I went in there to look at products since I do not go here often. I decided on the ghost soap because it smelt amazing and was $7.95.When it rang up…..it came to about 10.62 or around that amount. I asked was the soap $7.95 because that tax would be ridiculous and she said yeah and it’s just the tax. Then after transaction I looked at receipt and it said $8.95 yeah I know only a dollar difference but she had told me differently during the transaction. I asked to have it fixed and refunded $1 but she couldn’t do that? She couldn’t refund me the $1 for the sign that was “missed” she said. She would have been able to refund the whole transaction but not refund me the $1. I know customer service because I work in it. If your signs are wrong you should honor the price shown! I will not go back to this location. For something simple JUST $1 you cannot make a customer happy? She just kept saying there is nothing I can do….

I was greeted immediately by Jen who was very friendly and told me about the bath bombs and bubble ones. I bought some for my kids and can not wait to see their reactions! As I was browsing the items another sales attendant showed me the face mask and asked me all about my skin and what I wish to achieve from a mask. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable in the products!

The products are nice and appear to be high quality, but the workers are very pushy. One of them put a scrub on my hand that I wasnt even interested in. I couldnt walk around without being hovered over. Wish I could have felt comfortable enough to look at more products!

While they always have amazing soaps I never get help or greeted. Always stared at.

I still go here for the solid shampoos, but their bar soaps are no longer delightful. Something changed and they feel really cheap now. They say its due to removing palm oil, which is a good goal. But, for example, Sexy Peel never had palm oil in it.

Staff was so friendly here! Answered all my questions and gave me a ton of great suggestions. Love that most of their products are free of needless packaging.

Love love love these products! My fav? Avocado call Wash. Super spandy for a small bar these days but no plastic bottle. And it leaves your hair so soft and silky and it doesnt get greasy the very next day 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great products! Staff was mediocre at best. The lady when we first walked in was kind of rude. But at least they dont harass you by asking if you need help with anything a bunch of times like at other stores. So thats a plus, I guess.

Expressed to the employee what my needs were and she pointed me in the right direction. My visit was quick and easy. Will be back to visit this location and look forward to my interactions with the employee again

Continues to be a lovely shopping experience! The associate that helped me was really thoughtful, and a great upsell without being pushy or more excited than me.

Everyone there is so nice and kind. They make you feel very safe by enforcing a strict mask policy and having you wash your hands with samples of soap before you touch anything. They also have dedicated testers for sniffing and dont allow customers to handle products unless theyre sure theyre going to buy them. Over all lovely place and the employees are too kind!

The protocols they have in place to keep themselves and their guests safe are a true inspiration (I work retail myself). They were out of the product I originally came in for but found an amazing alternative and let me know when their shipment is for next time so I could come get a fresh batch of fresh face masks.

Great store of shopping for a wife, girlfriend, daughter. Not so much for a husband, boyfriend, son. Great variety of hand made bath stuff. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great for birthday, Christmas, or presents for special occasions. A bit pricey so look for sale items.

I understand masking and social distancing but this store takes it WAY too seriously. The process they have to check out now is extremely unorganized. They require you to wash your hands when you go in the store and there’s only 2 sinks. There is only a handful of people allowed in the store. There are HALF the products available that there used to be pre covid. There are only 1-2 employees working the floor to let you smell a “sample” of SOAP. It is extremely cumbersome.Halfway through our shopping experience a MANAGER stopped me in front of many shoppers and employees and told me, loudly, I’m not allowed to remove my mask to drink my drink I had in my hand. Then she gestured to another employee to help us look at something very rudely. It seems counterproductive for a manager to yell at customers while they other employees work extremely hard to guide customers and check them out.This was a horrible experience for myself and my small family. We all felt embarrassed and ashamed to be there. I’m disappointed as I thought Lush was an inclusive and peaceful store to shop at. All the employees were very stressed and cross and it showed.

The gentleman at the front was friendly, kind, and helpful everything you can hope in a retail associate. 5 stars to him! Unfortunately this lady with a long dark brown ponytail was SO RUDE attitude towards a 3 and 6 year old. Instead of informing us that we check out at the front she had a RUDE ATTITUDE and was like as I already said. We clearly didn’t hear you barking at us. Maybe try a kind direction, even though no signage was found at the check that was “ closed” she had an attitude with every guest she encountered. Definitely will not return to lush at MOA will wait to go at Rosedale where they are always extremely kind, helpful, and make for a great experience

This place was really cool. They have homemade bath bombs and oil bombs that are amazing. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and it felt like she actually cared what i was looking for. She showed me many products and even gave me a sample of mouthwash tablets to take. I really liked them and when i return to the mall i will definitely stop in and buy some.

My best friend and I love LUSH, everytime we would go in we would walk out with something. Now with LUSH having discontinued a lot of really popular items and no longer offering them its not fun going there anymore. The past 5 times Ive gone into a LUSH I walk out with nothing because they no longer carry the item or they are out of stock. Wish they would bring back the faves.

My friend and I went recently and someone named Nikki help us! The process was different now with COVID where the employees grab it for you instead of walking around which was kinda weird but I understand thats how things are now. I ended up getting what I wanted, and Nikki gave me some samples of things I want to try the full-size next time.

Highly recommend these products, but we ALL know how great they are and that LUSH is a socially and environmentally conscious company, so I won’t spend time on that. I have been using LUSH products for many years and this trip was the first time something wasn’t 100%. The employees all showed wonderful customer service, and resolved the issue with excellence and then some! You can really measure a company’s quality by how they handle mistakes. You have a customer for life!

Dark haired lady needs to be fired. When I tried to pay with cash I was treated Like a criminal.

The woman at the door on 12/21 at 7:45PM was extremely unprofessional and should be fired. The cashier was nice though.

Horrible customer service.

Super helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to keep my 8 year old son entertained by demonstrating a bath bomb in the sink so that I could shop without worrying. Of course we then had to buy some. Love their products and awesome customer service.

I always love visiting this store. They have a whole lot of handmade cosmetics from bath bombs, to soaps, face masks, to even deodorants. All the products Ive tried Ive been satisfied with. I particularly like the face marks in the store, they always leave my skin glowing. The lip scrubs are great too.

Everytime I visit a lush store I find something new! Their products are made with top notch ingredients. I could go with less scent in their products but overall love their products. My 16 year old loves Lush too. My favorite product is scrubby. A cocoa butter moisturizing bar that you use in the shower.

I’m writing on behalf of my mom who visited Lush at MOA tonight. She said she has always been so happy with the customer service she receives here, as everyone is so kind. However, tonight she had an even more kind experience with one of the workers who was a young man that was very patient generous. He made her holidays even happier and hopes that his hard work gets recognized and that he is appreciated on the Lush team.

I love how good it smells inside! Very friendly people. Bath bombs are amazing. I would recommend trying the dark angels face and body cleanser, it helps get rid of acne. My boyfriend loves it for his back acne!

Clean, organized, and colorful. This store has so many great things to try and a vibrant team of staff. They are polite and helpful. If you tell them you just wanna look (and you do have to tell them because they will offer you help because their love for the products is clear!) then they will just let you look on your own for a bit. I had never been to lush before but have used their products. The guy who helped me was super friendly as I was new and interested in products I haven’t used before. When I accidentally dropped something he was quick to make sure it was okay and offered me a new one. He also gave me two free samples of products I may like, probably cause I spent so much :) awesome experience, I will definitely be back

Went in today already knowing what I wanted so I didn’t think I’d need any help. Then a nearby product peaked my interest. I ended up purchasing that as well as another recommended product by an employee. I’ve purchased LUSH products before and am always happy with what I get so I can’t wait to use these products! I had a great experience at the Lush in Mall of America. I went at a very busy time, yet several employees took time to ask me if I needed anything or if I wanted to try out any products. A lady named Abby helped me to find the perfect makeup and made several suggestions for what she thought would be best for me. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars

I have converted almost my entire hair and body routine to lush products. Stopped in to grab some lotion during a dry day for my hands. Fell in love with charity pot and havent looked back since. My skin and hair have never looked better

Im very indecisive when it comes to my cologne, but Sunny made a point to help me find the right one, and even complimented my new tattoos! Ive been to this Lush a few times now, I highly recommend it.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. Love their lotions, shampoo bars, body washes, and bath bombs.

This lush location was larger then the one in Jordan Creek Mall in IA however they had a lot less to offer for products, they didnt have any bath bond which is the big thing they are known for. I also wasnt greeted by anyone untill I checked out. In IA they all say something to you even if they are with someone. I love the products but this location needs to work on customer service

Visited the mall for the first time last month, and was very impressed with the service. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by staff. His name escapes me, but a guy was particularly helpful when I told him what I was looking for as a gift for a friend. We also had a nice chat about Overwatch when I noticed he had an Overwatch tattoo. All the staff I talked to at the store, from the ones helping me choose products, to when I was checking out, were so friendly and helpful. :D

They really know their products are willing to give you samples. They make you feel welcome and help you find the right scent.

Their products are amazing and I love for what they stand for! ...one of the main reason I shop there is because lush firmly stands against animal testing and many of their products are vegan! I love this! How ever I wish you would dis courage their employees from wearing leather while on the job! Amazing customer service! I didn’t know exactly what would be best for facial products for myself, nor much about different products, and the young man who helped me this morning was knowledgeable, kind, patient and had a great personality. I had just left another store that promotes Natural products, and I left that store feeling as though my presence was a Bother and limited knowledge an annoyance to staff there, rather than an opportunity to show their enthusiasm and knowledge about their products, and help a customer. Kudos to YOUR staff at Lush though! I don’t make it to the cities very often , but will definitely include a trip to Lush, and purchases once again, when I travel that way. Thanks for making my day and turning a bad experience at one store into a Positive experience at yours. Grateful.

All of their samples look amazing. But they dont taste very good.

Great shop with very attentive staff. Plenty of the products are vegan (and clearly marked) and I love their campaigns for ending animal testing. The new location in MOA is much larger and easier to navigate. My favorites are the henna, toothy tabs, and ultrabalm.

I went to lush yesterday and had the worst experience with the man at the register. The clerk next to him was so nice and friendly and helped every customer with their new product and even offered them a catalog. The clerk I had was short and rude. I was completely pleasant and caused no problems. It was a fairly quick transaction because I only had 3 items. The whole time he acted irritated and then at the end he literally threw the bag at me and it fell and hit me. I wasnt a bad customer. He just provided bad customer service. No matter how busy it gets you always need to keep your cool in customer service. Especially when your customer is nothing but pleasant.

Always a wonderful time visiting Lush. Cant go wrong buying a bath bomb, or 2 or even 3.

Excellent, sustainable products. Google Maps has the incorrect location for the MOA Lush store. The store is open on the north side of the mall, near Nordstroms.

Cup of coffee is my fav along with bunch of other lush products. Associates at this location have always been great to work with!

The store is tiny and cramped. The employees are constantly pushing you to try a sample. The products are really faux healthy. The ingredients are hardly any different than something youd find in a Target or something. The quality could be considered better slightly, but not enough to justify the prices. I fell for the Lush fad for awhile and have slowly come to realize its a scam.

A more open floor plan makes it easier to get around the different stations
