Gorgeous Resort! When you walk in you automatically know you are on vacation. Each customer is treated royally. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated.Any view is great at this resort but I would suggest getting an ocean view room to wake up to...#Beautiful. Food and drinks are great coming from the restaurants inside the resort! Was not pleased with service from the restaurant near the pool.

Its always a joy to go into Publix, the employees at Publix are so nice theyre so helpful its almost impossible not to think about it when you go to another grocery store and theyre not near as friendly or helpful and the store doesnt look near as nice theres not another store out there I know of thats as nice as Publix and that their employees are as nice as Publix employees, sometimes there may be a little bit more money-wise but its well worth it ,,never had a bad experience at Publix and Ill tell you something else I found out about Publix if they dont have what you want and they can they will get it, they will order it for you and theyll let you know when it comes in. Thats great! That is outstanding service! my hats off to Publix....

I love this store! Its always well stocked with the things I need for my family. The aisles seem to be wider than other local stores and the best part....Its 5 minutes from my house:) The employees are always friendly and thats a plus!

This use to be one of my favorite Publix stores in the Birmingham area. Now they are always out of stock, and not only out of stock, but most inventory counts are off and incorrect. Management should be more on top of this making sure each department is counting correctly, as well as the receiver who receives all product.

Awesome selection everything I needed and more

A friend and I stopped by here last Tuesday and got a pretty decent salad from the deli. The wait was super long to get it but, in their defense, it was the height of lunchtime. While we were there, he noticed there were a few younger guys pointing and giving directions and we surmised these must be district managers or folks from corporate but werent entirely sure. Everyone was on their best behavior, to say the least. We had a good meal up in their cafe area which is a nice touch and reminded me a lot of bigger cities or East Asian supermarkets where people make the most of their second floor square footage.Today, a couple days later, we went back because we enjoyed our meal so much. There were at least 5 women behind the deli counter, all doing odd jobs that werent time-sensitive, all the while two people just stood there nearly 10 mins waiting to order. Finally, since we also had jobs we had to return to, my friend begins awkwardly flailing his arms to get someones attention since at least another 5-10 people stood maybe 20 yds from us at the customer service counter just gabbing away. One of the women went to the other side of the deli counter and, I assume, told one of the employees to take our orders. She apologized for our wait and walked off, only for us to stand there another minute or two.Finally, my friend just said, We count to ten and were outta here. Sure enough, the head honcho wasnt around that day so people went back to doing what they normally do....absolutely nothing but sit around with their thumbs up their butts collecting a paycheck. My friend and I are vets and we dont do mediocre work so we despise it when others do. In the future, dont put on a show for your clientele when the boss is there. If youre gonna do a piss-poor job just be consistent. We wont be back.

I bought groceries, including celery, got it home it was very dirty and too many rotten pieces, a produce clerk should have thrown it away🙄, the other experience was ok..they can tighten up a bit though✌️😘

4 stars for publix, but instacart needs help. I just picked up my instacart order and when I got home I discovered that a couple of my items were left off and I requested italian chicken sausage and got sweet turkey sausage. I went back up to the store tonight and Geoffrey was able to help me with this. I will call instacart about this tomorrow.

An ok Publix. Some workers at the food section can be rude sometimes. The workers at the bakery pay you no attention.

The only bad thing is on the self serve check out lanes they need hand held scanners so you can scan large items while keeping them in the cart. I like to buy 2 litre bottles of soda when on sale but its a pain.
