Bought expensive jeans. Arrived to checkout to return with my card the next day. Cashier wouldnt even try it. Said it wasnt possible, then her manager said the same thing. Called an hour later and talked to Sam who said it was totally possible. Came back and did the return in 3 minutes with Sam who was super nice and outgoing and understanding. Was upset, but Sam made me want to come back and shop. Thank you.

Very well organized, suiting all teens and city lifestyle clothing. It also sells misc things or decor.

Went in to get a forgotten sensor removed from an item I had purchased at an out-of-state UO warehouse. The poorly-dressed employee “helping” me harshly accused me of stealing the item and was incredibly rude during my short time in the store. Unappreciated experience.

I’ve worked in retail for the last 4 years and have worked at places that are rather more upscale, while also being a manager and key holder. Every time I come in here, the cashiers are the rudest and act as if working at such a leisure & creative place is the worst possible job. Understand having to deal with customers who seem to make your job impossible, but ringing 1-3 items while someone is being genuine & your being rude and disrespectful shows a lot about about the employees.

Lovely clothes but only for people under large. Had better luck in the mens section.

I shop online at Urban Outfitters a lot. I dont get off work in time to get to the stores before they close, so I drove 30 minutes to this one today on my day off to return some online purchases and shop. Their hours are posted on the door and online saying they are open until 7pm. Their gates were shut by 6:15 though. I asked employees at a nearby store and they said Urban Outfitters does this a lot, and that they just do whatever they want. I understand things happen, but this isnt the first time this has happened to me with this store. Its very frustrating because I drove all the way only for this store, and now I wont be able to go again for at least a week, hopefully I have enough days left to return my items. They need to change their hours or post it online if they are going to keep closing almost an hour early.

It feels like they have less things to buy than they used to, maybe so it gets less crowded.

The employees here are incredibly rude! The manager doesnt know the 1st thing about customer service. They also make up policies as they go. I had a $5 discount & was abruptly told that it was only applicable on purchases of $10 or more. The fine print of the coupon said applicable on purchases of $5.01 at minimum. This is not the 1st time Ive been given false information here. If you want to go in store, I recommend the uptown location which is much more professional & friendly. This location treats customers like an inconvenience!

Had my online order ready for pickup. I got a discount for giving them my email. Merry Christmas to me.

Rude employees. they closed an hour early 3 days in a row due to short staff when I saw more than 5 employees walking around. The lady was walking away from us with an attitude when we were asking about the hours. As if this overpriced store is too busy for 5 employees to handel 🤣

I’ve never been talked to so patronizingly by staff. The dressing room attendant literally said to me “It’s not my job to find you a different size. You’ll have to ask the front registers.” So I stood in line for 10 minutes for the woman at the register to ask me “Did you check the floor?” I complained to my sister and her words to me “It’s Urban Outfitters, you’re not going to get good customer service.” Couldn’t be said in better words. Don’t shop here if you’re looking for a good experience, knowledgeable staff, or good quality clothes.

This place has all sorts of everything. A very eclectic blend of items from clothing to wall hangers to backpacks to just about anything you can think of. Its not cheap though.....

My sister came here to get a dress for her friends dinner and immediately as she walked in the store the employees are talking about her and has three people following her off rip so she calls me I tell her to leave the store and don’t spend her money there so do not come here unless your visibly white and can handle attitudes

Love this store. Super eclectic with a wide range of styles. Also fun little gifts from goofy to practical, and a small selection of home decor. My son who normally wears sweats with sport tshirts fell in love with a few things he wouldnt normally wear. He also.loved looking around when usually he would not last in a store over 5 seconds. Vintage looking, fun, streetwear. Clothes not everyone is wearing.

Used to love the store, but I feel like their stuff isnt quite as unique as it used to be. Still priced pretty high, but it doesnt seem as high end as it used to seem to me.

I really like a lot of stuff at Urban Outfitters, but the prices are unbelievable! None of there clothing or housewares are unique enough to so expensive, and its rather disappointing. Its fun to look around, but not a viable place to shop.

If I could give a -10 I would. Never so insulted by mere worker in my shopping life. Just because Im not a size 2 hipster does not mean I dare not take up space! And yet as I was shopping thru a clothing rack an associate came up behind me reached in where I was looking and proceeded to straighten the clothing as if I was invisible. How incredibly disrespectful and rude. Someone needs to explain to this associate that customers, young and old, are her paycheck. When I told my daughter Id meet her out in the mall clearly there is no room here, the associate never even flinched much less apologized for her rudeness. With associates like this their problem mentioned in previous review of long checkout lines will be quickly resolved. Horrible experience, will not ever have a need to shop there again.

No plus size clothes. Very cute stuff but absolutely nothing for anyone larger than a size 8, which shouldnt even be considered plus size. Very upset with the horrible sizes here.

The workers were very rude. i was waiting in line for the fitting rooms behind these two girls and they both asked the fitting room worker nicely if they can just share a fitting room and the worker takes her anger out at the two girls saying that they cant. i was just so shocked to see a worker speak so rudely to a customer. There are much more politer ways to talk to a customer.

Great styles and unique items. My only complaint is that its so expensive for a bargain shopper like me.

I liked the store itself but there needs to be more improvement on customer service. I was waiting in line once and I saw a girl help another customer so I waited until she was done with that customer. When she finally was open I waited for her to say its okay to come to her to get ringed up but she never said anything so I walked slowly to the counter just to have her walk away and the thing is she saw me and made eye contact but still walked away. Most rudest employee ever. Never going there again.

Went in the store to see if we (my daughter and myself) could find something different. This being the first time in the store. It wasnt busy at all , the staff didnt greet or ask if they could help us. Even the store mangaer didnt say a thing to us. Even when we said good bye there was nothing fron the staff of the store. Would i ever go back to there no way.. It left a bad taste in my mouth.. There were things that we wanted to get. but now will have to find it sleswhere. i hope they get a staff that is more friendly.. it was a bad experience. My daughter who is an assitant store manager for Dillards could not believe how unfriendly and rude they were..
