These past 3 days, I have been experiencing a lot of difficulties In receiving a package to my apartment. I will admit that my apartment is a secure and locked apartment complex, so receiving packages can be very tricky. After the first 2 attempts of not receiving my package, I understand why it was not delivered cause I was not there. So no hard feelings on those first 2 days. Luckily, today (third day- attempt to deliver package) I was home and decided to wait by the staircase close to the mail room and in view of the back door (cause first attempt, they tried to deliver from the back of my apartment complex. Weird, it’s whatever). Waited for about an hour to receive my package. After the hour passed, I received a notification that there was an attempted delivery and that would try again.At this point, I check both doors, no door tags postages that they even attempt to make the delivery or any signs that they “actually” were at either doors.This honestly makes me very frustrated and upset cause I wasted an hour waiting for a package that the deliver person didn’t even bother to get out his truck and check if there was someone there. At this point, I call 1-800 number for FedEx. The minute I get customer service, I asked to be transferred to speak to a worker from THIS FedEx location. She easily transfers me and when I explained my situation to the worker of this Bismarck location. She doesn’t even bother trying to listen, she automatically transfers me to the company’s customer service. The guy begins to explains that well we cannot hold the package at out location cause the shipper has to change it. I point out to him that I already contacted the shipper and told them that, I would rather they lift the restrictions so it would make it easier for me to pick it up. The shipper explained that they cannot cause FEDEX cannot change the delivery when it’s in transit or already in the system in to make the next delivery attempt tomorrow.The customer service guy tries to appease me that okay, since the package was attempted 3 times now (honestly wasn’t in my opinion) it is now eligible to be put on hold for pick up. That I will receive a notification of such and the address given.Will it happen? I don’t know cause the notification that I received right after talking to him, is that in 10 days the package will be returned and the restrictions on the delivery of the package is still in place.After this whole experience, I am NOT EVER going to use FEDEX AGAIN.

Grand Theft, they hire crackheads who do not deliver and steal packages. Do not trust them, they will not knock on doors and will not deliver your high value items.

I really hate to give a low review but I really need to in this instance. I did NOT order a package, however a package was delivered to my place of business with the wrong business name on it. So I called the 800 number I found on the web, informed them of what was going on so they could have the driver return and pick it up and deliver it the same day to the proper place. They had to reissue a shipping request and was going to send someone the next day, now this phone call to FedEx was within five minutes of the package being dropped off. But no they could not call the driver in charge of this package and have them return right away and redeliver it correctly. I am posting this OVER 24 hours after the phone call took place and still no one has come by to pick it up. However the business that was supposed to receive it came over just a few moments ago and carried it out of my business. I told FedEx I am not employed by them to deliver a package they could not deliver correctly in the first place. by the way a one star is too high for my to give but with it being the lowest this is my only choice. I really hope everyone else has better luck with FedEx as I have not had good luck with them. Even other shipments that I ordered from west of me, go about 500 miles east of me for a night then get brought back to my town the next day, what a waist of shipping time, they need better coordination if you aske me. Thanks for reading this review and hope FedEx gets their ergonomics in order for the future.

Purchased something on amazon prime. Expected to have it delivered Oct 26 at 8 pm. That never happened. It updated the order status to contact seller, no definite schedule for delivery, Called FED EX and spoke with many people/customer reps. Eventually was told that she will send a message to the station where the package was last documented to be at. Oct 27, someone called and said that maybe it was delivered and that it was misplaced. I said it was never indicated on record that it was indeed DELIVERED so she said she will contact the drivers BOSS. Oct 28 (today), saw the order status that said it was DELIVERED 4:59 pm and left at the front DOOR. Guess what? this is a LIE. My husband was getting our stuff and groceries from our SUV to our 3rd floor apartment from 4:30 pm to 6 PM. THERE WAS NO FED EX VAN. NO PACKAGE. So it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out what happened. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE.

Place is absolutely disrespectful. Driver throws packages in my apartment building. I seen a driver stop on a package and looked down. Looked at me then left. Also 4 months ago I ordered some household items. They never came and said they left a note so sent them back after 7 days of no response. They said later they left a couple notes and somehow never got them. Bunch of liars and need to learn how to do there job correctly apparently.

So the drivers arent great about knocking, ringing the bell or using the buzzer and this office lost 1 of 2 packages that I was supposed to recieve. There were 4 others stopping for their package in the 5 minutes I was at the office but...Kathy at the office was very professional and even sweet both on the phone and in person. They were ready with the package 5 minutes after the truck returned.Be aware you only have a 30 minute window to pick it up after the trucks return and they hold packages for 48 hours before they return to sender.

Went to the store and as soon as I walked in the door I wasn’t greeted I was told to stay by the door until they knew what was going on. I told them I needed to ship a large kids electric car. Instead of asking for measurements I was told “we don’t have boxes that size” I said I figured that but the website said you can make boxes. The lady said “you can make a box and come back” so I left and went to another fed ex ship center that said they get numerous complaints daily about the fed ex store here. They were more than happy to help

Dropped off a box with a prepaid call tag. If its outside normal business hours and you catch a worker outside , they probably wont take it from you even if its prepaid. UPS and USPS will. Theyre real good about it.

For the last two days my package has been “expected to be delivered by the end of the day” and both days nothing has come. No updates until after 10:00 pm and all the update says is ‘unable to complete delivery due to local weather delay’.... both nights. I figured I would just hold my order at location so I could pick it up myself but neither the website/app or automated customer service will allow me to do so. It’s so incredibly frustrating to have to make time to track down a package that was supposed to be delivered to me. This experience has completely ruined the way I see Fedex.

Terrible customer service! Came in with a box that only needed to be taped. The rude agent Gail informed me that boxes are to be ready to go and was going to charge me for a full roll of tape and extra packing material...which it didnt need! We have a corporate account with FedEx and ship all over the world. This is the worst location/ experience I have had. I told her I would drive across town to use UPS.

The driver delivered my package and I heard the package just toss/thrown onto my doorstep. The package says fragile on it and as I was opening up my package I saw that two of my items were broke.

For your recipients sake DO NOT USE FEDEX. They will try to drop off your package at the next town because they dont have time to head to your home. They will drop off your package at a neighbors place with their packages because they dont want to make another stop. They will not knock and leave your packages outside even when they have written instructions not to. I will no longer do business with any company who uses FEDEX to ship, and I suggest you do the same. Every package shipped to me has been either a 30 mile Easter Egg hunt or been destroyed.

Still terrible customer service by the rude counter lady. Should have read other reviews before going in this office. If you are sending your package and cover it with packaging brown paper think twice as they will charge you for 3 dollars cost of tape. I had a box covered with this brown paper as a second layer, covered with good amount of tape and they still think its not enough and wants you to 100% completely tape it. Ive been in ebay sideline business for decades and using USPS. But i cheap out because of fedex 17% discount via ebay, should have stayed with my usual delivery to USPS. I understand that fedex tries to maintain a higher standard, but forgotten the customer service side with this office... You have been warned.

Its a very small store, and sort of tucked out of the way, so you might have slight issues in finding it. That being said, the staff here are very nice and helpful. They even call you to let you know that something is ready, when you request that a package be held.

If you want to put more effort than the driver to get your package then go through FedEx. Anytime I have something being delivered and I find out it’s through them I become immediately annoyed knowing the run around I’ll have to get something.

Had Flowers delivered to our front step in 12 degree temps they never bothered to ring door bell or knock. Found them the next day frozen like a rock. We were home all day long, the day of delivery. Says very clearly all over box flowers, delivery person to lazy to be responsible.

Our company relies heavily on FedExs infrastructure and ability to ship samples throughout the country in an efficient manner. One of the managers at this location is infamous for being unprofessional and poorly trained. On two occasions they have either turned our business down or have postponed our shipments because it is getting late. Both incidents occurred during regular store hours and more than an hour before closing.

Had a package coming today and had to leave the house. Left dogs outside. Fed ex guy apparently not afraid of my dogs left package on door step where dogs proceeded to eat half of it. Should have eother delayed delivery or left on door way or on front of garage where dogs could not get to it.Over top of that I call to file a claim and get automated phone response. By the tome i get to where you say file claim it cut me off.
