Rae at the service desk was amazing!!!I had to return a few items that were purchased online. She was patient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. She was by far the nicest person I have dealt with a customer service. Thank you so much Rae!!

Very unhappy. The store is very poorly stocked, empty shelves in every department. The store has merchandise in boxes and trash down the middle of all the main isles and very dirty and unorganized. Of a list of 17 items I buy regularly, only had 2 of the items. In the Bismarck store on Friday and totally different story. Same items were in stocks and clean store. I shouldnt have to drive 110 miler to find what my local store should have. 👎

A very clean, organized, sanitized atmosphere. The waitress are very cordial. Their service, outstanding. The Sushi bar is my favorite. Hats of to the chef who makes delicious sushi. I also favor the pick your own and its cooked for you. Its a buffet still, but the food is always fresh, hot and ready to be consumed. If youd rather have someone else be the cook for the day. You wont go wrong stopping in here.

If I can give 0 star..that is what I would do.Last week my grocery delivery order was delayed and had to cancel.And today same thing happened.I contacted the help centerthey tried to call the store but no one will pick up the phone as usual...My order was scheduled for 9.00pm and I can understand delays..but when the store closes at 11.00pm and it is 10.30pm and no update about your order is the most worst customer service.Looking to cancel my membership with them!

If theyd actually employ people to the right areas for a change *cough*cashiering*cough* maybe we can actually get through check out lanes faster than waiting for a ride at Six Flags. Oh, and self checkouts is not the answer. Not when half arent working, or when you have Amish Bob who moves slower than molasses and doesnt understand scanning a simple barcode. Then you look around and see half the workers visiting, half the higher ups seeing the pile up of customers but are too above cashiering to jump onto a register, or the more frequent workers on their Bluetooth devices talking to friends (very obvious) and when theyre approached, they feign a lack of understanding for the English language.

🚐 We came to grab a few items on our van life road trip from California to Michigan. Check out took an incredibly long time despite only two customers being in front of us. Some items were difficult to find. Was able to get kombucha here as well as pico and a 7 layer bean dip my partner was craving.

Go back to 24 hours a day, PLEASE. I loved shopping at 2/3 am, not crowded, just nice and peaceful. Quiet with the almost always guarantee of a weirdo spotting or two lol.

Good store. Busy but they have what you need

I dispise this store. Self serve check out range up ...by itself as I was putting in my payment... 123 times @ .19. They sent me to customer service to get refund. They begin the refund 30 mins later,, so they could refund that at amount 123 times to have to start over again and again. Never did get my $ back. I had a meeting to get to!! Never heard a word from management.

I was at the North Walmart yesterday July 14th around 5pm. When I came out from shopping my vehicle wouldn’t start. I went to the automotive department to see if they would be able to help me. They were awesome they got my vehicle started (He had to walk clear across the parking lot) and replaced the battery within the hour. The other thing they did was put my Ice cream in the cooler so it wouldn’t melt while they put a new battery in. I did not get there names but the men that were working in automotive yesterday between 5 and 6 pm were awesome. Thank you I greatly appreciate it.

Nice place...they do run of stick...and try to replace it.But with covid a round, you cant exchange it...which can be a problem when you find out you dont have enuff to pay for.Its embarrassing

KAREN from CUSTOMER SERVICE was completely rude making my experience in this Walmart Center horrible. She was shouting and giving a bad attitude at me and telling me why I was returning and item I had just purchased as if it was a huge problem returning the item when I found something better. KAREN from customer service needs to stop going into work miserable taking it out on customers.

It is the worst Walmart I have been in. Nothing on the shelves, boxes in the isles, and dirty. Unfortunately, it is the closest store to where I live. I think I will drive to Bismarck from now on to shop at Walmart.

Walmart is a need more than a want for us. We love the services offered...especially delivery. But try to call local customer service, best of luck to you. They don’t answer at all. I understand the pandemic has everyone busy and scrambling for employees...so maybe they should hire more workers. 🤷🏻

There is a vitamin complex that Ive been taking for years. The only place I could get it was at another store and it was pricey. I was relieved to find it at Walmart for a third of the price. But they havent had it in stock for over 2 months now. Ive even watched as an employee scanned the tag and told me it would be there in 2 weeks. That was 4 weeks ago. I dont think that scanning it is ordering it. I think I was lied to. Frustrated, I have to go back to the expensive store where when they say itll be here, I know it will be unlike Walmart. Disappointed as usual.

The shelves were stocked and they carry items I cannot get anywhere else, but online. There are many things I want to see before I buy, and the items are always easy to locate alone or with store personal assistance. The check out was also a joyful experience because my checker was so fun and upbeat.

It had 15 checkouts that took credit cards and 1 checkout line that took cash. Not to cool.

Great place for quick and easy meals you can enjoy! And no dishes ! They have paper plates!!

I did a pick up order today and they gave me rotten cucumbers. I called the store as soon as I came home and they said I would have to come into the store to return them. We have a low immune household, we stay out of stores and that is why I do pick up. The bag clearly showed the green slime. I think they need to train their shoppers better. Very sad.. No more Wal-Mart for me.

I like this Wal-Mart. The store is clean, they have the big bottles of Pure Leaf unsweetened green tea I love (I buy it all, every time I stop here. Every single bottle!) And they allow big trucks to park overnight. TRUCKS: To enter with a semi, turn onto Skyline. Take second left. Go around back of building. Ignore NO TRUCKS sign, they dont mean it. Park in northwest corner. Leave the same way. Leave your trash in trash cans, not in shopping carts. Dont be a nuisance. This is a good one, drivers, dont mess it up for us. Easy peasy!

Walmart usually has what I am looking for except plain sparkling water. Prices are good.

Keep seeing empty or mostly drank items around store. There is a subway in this store but the drinks are not from there.

I was pretty pleased with my shopping here. There was nothing super above and beyond about it. Only one employee went out of their way to help and he wasnt super friendly. But like at most any Walmart you go to, you are able to find what you need, and get it for pretty decent prices as well!

I am from out of state and what a horrible experience I had just walking in the front door! The woman greeting the customers coming thru the door was very rude and unprofessional! Shaking her head at me and laughing. I had just finished painting and I dont see what was so hysterically funny about me walking into shop there but I find it hard to believe that Walmart would have immature folks greeting their customers like a child! People like her have no business working with the public! Open your eyes Walmart and pay attention to how your emoyees are interacting with the public!

People are cleaning alot, and have sanitized carts ready for you when you walk in. I really appreciate that they have been doing this. I come here often and am happy to see that they have taken extra precautions during to Covid pandemic.
