I don’t need to be reprimanded in the drive through for repeating or not hearing you clearly . 1.) you are speaking into a intercom with a mask on , that might be part of the Charlie Brown noise 2.) I don’t appreciate the “attitude” from your female associate. 3.) please work on having more compassion & grace with your customers !

Frustrating experience with this pharmacy. I called there to ask about moving my prescriptions to that pharmacy and next thing I know the pharmacist is telling me that she cant fill a prescription because its too early. I never asked her to fill anything, she just kept talking over me and wouldnt listen to my questions. Like talking to a robot. If I would have wanted to get a prescription filled I would have asked! If you dont have the ability to communicate with people, get into a different line of work.

Staff is very helpful. I was overwhelmed with the amazing help a gentleman gave us there at the main desk. He cranked out perfect passport photos with speed and accuracy. He was very gracious. Thank you so much!

Took them almost 3 days to fill a much needed prescription. No explanation or apology given other than that they were short staffed even though there were 2 pharmacists working and nobody in line. Absolutely do not recommend getting your prescription filled here if you can go anywhere else.Edit to add: after a few days, I finally ended up having my prescription transferred to a different pharmacy that was able to fill it in less than an hour.

The pharmacy staff is usually very nice, and super helpful. They are usually pretty busy, but theyre fast and response. I spoke to David on the phone today and he was super helpful and very friendly.

There wasnt anyone at the front check out counters you had to go all the way back to the pharmacy to buy your items and they dont know how to do everything like transfer money or other coming things you can do at most drug stores beside make a purchase. Also this store is under construction and they have a good amount of the back side of this store closed of for shopping so it difficult to find anything back in the little space the over the counter medicine is now being sold from the shelf areas are very small and its hard to even see its so dark there to the day I was there it was a pain completly.

They sell test kits for the COVID 19

I wish I had read the poor reviews before bothering to take time out of my day to go here. We made an online appointment for Covid testing. That part was easy enough. No clear signage when we got there. We pulled up to the testing window and there was a hand scrawled sign that testing was cancelled today. Attempted to get an explanation and was offered nothing useful. This is despite receiving 4 or 5 confirmations over the last 2 days.I then attempted to call the Edina CVS to see if circumstances would allow us to get tested there. Couldnt even get a person on the phone. The recording simply told us it was within business hours and then hung up. Tried all the selections and 0 multiple times.This is more than frustrating, we are livid. This was the soonest appointment we could get for testing anywhere after finding out about a possible Covid exposure. We are trying to protect our NEWBORN CHILD and NOW WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 DAYS to get in anywhere.This $hit affects peoples lives. Get your act together.

Applied online for a COVID test. No signs directing you where to go when you got there, despite the email saying to follow them. Drive to the drive-thru. Sign said testing appointments go to the left lane, with an arrow pointing to the right. I pulled up to be greeted by 3 handwritten notes taped to the window, which read: “No Covid testing today. The person in charge is out sick. Sorry for the inconvenience:(. Best bet go to another pharmacy or reschedule online.” It’s a shame they couldn’t use the phone number or email I provided to reach out ahead of time. Very frustrating.

Head pharmacist got Covid and they didnt shut down the store for two days like you are required to do for cleaning. They also do not sanitize every hour like they are supposed to, they hardly sanitize anything in the store at all.

Minute clinic canceled my appointment 30 min AFTER appointment started. Waste of time driving there to speak with your extremely rude employee. Would give a 0 rating if possible. Customer service will make or break a business and you are definitely broken.

Anthony was the Pharmacist during my visit. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and took his time to explain my medication dosage ,and amount to take clearly to my understanding. He answered all my questions and made me comfortable with filling my prescription here at CVS.

I wish there was a 0 rating. The store manager Anthony yelled at my 82 year old mother when attempted to call to inquire on the status of her medications! This is an educated pastor who has also volunteered as a police chaplain for the city of Minneapolis. She loves serving people. It rattled her emotionally so bad to the point we had to switch to Walgreens pharmacy. Shame on you, Anthony!

Just spent over a hour on hold trying to make a flu shot appointment, what a joke! Walgreens it is!

The pharmacy is a complete joke. I had 2 prescriptions sent in and they were only able to fill one that day. They said they would order the other and it would be available the next day (Friday) after 4pm. I stopped in Friday night only to have them say that they didnt get it ordered and it wouldnt be in until Monday! It was a pain management prescription that I didnt have all weekend and I was miserable. Monday, nothing. Tuesday, nothing. On Wednesday afternoon I get a phone call saying that they are not able to order the medication and I would need to request something else from my Dr. It took them a week to figure out they couldnt order it?!? What incompetence. Take your business elsewhere.

This CVS is well maintained. Parking is great, so getting in and out is fast and easy. Sometimes there are waits at the checkout, but in general its fast.

I have never had a more Terrible experience trying to fill a prescription. On hold over 30 minutes in which I was hung up on THREE TIMES!!!After the fourth time they nonchalantly put me on hold again I called a different CVS and was handled very well and efficiently.Rude, inexperienced and overall terrible customer service!

This is the worse CVS EVER!!!! avoid this place just play it safe and go some where else. If you do go here just be warned you will probably get your prescription by next year.

This place used to be my favorite pharmacy. Now it is always short staffed and the wait times are just stupid. They take forever to fill my medications and they have been getting filled late ei: after I have run out of the medications and I have missed doses. Otherwise, they dont have the medication I need in stock even if I give them a weeks notice ahead of time so I am forced to go to another incompetent CVS across town to get it filled. Its unacceptable.

I live one block from this store and I would drive 10 miles away just to avoid this location. CVS has the rudest, most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. I would give negative stars if I could! It is laughable how awful this location is!

One of the staff members there is really abusive and tries to tell me how to live my life. Like I have to wear a jacket or I can’t wear to much clothes over the summer. She also yells at me for telling my little sister what to do and for being on my phone or paying with change. Over the past year I have been going to cvs and I’m starting to rethink going there.

This place is bad. I have never once written a Google review, but felt the need after such a failure of simple duties by CVS. This location is filled with a rude, unintelligent, and pathetic staff. Just switched to Cub Pharmacy.

The pharmacy has different hours.(As of 8/2015)Monday - Friday : 8AM - 9PMSaturday : 9AM - 6PMSunday : 10AM - 6PMMake sure you make it there before those times and not the convent store times. Dont make my mistake... :/I wish they were 24hrs, like the ones in Edina. But I guess Bloomington is too getto for that.

Staff sucks and you cant even find anyone for help. Also why would you only have one person closing on a Saturday. Next time driving down the street to Walgreens

Always smells like moldy rugs. Pharmacy is dramatically understaffed and inefficient. We just dread having to go there.

The pharmacy staff at this location has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I switched health insurance just so that I wouldnt have to deal with them anymore. They are staffed with the rudest, most disgusting group of people. If you can avoid this location, you should. AWFUL. They need to be put out of business.
