Keeping people in the drive-thru window for over 15 minutes is absolutely not acceptable! The least you could do is communicate. Telling people you would be right with them means 5 minutes or less, not 15 minutes with no other communication. DO BETTER!

Whatever you do, don’t get your film photos developed here. I was told it would take one week, then two weeks, and then a whole month. I was promised a text and call when they arrived, TWICE. My photos arrived in three weeks instead of 1 and I did not receive a phone call or text messages. there’s places that develop pictures in 3 days so don’t waste your time here.

Used the app to order from the photo shop online. I found it fairly easy to use with more options than I expected. Prices are very reasonable, quality was good and service was super fast! It turned out great and I paid online and used the drive-thru to pick it up!

Your managers need to stop chastising your employees over menial issues and in front of customers. The manager wearing the Green Bay Packers lanyard scolded your cashier over a menial issue of not having enough cigarettes correctly displayed as if it were a huge issue. Meanwhile, I stood there and waited to check out because of that. Its a really bad look for your store, and I feel bad for the cashier who had to sit there and say nothing while being talked at like she was some kind of fool. If it had been me, Id have quit on the spot for that kind of treatment.

Stroke with Julie a A pharmacist over the phone she refuse to transfer my prescriptions over to another Walgreens.She told me to call my medical provider that they could send the Scripts to a different Walgreens and I expressed to her that my medical provider told me to call you Walgreens to have you my prescriptions sent them over to another Walgreens. She was very rude and refused to do so. So unprofessional I don’t see how she is a pharmacist if she’s not willing to do a small thing that’s a part of her job!

I was in your store 9800 lyndale bloomington last night at 10.15 and I was So AMAZED to see this WONDERFUL man on the front cashiering his Personality was mind blowing a total Feel good Super man all around. WHAT EVER YOU PAY HIM DOUBLE IT!!! HES WORTH EVERY DIME!!!I will be back just to have some more of that postive sunshine that Man spreads far and wide!!!Hes one in a zillon!!! The pharmacy has managed to hire the most incompetent and unprofessional techs. They r rude and do not even listen to u as u try to refill medications. And be prepared to wait an hour or more for two medications. Last time I come here.

Wish I could give this place a zero. Every time I have gone the staff has been SO rude to me, particularly an older white lady that works there. I placed a photo pickup and waited for 10 minutes to be helped (which is fine considering there was only one worker there with a full line of customers at the front). The older white woman finally came over to help me and snapped at me that the printers are broken and to leave. I said thats okay but I just want to make sure im not charged for the photos and then and she said youre just going to have to figure that out on your own mam and walked away. It ruined my day how mean she was

Service was good but pharmacy staff person was not wearing a mask. The masked cashier at the front of the store said they are optional. Phone call to manager confirmed this. He said they don’t really protect the wearer so they don’t require them. I thought they were in the business to protect their guests. !?

Why do I still use Walgreens? Your pharmacists, at least some of them, are not capable of their jobs and cannot handle the simplest of questions without getting hostile and rude. FYI people picking up their meds dont want to deal with short tempered customer service, especially over asking one quick question that actually affects their livelihood and health- they just want their meds and to get out there.

I wanted to purchase some false lashes, but they were locked up with a sign saying to look for the customer service button for help. I couldnt find any such button so asked a cashier for help in cosmetics. I was told there was no one available and I couldnt purchase a locked item :(

Did passport photos at this location. The man taking the photos did not Warn us about when he was taking the pictures, and told us that passport photos are supposed to look like. I was not even looking at camera. Had to get manager on the phone to get money back. The camera that was used was not even as good as a phone. It was a horrible experience.This can be done with a white background, and Photoshop to make it the correct size. $60 is a Rip off.

Walgreen location in Bloomington, MN @ 98th and Lyndale avenue is the worst store I ever encounter. The pharmacy department worker is rude and racist. When they see you as black, their tone or attitude immediately changed in a defensive and aggressive mood. It happened that I call to ask them to refill a prescription. They informed me that my insurance does not cover, and this medication I was taking for the last eight years with the same insurance. I call the insurance so that to have a clear idea of why this medication is being denied, they told me nothing had changed. We do not know why the pharmacy gives you that information. I also called the Dr. Informing that medication is being denied so that she looks for other alternative option. However, when the nurse calls the pharmacy, they informed the medication is ready to be picked up, and there was nothing wrong with the insurance.

Only two negative trips in 12 years at this store. One was a price shifting issue when I was filling my Glimiperide for the first time after I was diagnosed Type II. They charged me 182.00 for the cash pay option. I filled it at CVS for 34.00. Not pleased. Second, I was in a hurry and a customer had picked up a add at a Walgreens near his sons home that came out early with a full size candy bar sale. The 98th street store had yet to stage the sale. This guy was losing his mind over .20 a candy bar. I told him to pick out the candy bars he wanted and I would pay for them so I could pay for my items and get home. He left in a tiff. He clearly could do without the candy bars. Staff has always been kind. If a imperfect interaction with a cashier earning 10 an hour is the worst thing that happens all day you are doing pretty good, they have bad days also. No excuse for poor service though. All photo print service desks suck now. Get you passport photos at Richfield DMV. Be Well!

This is the worst Pharmacy out of any Walgreens I have ever been to. Just save yourself at least an hour and go to any other Walgreens. You will probably have to, to get that prescription anyway. I have never picked up a prescription without an issue here. Something has gone wrong every single time. Just save yourself the headache and stay away.

OKAY! LET THE STORY BEGIN...so i applied for a pharmacy technician position at this store a month ago and by the time i got to my orientation i finally found out that they were going to send me off to a different store (Eden Priaire) to get train because that store is fully staff, so itll be easier to train me. I thought to myself...hmm that does make sense, so I agreed to the idea of going there to get train. My first 2 and a half days there were so HORRIBLE!! Why? Because the training program there WAS SO DISORGANIZED. FOR EXAMPLE, WHEN I HOP INTO THE PHARMACY EVERYBODY JUST THREW ME EVERYWHERE AND EXPECTED ME TO KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THEYRE PHARMACY DATABASE/REGISTER WHEN I HAVENT COMPLETED A SINGLE TRAINING VIDEO ABOUT IT AT ALL!! WORST OF ALL, ALMOST EVERYBODY THERE WAS UNAPPROACHABLE AND WERENT/ SEEMED UNWILLINGLY TO TRAIN ME. WELL, I HATE TO SAY THIS BUT THIS TRAINING PROGRAM WAS AWFULLY DISORGANIZED! IF THEY WERE FULLY STAFFED, WHY CANT THEY SPARE EXTRA TRAINERS??? OVERALL, I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE BEING EMPLOYED HERE. My advice to anyone who wants to apply here as a p.tech and especially specially at this location, please do your research and consider carefully before you do. THATS ALL I HAVE to share! For some reason, Walgreen cant seem to fill a prescription in less than 5 hours, even when a Doctor sends it from the office and says fill now. after 4 hours they lie and say they just got it. Then (in the very next sentence, claim they had switched manufacturers and ran out of the old one in the middle of filling my prescription. Tho instead of finishing filling it, they dont, and apparently move on to another task. This keeps happening with different walgreens, Ive used 5 different locations over the last 4 years and its the same. Ive only ever had one good Walgreens pharmacist, and she moved back to Europe. She would have my prescription filled in under two hours when it came from Dr office. If they couldnt give me the full prescription she would give me a partial (not make me wait 30 minutes), and have me come back another day for the rest. I dont know if theyre trained to lie, and be slow, or walgreens just attracts bad workers. Either way- I give up on them.

Terribly slow service. There is a constant line at the pharmacy and it can take hours to get a prescription filled. I dropped one off at 5:00 and said Id be back in a couple hours to pick it up. Wasnt able to get there until 9:00, and they hadnt even started it yet. Were taking our business elsewhere.This isnt the first time this happened, as it routinely happens with every prescription we have filled there. When we have sick children and have prescriptions called in, its never ready when they say it will be, they have given attitude about using drive-through (despite sick children in the car, they wanted us to come inside)... its really unfortunate that the people that work there are so slow and inconsiderate.

If you get your medications from the pharmacy here, be sure to check them before you leave! My husband was shorted several pills, and getting them to fix their mistake was a pain. The pharmacy manager accused my husband of lying before they watched the video of their tech filling the prescription and realized it was, indeed, their error. Then, they attempted to charge us for the medication again when we went back to pick up the missing pills.
