My first time here; wont be my last! The salespeople were very friendly and helpful. James helped me color match foundation and choose the best products for my skin.I tested a moisturizer (Daily Dose Multivitamin $24), primer ($16), and foundation (Uoma White Pearl T2C $39). I bought the moisturizer and foundation, which looks natural and doesnt bother my sensitive skin. After using them for a few weeks, Im very happy with both products.I also highly recommend the Morphe eyeshadow palettes. I have the 9E Pretty in Peach, and the colors are very pigmented, go on smoothly, blend easily, and look great on my skin.

The staff here are always so kind and helpful!! I’m not a makeup pro so I always ask for suggestions and they help me so much and let me try different things! Also they aren’t pushy at all

I came to morphe with a “list” of things I wanted to get but was not sure shades or really the best option of each type of product. Every single employee helped me in their own way, they were super helpful and not pushy at all. I didn’t feel pushed into anything. I was really happy with my experience and won’t hesitate to come back. I also think they have a great selection and variety of products. 💞

I have only shopped with Morphe 2-3x. & I usually have a great experience in this store. Because I am a newbie with this store and it’s policies I asked my salesperson for the policy on the returns for the items I was buying - I bought 4 different sets of lashes with the intent to return what wasn’t used as they were for someone who was looking for a certain look& I needed options.The salesperson assured me that I in fact, COULD return these items if unused. Upon my attempt to return unused and unopened boxes of lashes ,To my disappointment I found out that this was not the case despite being told differently by a sales associate on Friday - I wouldn’t have threw money away with the knowledge that I couldn’t return unused items. Yes, now I know that this is stated on the receipt which wouldn’t have made a difference had I noticed this and corrected the salesperson after swiping my card.I would’ve appreciated at least store credit to avoid wasting unused goods & hard earned money . Now I am aware & in the event I come back I hope I can interact with an honest and well informed associate. Poor experience this time.

Im so sad I couldnt give Matt the credit he deserves. Im not good with contouring and most facial makeup so he helped me pick out a facial pallette (Fair Play) last weekend. I decided to come back this weekend and purchase it only because Matt was so informative and nice. He wasnt there this weekend unfortunately to let him know how amazing he is. Forgot to ask the name of person who helped me, but oh my goodness, had the best experience today!! Literally the kindest person I’ve ever met in my life, they showed me all kinds of different eyeliners, answered all my questions, and anytime i looked at a palette they came over and asked if i’ve ever used that brand, told me about their personal experience with that product. and overall very outgoing. what made my heart melt was that they called me “sister” super sweet, the beautiful lady at the front desk, Wilhelmina, super sweet and very kind. definitely will be coming back💕💕

Andy was super enthusiastic and helpful. He made mine and my moms trip so fun. The store was clean and all of the staff seemed to be in great spirits.

Morphe had wonderful sanitary and safety measures put into place during this pandemic. Our personal service given by Andy was also super enjoyable. He was super willing to swatch any and everything, give helpful suggestions on products, and was very patient with my friend and I; he made the experience so so enjoyable (especially for my friend that has never even heard of Morphe). The only complaint we have was that the lady with bright purple hair was rude to my friend when she walked away to look at another product while Andy was helping me look at lip products. My friend came back and said she got major attitude from her about not standing by us the whole time. 100% we understand you want to keep us all close, but there is no reason to act superior or give attitude. This wont phase us though as Andy gave us great treatment. Hopefully everybody else can follow after his work ethic. Andy if you see this, thank you so much for your help!

This was my first time in this store. I was immediately greeted an told about the event they were having which was very nice. All of the artists make-up was amazing! So many different looks and they were very eager to help me find some of the products they lover so I could get some.of the same looks. There were amazing employees. Great knowledge of products as well having everything Id need all in one store! Great Job!! I will definitely be back soon.

The customer service at Morphe is amazing! Everyone of them was so helpful! They helped me pick out colors for my lips and Andy taught me how to do my eyes! He was an amazing teacher. For years I have been afraid of trying to break out of my comfort zone when it comes to doing makeup with my eyes and picking colors that arent red when it comes to my lips. Im so very grateful that the staff has been so helpful and made they encouraged me a lot as well as made me feel comfortable with trying new things. I love this store!! I went in to buy concealer, which I had never worn before, and the loveliest most kindest lady helped me find the perfect color and even put it on me with setting powder! It was so nice and I wish I could remember her name!!

I recently visited this location, looking for a few makeup recommendations. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Megan, who seemed very excited to help me. She directed me to many great products, and it did not feel like she was pushing me to buy anything I did not want. She also helped me sample product, and it looked great. I highly recommend checking out this location!

I know as soon as I walk in this store by looking at the employee’s own makeup that they all know what they are doing in this art form. Even further, when I talk to them and ask for help I am reassured that they are all knowledgeable, fantastic humans who just want to help people get some 10/10 products that will make them feel beautiful. What better deal is out there than getting luxury products at such an affordable price AND being helped to find them by the nicest people at any makeup store! I’m from a small town and the local malls I have gone to couldn’t cover my face tattoo without it being so cakey feeling and looking. But when I came here Emily help me color correct it and got me the perfect setting powder and foundation that felt light and natural. Love the store and staff so helpful and easy to talk to.

If I could have given this store a 10/5 I do would. I wasn’t even 2 feet into the store and this amazing man waved at me from like across the store and said “hey babe! Welcome what can I help you with?”. I have never been more pleased to just walk into a store. Every single one of the staff members were kind, caring and there at every and any need. The store is beautifully laid out and easy to find things and the staff always has these amazing makeup looks and I just love this store so much, I will 100000% be visiting again.

This Morphe store is great! It’s staffed super well with people that are clearly passionate about makeup. Everyone knew the details to every question that I was asking. I absolutely enjoyed it.During my visit, I misplaced my purse and every worker was immediately helping me find it! They all were so kind and helpful. All of the employees seemed genuinely excited to be there and share their love of makeup. At every turn I had employees asking if I need help and complimenting my makeup. One woman in specific helped me pick out some brushes to try and I loved them. I live out of state but I will definitely be coming back next time Im in the area.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I work in retail, so I dont except people to be perfect, but you need to at least acknowledge customers. I thought maybe it was a one time bad experience I had but Ive shopped here multiple times and the experience is always the same. The floor staff is pretty nice, but the check out girls are terrible. This is what you can expect to be the interaction with a cashier. There will be two or more girls ringing people up, all speaking to one another instead of the customers. A cashier will tell you they can help whoever is next. Once you walk up to the register do not expect to be greeted. They will continue talking to one another as they ring up your stuff, not looking at you. The cashier will glance back at the register and read the total, once again NOT LOOKING AT YOU, and will then continue their conversation with their coworker. They will bag your stuff and hand it to you without.... Guess what? LOOKING AT YOU! No thanks, no have a good day, they are to busy with their conversation to care.

Nice high-end cosmetic store in the Mall of America.The quality of their products is top-notch, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.... Not very friendly or helpful 😿But if youre looking for very good products, this is a good place to go, but its very VERY expensive!

This is my favorite store in the MOA, Im like a kid in a candy shop. I love the displays and the store layout is so fun to explore. Not to mention every single product has a tester, which is not very common in makeup stores. Also I have never had a bad customer service experience here. The staff really try to help you find what youre looking for and give great tips!

First I want to say how impressed I am with the diversity of girls in this store. Especially in Minnesota or even at the mall of America, every other store is completely white washed. I am a makeup junkie, and this was my very first time in a Morphe store, or even buying Morphe. I was promptly greeted as I walked into the store by a girl with extremely pretty long hair and she let me know that she was there to help. I wandered over to the single brush area where another girl Ebony who ended up helping me. She told me that the James Charles palette was back in stock which I ended up buying with no previous intention to do so. She worked with me from start to finish and was extremely patient with my millions of questions, and requests to check your other area for brushes not on display. I greatly appreciate your patience and kindness and I am so excited to add my Morphe all to my makeup collection!

Really disappointing!!! I took my young daughter in who’s a huge Jeffree Star fan and got treated like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman for lack of a better comparison. Sure I had no makeup on but that shouldn’t matter at all. We never got a hi can I help you or a welcome nothing! But other customers wearing makeup got help or a hello or ones dressed like they had money did. Little do they know that I could’ve bought anything I wanted in their store and in multiples. Had I not had my daughter with me I would’ve pulled out cash and said I guess you don’t want this and left but since this was a special treat for her we each got a lip color and that was it. However the girl at the register loved how excited my daughter was and talked to her about Jeffree and gave her her own bag. This aside this is definitely not a place I’d frequent. If they work for a commission they made a big mistake in not being friendly to me.

Its very nice! They have a wide variety of beauty products. Only thing I dislike was the employees I was approached every 3 minutes by several different sales associates trying to help me or they would ask can I help you with anything today? At least by 5 different employees. I felt like they were pushing to make sales not sure if they work off commission but it definitely felt like I was being pressured.

Absolutely amazing!! I went in not expecting to get the new Shane Dawnson pallet because let’s face it, everything was sold out the day it went on sale, but then one of the girls found one for me!!! I was very pleased with everyone that works there!! Thank you guys soooooo much!!

My sister and I were recently at this location. Both of us are over 50 and usually are looked over at beauty stores due to not being young or knowledgeable about makeup. On this day as we were both trying our best to find makeup for an upcoming trip Bri came over and asked us if we needed help. Bri helped us find everything we needed and then some. She was patient and kind with us and we truly left with a great experience! We will be back!!

The staff is really friendly and helpful but the store is really dirty for being relatively new. You couldnt pay me to use one of their testers. The stock is disorganized as well.

Very impressed with the variety they have now, its not all morphe brushes, they also carry P Louise, Lunar beauty and are really good about having collab products in stock. Nice and clean and store, when I went in I appreciate that employees werent just asking if or what they could help me find but rather offering their opinions on products or letting me know what was new, asking my opinion or what I have tried/liked/not liked, etc. Plus you can use influencers codes in store that they can look up for you if you dont know it. Keep up the good work morphe MOA 🖤

Love this store! The makeup quality is great and the price tags are lower than what you would find in sephora or other makeup stores. They are the only store I have seen that carries Jeffree Star too which I love because you can test the products before you buy them instead of blindly looking online. The workers here have been really friendly and helpful as well as quick and efficient when helping people that come into the store.

I came in the store and the staff looked like they were having a meeting, no big deal. We dont have a Morphe in my city so I really wanted to look around and take a look at the new Jeffree Star collab before getting some setting spray. Took my time looking around, but after the meeting was done I kept getting people coming over and asking if I needed any help, I said no Im good thank you. IDK if they were being rude or just didnt realize another associate had already asked and been told the same thing. It felt like they were hovering. Then they had to call a cashier because they were all out on the floor.

This is the most beautiful store I have ever laid eyes on. So many gorgeous things, I could spend all day here. Not to mention they sell Jeffree Star. The only bad part is this: be prepared to be harassed when you walk in the door. The employees harass the heck out of you back to back to back to back, until you leave. IF I NEED HELP, I WILL ASK, AS WILL ANYONE! WE BEG OF YOU, BACK OFF!! It feels very pushy and robotic from the moment you walk in.

The staff here is so rude! No hello, thank you, nothing. Don’t even think about interrupting a conversation between employees. You will get an attitude and no help at all. I’ll go to Ulta or Sephora instead. Or order online, it’s bettet than getting an attitude from people who should be willing to help you.

To be honest I don’t even know why this store is even open it never has any stock of Jeffrey star stuff but yet they continue to advertise it and they can never tell you when they will have it in and the staff are so rude I’ve been in there 3 times and I will never go back the employees are so rude and they just stand there and ignore the customers it’s so disappointing , I will continue to go to ulta and sigma and Sephora because they truly have great customer service and actually want to help instead of just standing there picking at their nails and giving customers bad looks like their to good to answer their questions or help them , THIS IS A HORRIBLE STORE 😡 They won’t last long! Ive only been here once and I probably wont be going back. The one time I was there it was my first time going to a morphe store and as a new customer I was soo excited to go in and shop around. I was expecting a welcoming staff but what I ran into ended up making me feel like someone who was not welcome in the store. When I walked in three girls were huddled off in their own conversation and did not greet me when I walked in. I brushed this off though as I tend to like to be in my own little world anyways so that didnt immediately bother me. I was looking through Jeffrees section which of course a lot of things were sold out (get that coin queen), but I thought it would hurt to at least ask if they possibly knew when the next shipment would be coming in. I have a hard time asking for help while Im shopping because even though its their job I dont want to burden anyone, but this just made that fear worse, I walked up to the three girls that still hadnt moved an inch since I walked in, normally if an employee notices you walking up to them theyll make it known that they see you, but I had to walk up to these girls and say excuse me? before they even acknowledged my existence. The look that they gave me was nasty like I was at fault for interrupting their conversation. I asked if they knew when the next shipment would be arriving, or if they happen to have any additional stock not on display (like maybe in a drawer or something, again, first time at morphes, not sure how stuff works) on of them flattly replyed with a simple noo. Before then going back to their conversation. The check out process was not much better as the girl checking me out really didnt seem to want to talk to me or want me there. I dont want to make this out like its a bid deal at all and part of the way they treated me could be due to the fact that they get questions about Jeffrees products all the time and just get annoyed, but it was still a really disappointing experience especially because it was my first time there and I was so excited.

I recently visited here when I was in town for a concert the same night! I’m a huge jeffree star cosmetics fan and this is the closest morphe store near me, which is the only place to buy JSC in person! I was really disappointed with how much stuff they were out of stock in (I originally went for JSC concealer and setting powder and all the light shades were out of stock!) but I was still able to find a ton of amazing products such as the Alien palette and items from the blue blood collection. Most importantly though there was only a couple staff in the store which I was surprised by based on the location, but they were the most helpful, kind staff I’ve ever seen in a makeup store, and I go to a lot of different makeup stores in different locations. They were always smiling and making recommendations for the missing products, and even complimenting everyone in the group we were in, even to the people who weren’t buying makeup and were only in there because I love makeup, which was amazing to me because in a lot of other makeup stores, employees tend to be really stuck up, especially if you don’t buy anything. Because of them it really inspired me to make a review since I’m not usually the review type. I’m so sad to have not gotten their names, but I hope someone else remembers them and helps them get a raise or employee of the month! Thank you Minneapolis Morphe, will be visiting again LOTS!

Went with my daughter who was looking for something. There were 4 employees just standing around while the store was packed. We went up to them, said excuse me, three times and finally got ones attention. No smile, no can I help you, just stared at us. My daughter asked if they had something and was told, no, we sold out. She then turned around and continued talking to her fellow workers. No, we dont have that but let me help you help you find something that might work for you. Rude staff. We will go to Lush, Sephora or Ulta where we are treated well and valued as customers.
