Due to my lack of organization I called the store looking for help tracking down a delivery that I had lost the tracking number for.Liz was able to help me out. She went out of her way and for that I’m thankful for.Forever their customer.

Nice staff but TERRIBLE passport photos. Don’t get your passport photo taken here. They charge $16 for poor quality pictures that will not be accepted for your passport book. UPS will not refund you if you dislike them nor will they retake your photo without being recharged. CVS pharmacy (north) took my photos and did awesome! They have friendly staff and GREAT quality passport photos for $16!After writing my review the UPS owner reached out, apologized, and refunded me. I hope your passport photo process improves. Thank you!

Easy to drop off. They will print your label. Just email their office once you get there. Cost like $1.50

The staff is great. No knock on this store. UPS however is horrible. If they damage your item in shipping you are screwed and they will not reimburse you. I paid extra for insurance. My item got damaged and ups as a whole basically told me Im on my own. They clearly destroyed my item during shipping. I felt the least they could do was refund me the additional insurance money I paid, but nope. Ups is a scam job when it comes to their insurance. I have shipped many things through ups with no problems.... but if you do have a problem or something gets dropped/damaged you are on your own. Ship at your own risk!

Ive always received excellent service at this UPS Store. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. In fact, it is the staffs attention to details and their knowledge of their customers needs that sets this UPS Store apart from others. I give this store my highest rating. You wont be disappointed. Fabulous service! Team @ Store took excellent care of me. They hand packed each item (every item arrived in perfect shape) and were great at following up to keep me updated on progress.

Every other UPS store should be trained by these two employees! Kylee and Chelsey are the greatest customer service people I have encountered at any of the UPS stores. They are both very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I drive all the way from south Bismarck to this location just for the service they provide (I avoid the south location!) Definitely recommend them!!

The girls at this store are top notch! Super helpful and friendly. And patient as I had to have them reprint 2x because I wasnt clearer with instructions they were very accommodating

Where is the customer service? I get to the store rushing from 10 miles N of town, the girl locks the door right in front of me! All I had to do was drop something off, but did she even bother to check. It would have taken her 15 seconds, I knocked on the door and she looked at me and said were closed. Now I have to make another trip. I hope she realizes that one nice gesture would have made a world of difference!!

They have been printing for us for 18 months and are outstanding. They plot large drawings for us too. Friendly and very customer focused.

UPS delivery services sucks.I am pregnant and live on the second floor in my apartment waiting for my baby’s crib to arrive and I’m a high risk pregnancy. They didn’t even buzz my apartment neither did they bring it to my door I live alone and have no one to assist me to bring up my package that weighs a lot and I had to bring it to my front door once I seen on the tracking site that it was delivered. For one it was delivered and left in a spot where anyone could have taken it and for two I am pregnant and a very high risk of a miscarriage and I was basically forced to bring up my package to my door. I am very angry and upset since I brought it up I started bleeding it took me an hour to get it up the stairs and no one helped and I was struggling. You are a horrible company if you can’t have your drivers deliver the way they should.. that or if it was cause they couldn’t deliver cause it was too heavy for the one person maybe you should have more than one delivery person to deliver such heavy packages. I will be calling and if no one assists in this manner I will continue to spread the word of your horrible business.

I love our UPS store - they are great! I highly recommend them - very low prices and really great service!

Store is very helpful with reasonable prices, but dont expect the options of a Kinkos. People were nice and explained things, but it is mostly shipping and simple printing.

They leave your packages at the front door or by the mailboxes that GET STOLEN!! Never do they bring boxes to your door😣 wish they would take packages back to the main store for pick up if we dont sign off on them.Too many people walk by the doors in our building, STOP LEAVING THEM AT THE MAIN DOOR MAILBOXES

When they didnt think I was home, they called to check. I trust them with my passcode to get into the garage and for a small amount of money I can have my packages delivered to a different address if I dont happen to be at home.
