I still love it, even without the sample bottles to smell and test out. I miss the small cup of complimentary tea, maybe some day again. The scents are so awesome, its hard not to have more than one favorite.

The women working there make you feel welcome, dont push you to buy their products, but listen to what you want and what you need. I bought a fabulous lipstick that has moisturizer in it and I LOVE it, even though it cost $24. I will definitely shop there again.

If you love all natural organic unbelievably earthy things for your skin your hair your body just anything of Ada I just love it is ungodly expensive but it is on godly wonderful. I have yet to find anything that somewhat close or even kind of close everything I have ever gotten I have loved and if you dont love it you can bring it back empty and still get something else and have a great perks program that really helps a lot with the price. Just give it a try see what you think do some patient lotion some beautifying body cream and you will never buy another lotion again

I shop for my makeup and hair products all the time. The products are never tested on animals. Thats good by me. One of many favorite stores l like to shop in.

Ive been a regular customer to this location since around 2012. Their employee turnover is outrageous, not to mention the terrible customer service. Each new employee that I encounter, has made me more and more dissatisfied with this Aveda store. The products are amazing but I might have to find a new place to shop and ask questions. I am not greeted warmly, tea has not been offered to me for the past 3 times Ive been there, and when I made a recent purchase, the transaction was jagged and rude. The girl was chatting with a fellow associate about personal matter as I was checking out. Prior to this purchase, the same associate approached me about some shampoo. She ranted about herself and did not ask me about myself. When I excitedly mentioned a small detail that we had in common, she had no response and did not want to engage further. I did not feel valued as a customer and havent in quite some time. If Aveda wants to continue breaking through the earth-friendly cosmetics world, they need to step up their employee accountability game. And some manners wouldnt kill them.

Although I purchased one item here today, I will not go back again. The gal looked at me as though I was a Bother to her, more than a customer to help. I had never tried Aveda products although I have heard good things about them. After my experience today, I will take my business elsewhere when I travel to the Cities. Customer Service matters; the gal who was less than enthusiastic about the products and having a customer enter the store, definitely needs more training. Very disappointing.

Today is December 2 2019.Called this store to see if they had item in stock that was not available on line.They had it and Megan took order to ship to me. Awesome!

Great place for high quality skin and hair care products

There used to be a very upiddy, snotty crew of employees here. Thankfully Aveda employee Heidi moved to this store and she is the only reason I came back to Aveda! I spend a lot of money on these products and I believe the shopping experience should be inviting and educating- the old employees were terrible and Heidi provides 5star customer service, always willing to go the extra mile to find answers and products plus treats customers the way they ought to be! Southdale Aveda staff can definitely take some hospitality lessons from her!

After shopping here for 8 years we have never been treated so rude, profiled and shunned. My fiancé and myself have bought a lot of products over the last 8 years. Never will we ever shop at Aveda again!

I was at the mall this evening and fell with my coffee in hand outside of the store. My friends and I walked into the store to purchase some items and I walked over to the sink just to rinse the hot coffee off of my arm. The employee told me only employees were allowed to use the sink. She didnt offer a paper towel or wet rag or anything. My friends put their items back on the shelf and we left. I will never be back into that store. She was extremely rude to us as customers and I think if a CUSTOMER has burning coffee all over their arms and just fell outside your store...the least you could do was let me use some water out of your sink. I will never give that store my business again.
