They do great work and are an honest business. My husband and I have been there many times for oil changes and brake checks and not had any issues. I highly recommend!

Called everywhere looking for same day vehicle inspection due to my current inspection being 60 days expired. I called and the owner answered I asked for an expectation he explained he didn’t have anything that day. He then called me back left me a detailed message giving me some great info if I was needing a renewal, unfortunately I was registering my car for the first time so the dmv would not take it. I explained this to him and he stated he would be able to get me in that moment. I am so grateful to him because he made my registration process much easier!!! Will return customer for life! He wife who’s a nurse is the sweetest!! I found my new car place!

I called yesterday to inquire about wheel alignment and spoke to Tony, who was friendly and informative. He offered to set me up with an appointment, same day. I brought my car in during lunch, and they drove me back to work while my car was being serviced. Everything went smoothly, and the price was exactly what I was quoted. Overall, I was very happy with the service, and I will likely return the next time my car needs work.It’s always a little nerve-racking when you have to search for a new place to take your car, but I felt like I was in good hands here. The building itself is a little run down, but the people there treated me well, and I didn’t feel at all concerned that I was going to be taken advantage of.

So my fiancé called because we needed an alignment, balance and rotating on our tires. The guy he talked to said bring it in we should have enough time to get to it tonight if not, tomorrow, (never once told him that he had to drop our vehicle off) I went there probably 10 Minutes after he called I stood in their filthy lobby for at least 10-15 minutes before a man came out of the bathroom he says have you been helped yet, I said no but my fiancé called and was told we MIGHT be able to get an alignment done today. He said no I told him to drop it off and we can start it tonight and finish it tomorrow I never said we would get it done today. I said okay and he started walking away after that so I left. Absolutely unsatisfied with this place and the way I was treated.

I have always had great service at meineke. Tony always explains whats needed and makes suggestions of needed maintenance for both my vehicles for the future.

This isn’t a review for the business as much as for the mechanics.The new vehicle I bought had an invalid inspection which led to a nightmare at the DMV. Next morning I stopped by, explained the situation and said I’d love it done this morning so I could go to work, but I knew they were busy.The mechanic was very helpful, dropped what he was doing and inspected my car quickly since it only took him a few minutes. Definitely appreciated the customer service

Ok so we go for an inspection and Tony fails it because of power steering problems. My family I guess had used this dude in the past. I asked for a copy of the failed inspection. Won’t give it to me. Dropping the car off he is going on and on about how they work for commission and they have to “hussle.” Which I don’t know you dude and you are making me think things. I’m also pretty sure power steering is not at all needed to even pass a missouri inspection. Then I ask if he can legitimately explain the four things the car needed. Can’t . I ask is something going on? Yes implying he’s full of it. pretty much refused to explain the work he was doing. Car being in my family’s name not mine I couldn’t leave with it. Dude gets over on my family for 900$. Also tried to put a boot on my moms car when dropping the other car off thinking it was someone just randomly parking there. Don’t you think people drop there cars off here? You just boot anyone who parks in your lot without knowing what they are there for? You Tony are a douche and a scam artist . I will never bring you a dime again and you won’t ever service my kids car again. Soon I will have my family knowing you’re a scam artist. You might have them fooled but not me.

We’ve had the vehicle inspected 2x in 2 years for license renewal. The first year, they caught an exhaust repair and took the time to describe where and how the repair would happen and the cost was reasonable. This year, they fit us in on a tight schedule and the vehicle had a clean bill of health! Thank you Meineke!

Got in quickly. Don’t take appointments. Advertising 19.99 oil change but of coarse not mine. More expensive SUV? Needed 1 extra quart then charged 11.00 on top for labor +13.00 for oil filter?? Acted put out that I had coupon for free diagnostic engine testing. Over priced and feel they just trying to get you in the door! Wouldn’t recommend unless get the total price first

Meineke says they wont be refunding me after they didnt do a service that i paid them to do. Tony at meineke only did 1 part of the alignment which was the toe. Didnt touch the camber and caster. My driver steer tire is leaning sideways and he said it comes from the factory that way. Now mind you this is only the driver side. Passenger side is straight. I dont know what vehicle manufacturer does that, but ive never seen a manufacturer make cars with tires leaning. So i paid full price for not even half of the services i needed done and i have to take my truck to another location location now to have it aligned again. Called corporate already they said that they are investigating and the owner would be calling me. Its been a week and still have had no phone call back from meineke corporate or the owner. Ill be filing a complaint with the BBB now and with my bank as well. Wont be taking any vehicles back to the blue springs meineke ever again.

Tony was very nice and helpful. he got me in for an inspection and changing BOTH tie rods on my front end with an alignment all within under 2 hours. very quick service. he was also very friendly and had a very long and fun convo while dealing with the stress of a broken car. he definitely lightened the mood and helped me understand things better. Took my Honda civic in for an oil change and a front wheel alignment. They did not do work up to par. Left my oil cap off and oil sprayed all over my engine which left a huge mess. Also had to get an alignment done and they only did half of what was needed for an alignment. Tony does not do good work and lies to you. WIll never take my vehicles to any meineke again. Every person I know will never take there vehicle there again either.

I took my SUV for an oil change. Very knowledgeable, loved the price, friendly and he didnt try and sell me unnecessary parts or services. The only issue I had was no appointments accepted. I was still in and out in less than 1-1/2 hours.

I came in on a Saturday to check on a rattle that I was told was coming from my exhaust system. First of all, its convenient that you can just drop in on Saturdays on a first come, first served basis. I had to wait a bit, but Tony at the shop kept me informed about the time. He also explained what hed have to do in order to find the rattle and gave me a cost for that up front. He told me what he thought the issue might be (catalytic converter) but that hed have to get in there to see what was going on. Luckily, the issue was not with the converter but rather with some loose pieces, which he was able to fix at the cost he initially quoted me. I appreciate the straightforwardness and the great service. I would definitely return here for future repairs!

Went to get a front wheel alignment. All they did was the toe and not the rest of the alignment. Says they cant do it and still charged me full price. I asked for the franchise owners information and Tony refused to give it to me and blocked my number. So now Im dealing with corporate in getting this resolved. Very unprofessionalEDIT: I already tried to contact the owner of the Meineke I went too. The manager refused to give me the owners number. Already called corporate.

Look guys. Tony is the man. Not only are his troubleshooting skills on point, but the man is fair and will always give the best advice he and his team can provide. He has a great sense of humor that goes a long way, especially when you get some bad news you weren’t expecting about your car. I’ve never had a bad experience with him or his shop and most likely never will. Continued success to this man and this Meineke location !

This would be a five star review except for a slight problem: I took my car in to have front struts replaced and an alignment, when I drove the car home, the car was pulling severely to the left when I took my hands off the wheel. Other than an alignment that is clearly not done, the rest of my experience was good. Courteous staff, got me in a repairs done in just a few hours on Christmas eve day. I just wish the alignment had been good and I would have been 100% satisfied.

I always take my car here for inspections. After being at another store all day for a simple repair, I was relieved there was only one car repair in front of me. Ten minutes after I got there, Tony was done with the other car and had started mine. It passed, but Tony was nice enough to point out a few things I needed to keep my eye on in the near future. His thoroughness is appreciated.

Who ever the older white guy is that works here is a complete PRICK. Even if I needed car service I would NEVER come here just from the small interaction my family had with him. People really need to learn customer service skills. He needs to go back to school and learn how to talk to people.He better watch who he talks to like that cause hell end up catching the wrong one.
