service and having to do most of the legwork on my own. I didnt catch their names but you guys really struck gold when you hired those two!

Came here to buy an mmorpg gaming mouse plus a mechanical keyboard to go with it. Spent less than 160 with taxes. Easy trip, would definitely return. Staff at the door was helpful and guided me in the right direction as I entered. If you need pc gaming supplies this place has it all. They also have a reward card system that I signed up for a few years ago that I know nothing about. I should find out, I bet if you called they could explain it.

I was looking to buy a portable c.d. player they only had a small collection to choose from (4 or 5) I wanted one with a remote control the guy helping me showed one and said it came with remote control so I said I would take it when I got home I discovered there was no remote I blame myself for not paying enough attention to what he was showing me instead of a remote control it was a picture of a smart phone that. I would need to control the music after hooking it up to bluetooth l have a smart phone but I know nothing about bluetooth so now I have to go to the trouble of returning it and getting a refund... I have no interest in bluetooth so Im very disappointed

Came into the Boardman location to buy 6-$400 computer monitors for my office. Was greeted at the door; however stood by the monitors waiting for assistance and at least 3 employees walked past me multiple times without acknowledging me. I’m sure they wouldn’t have appreciated me getting on their ladder and getting the monitors down myself. This staff is more interested in avoiding customers in lieu of helping them. Use the app - you’ll get better customer service. I went to the Niles location and was greeted and helped in less than 2 minutes. Unless you know exactly what you want and where it is, you’ll be avoided or at the very least neglected for a significant amount of time at the Boardman location.

Fantastic location and fair prices!! The wife and I were able to grab a new Samsung (Harden Kardon HW-Q70R) originally priced at $799.99 and was able to grab it up for 219.99!!!. Now this one is definitely one of there higher end models. Just know that there are much more affordable choice when it comes to soundbars and enhancing your movie/ Theatrical experience! This one also came with a large 8wireless subwoofer aswell ( NOTE:.most cheaper models dont). Mind you ours is a 3.1 which means as follows......the 3 stands for one center speaker and two front speakers left&right and the .1 represents the subwoofer. Now to have a true surround sound stereo you must have a minimum of atleast a 5.1 stereo. They do sell some even higher end models that come complete as a 5.1 or higher like the Nakamichi Shockwave 9.2 4-channel $1399.99. But being this was going to be our first sound bar and I was budgeting i opted for the middle of the road. We did buy this model blind and not checking any prior reviews but to our surprise I made an excellent choice as it was one of the best highly rated ones in the 2019 fiscal year:). So after doing some digging we found out that Samsung offers the wireless surround sound speakers (SWA-8500S) as an ad-on option (sold individually). Whats nice about these is you can be fully immersed into your movies with FULL SURROUND SOUND and pick up all the little background noises that the soundbar by itself just cant do alone. We were also able to pick a set of these up as an open-boxed item for only $77.99 when originally priced at $129.99.The BEST thing is that these also will connect wirelessly to your soundbar (certain Samsung models ONLY) and be super easy to put up. The wife and I took the extra step and picked up a set of Rocketfish Speaker Mounts to hold up our rear surround speakers $24.99. Whats nice about these is they are on a moveable elbow to be multi-directional. This allows you to position your rear speakers in any way you choose depending on your certain listening position. So now with all that said we now have turned our bedroom movie experience from a 3.1 into a true 5.1 full surround sound experience! Keep in mind i am an audiophile and have what is known as a full component stereo system 9.2 as our main entertainment in the family room. Overall very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend you check them out if you ever find yourself needing to replace a prior set-up or just wanting to enhance your sound experience. And if you are ever looking for the best possible sale deals its in the first couple weeks of the new year as they take all of the last year stock and floor models and discount them to make room for the new years models. Hope this review helps and explains a little more in depth how and what surround bars are.

Horrible customer service. Never answers the phone. Labels items wrong. I was going to purchase an open box galaxy watch for a great price. Went to the register to pay, it was priced wrong and wouldnt give that price. Manager came over with an aditude saying the price was switched basically blaming me when the item was locked up and a floor worker brought it to the register. I never even touched it but insisted in saying the price was switched.
