Poor poor customer care service!!!Lack of assessment service given during my order pickup. Glasses were given in my hand without a case or any assessment for Rx correctness. I requested the required & expected service that is standard when one return for their Rx pickup but I was denied. I informed her of the required state board eye care protocol & the expectation of service to be render to customers upon pickup of their Rx. I was horribly shocked & couldn’t believe that this staff person function on such a dehumanizing level with such negligence, demonstrated gross unsafe practice & exhibited no consideration for customer eye care health. This person is not trained or just don’t care!!! She is a danger to eye care customers, showed absolutely no concern for my request for required service to make sure my Rx was correct, definitely is not qualified to function in such capacity & need to be released of such position. Her behavior type of practice is ground for medical malpractice.

Dr. Morrisse is wonderful but he is an independent Dr who is not associated with the quality of Walmart customer service. I wish I could give this eye center 0 stars. I have visited the center twice this summer and the same women have treated me as if I was a child. Every visit I have followed Walmart Covid procedures and was still treated unkind. I will continue to see Dr Morrisse but I will NOT be using Walmart to order glasses or contacts!
