Store was clean, good sales on certain items, but overall there were a lot of bare shelves and limited selection.

As usual I found everything I was looking for. This is a store and the employees that are great.

The service was excellent and my cashier I enjoy her she was friendly.

I like shopping here and usually I shop at the Pinson store. The store is neat and clean and it easy to get in and out. I would have given a five star yet I didnt because of customer service. The cashiers are frowning and no one speaks inside the store. Years ago a man was murdered inside the store and Im glad the store didnt shut down. Boost the customer service more and ask the men to stop asking for tips. Allow the customer to tip without being pressured to do so. I can see this store ranking with Public if the customer service improves.

Great store but deli workers need to understand that folks on lunch break not off work and wait on us.

Shopped there for my Daddy when it was on the Parkway & in this Center Point location. Big store, offers somethings I havent found elsewhere on this end of town. Price wise much better than the P store, & comparable to the W store. It is cleaner than either of those stores in this end of town.Would like to see more variety in small size can goods. As a widow the full size cans are just too much. Wish the school supplies section offered refills for pens & encourage recycling.

People are friendly...but there isnt very much special about this grocery store. I do find some meats here that you cant find occasionally at other stores. Smoked neckbones,, chicken gizzards, good collard greens...that sort of stuff!

I love the fact that there are at least 4 cashiers at the register. Checking out is usually quick depending on the amount of groceries you have.

Overpriced for subpar quality food and other various items. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. It looks like in inside of a Piggly Wiggly in the year 1996.Most of the employees are kind and will go out of their way to help you. But one of the younger cashiers asked me for my ID card for alcohol. No problem I say, I hand him my military Id. He then asks a rude question. Are you even legal to be in this country? Ive never seen a card like this before. 1 hes to young to even join the army let alone be working long enough to actually see one In person. Im not offended because he thought i was a foreigner, I was offended that he could read the card to realize it was in fact valid.Note to All high up managers, train your cashiers on all forms of ID that are guaranteed to arise on a daily basis.Really? I guess that required reading skills isnt on the job application. It was a standard Id that every retired military personnel receive after discharge. It was offensive and rude. Doesnt matter what my nationality is. I have a valid gov Id card and am way old enough to drink alcohol. His attitude just bothered me.

Store was clean and well stocked, I found everything I was looking for on this trip. Prices are often very low when compared to the large chain stores. One item I needed was on sale and I found an item on sale I didnt need now but will in a few weeks, it is shelf stable so I stocked up. Score!

I ask for help over and over again, but you have to get right up in these peoples faces for them to acknowledge that you need assistance.I do not mean to be mean in my review (I, too worked in customer service a few times, I was never out of the way by no means to my customers, they were the ones that kept me on payroll), just try to see things from a customers point of view; then youll know how much youd also prefer to be treated when you have an issue with a certain product or where to locate something, or any other kind of assistance you or they may have.People these days have to be taught manners. In the old days, you were raised beforehand with how to treat others with the same respect youd want from another.Thats exactly whats wrong with todays society.These people were raised by vagabonds, and left the real job of raising their children to future teachers and employers whom do not have the time to do all that is necessary with each individual.People should start caring about others around them like theyd want to be treated. The place is okay since there arent many grocery stores in Center Point, but its not great either. The cashiers, especially teenager ones, are very rude and are always giving an attitude towards customers. Its never understood why since they chose to get that job in the first place. If they want to keep getting paid, then I recommend them to fix their attitudes. Besides the bad customer service, then food and prices are at least decent. Only shop there if you have a lot of patience.

I went just to get bacon bits for my appetizer and they were completely out. Dissatisfied.

Food Giant is there if I need milk or bread. Overall its doesnt have the quality and size or brands that I particularly like. Its not as convenient.

This store is Clean, clean , clean! The aisles are wide and clear, no random boxes blocking shoppers, the employees are super helpful, and the prices are very competitive. I enjoy it because they have such a wide variety groceries, unlike Aldo, and the employees are willing to assist you if need be.

Small town store with friendly employees. Great meat selection and the truckload sales are wonderful. Not the cheapest prices but its very convenient. Like most stores, you can save a lot on certain items but watch out on the necessities. They can be .60 to $1.00 more than other stores.

Went there today after leaving Walmart. It was like a different world...stocked shelves! The only thing they didnt have was toilet paper and spray sanitizer.

Every time we stop in its quick, quiet, and easy to get around. Feels like a small town place, always the same people never any problems. Theyre also the only place that carries super swirl ice cream. Its the best!!

Did appreciate cashier give correct change , when could have kept if not honest.

Great food, good selection and very nice people but way too much pepper in or on everything for my taste. I wish you would leave the pepper off and let the customer add as needed but thats just me.

The food is reasonably priced. The line was super long but once they realized it was backing up, they opened a new register immediately and I was assisted to my car aftwewards.

Prices and variety are fairly good, but the employees just seem very nonresponsive with some customers. While I was there in check out the cashier was having a conversation with two other cashiers and rung up 2 of my items twice, as I was watching. Hard to recommend unfortunately.

The staff make you feel like a celebrity on the red carpet. Good prices and sales as well
