The cashier was absolutely disrespectful to my mother. His sarcasm & making fun of her was a disgusting thing. She is a veteran & a senior citizen & to be treated with such disrespect was intolerable. We were at the Pinehurst square location yesterday afternoon & the male cashoer furthest from the door with black hair is who checked out our purchases in my opinion he should not be in any customer service position

Very clean and well-stocked store. I love the ice cream treat coolers by the checkout. Really like the huge variety of freezer and cooler foods.

This store is well organized and pretty clean for the amount of foot traffic that goes thru there in one day.The staff is very friendly, and they work hard to accommodate their customers. It is the best Dollar store of ANY brand, I have been to, in several States.

Friendly staff. However, they were out of soooo much stuff. I had to go to all 3 Bismarck locations to get everything I needed. They have boxes ans boxes full of products sitting in the isles but nobody is stocking. Its been like this the last several times ive been to this location and the expressway location.

Great selection and friendly staff

I experienced horrible customer service. I left the store feeling like I, as a customer, interrupted the employee’s work. We were waiting in a longer line with just 1 cashier open. The cashier noticed and called Kat??? (Had pink hair and wore a green football jersey) to the the register to help. It took her a few minutes to arrive and when she did we moved to her line. In the middle of our transition while still standing and waiting to complete our payment, Kat turns to her coworker and says “I’m just about finished with my work and then I’m going home. Please don’t call me up again”. We left feeling like Kat cared more about getting her shift done then helping customers. I gave my experience 2 stars because I felt bad for the cashier who cared.

They do have a lot of choices and very friendly staff. However, I gave it 2 stars due to the fact that yesterday we were in and the cashier was anything but clean or sanitary. We literally watched her shove both hands down her pants to adjust her underwear and proceed to touch customers items. So gross and honestly she did not smell good at all.

They have thier niche. There are very good buys at the place. Injector cleaner to bleach to throw away aluminum pans to cards for every occasion....and yes everything is a dollar. You even get a greeting from the cashier on the way out...better than most stores....repeat customer mow and will be in the future.

The shelves look an little better for the last time was in there. The floor and restroom was still dirty looks like no one swept and mopped the floor. The cashier wasnt very knowledge able with whats in the store.

Lots of boxes to unload there. They did have everything I wanted and always very friendly.

I am able to find many of my household essentials along with quite a few grocery items. I love that everything is only $1.

You can buy 2 liters for a dollar.

The refrigerator unit is great for some smaller items like eggs and single serve lunches. The store is also usually well stocked and clean. Minus 1 star because the staff, including managers, do not tell customers the same policies that the website does.

They have a lot of variety, but no one asked if I needed help.

Great value, super assortment of products. Frozen food section very nice. Save a third of my household budget each week shopping here first before heading over to grocery store.

This is a pretty good Dollar Tree. Its well kept and almost everything is still $1.

Great location! It isnt the newest, but it has items that are not found at the others such as phone cases and various items that only get brought in occasionally.
