This shop up and closed out of nowhere. I came in from out of town to do a final try on for a dress I thought I wanted. I drove over 3 hours for a Saturday morning apt and when we got there the door was locked and upon looking in the window the shop was completely empty. I tried calling and was sent straight to voicemail. We asked neighboring stores if they had another contact and they shared they closed over two weeks ago without any notice. I get things may change but to not reach out to let customers know that you’ve closed your store?? Absolutely unacceptable. I luckily picked a dress from beloved bridal in Ann Arbor. The staff there was great and would recommend brides to go there.

We had the BEST experience here and Denisa was great!! She helped us find the perfect dress and was super helpful in answering all of our question and making us feel comfortable with everything. I highly recommend shopping here for your wedding gown, their collections are insanely beautiful!!

Just bought my daughters wedding gown here. Unlike many bridal shops this one is relaxed and customer oriented. Denisa was very professional and friendly too. The fitting area is large and has lots of natural light. Many other salons put you in a tiny room and it feels really claustrophobic. This place is open and airy. Never felt rushed or controlled like we did at other salons. They really respected our opinions and were quick to look something up if they couldnt answer our questions about customizing a dress.This is not a big salon but they make up for it with kindness and a great attitude.

I had SUCH a great experience with the girls at LBR! The salon itself is gorgeous, with plenty of room for a wide selection of dresses, but small enough to make each appointment feel intimate and personal. The girls there who helped us listened to everything I said when I got there and pulled dresses that met and exceeded my expectations. As I tried on dresses, they were continually puling more that aligned with what I liked or didnt like about the dress before. They gave excellent input without being sales-y and made it feel like I was shopping with friends. They even offered to stay open a little later for me to come back to see the dress I loved there after my next appointment. I could not recommend this salon, and the girls who work there, enough!

The most amazing bridal shop I have ever been too!!! I would recommend them to anyone. They are beyond kind, helpful, and accommodating! Such a beautiful store with so many of the most unique wedding gowns! Best customer service. The owner is the sweetest person who truly cares about you finding the wedding dress of your dreams and will go above and beyond to do whatever it takes for you to get it!! Can’t thank them enough!

They ruined the feeling of being a bride for my sister. This is the worst worst place to get your dream dress from!! They are bunch of liars and would make you feel so good when u first order a dress of course to take the money and get the business. I would never recommend this place if you are getting married and shopping for a dress please DO NOT go to this place.

I felt so good purchasing my dress but that was the last time I felt good in that store. They lied over and over, had terrible follow up and communication. Once the sale is made the customer service disappears. I would not recommend this bridal shop to anyone. Birmigham has many stores with many options chose anyone of them, just not this one.

I had an amazing experience at Luxe Bridal Rack. From the minute I walked in, I felt welcomed. Their customer service was amazing every step of the way. Besides their customer service, their dress selection was great! They were so unique and beautiful, it was hard to narrow it down to just one. The dress came in quicker than expected. Overall, it was a great experience! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

I wish there was option for zero stars. I have had the worst worst experience with luxe bridal and the people that work there. The lack of communication is unreal never experienced such unprofessional team. They promise you things but they never do anything. They ordered me a wrong lace for my veil and they tried convincing me that it matches my dress when I went in for my first fitting the girl that helped me those were her exact words “ oh wow I think the designer sent us the wrong fabric this looks nothing like the dress” but yet their manager tried to tell me it’s the same lace. They kept making me go back and forth to their store and did NOTHING. Please if you are a bride and want to be happy for the best day of your life DO NOT PLEASE DO NOT GO TO LUXE BRIDAL. It’s so disappointing and so sad that they ruined the happiness for the biggest day of my life. My feelings can never be expressed all this happened 29 days before my wedding. I would never ever recommend this store for anyone and I would never want any bride to feel the same way as I feel right now.

Legit scammers! They tell you they will do everything you requested, wanted and paid for but in fact they do NOTHING they just say that to make you purchase a dress and give them business. My daughter came home crying after picking up her dress. No bride should feel this way but this place does not deserve to be opened and doing business because all they do is ruin the happiest and biggest day for brides.

The service and detail to the individual need of the bride was outstanding! It is clear that this is not just a job for them, but a passion to ensure that each bride feels and looks phenomenal! Such a wonderful experience! I had gone to so many shops and kind of felt a bit disheartened when I couldnt find the right dress. Upon coming in here and working with Denisa, my outlook completely changed and I found the dress of my dreams! Denisa special ordered a sample dress she thought I would love from their Chicago store to arrive in time for my appointment (just 48 hours later)! Trying the dress on that she had chosen, literally brought me and my soon to be SIL in tears because it was the one!Couldnt be happier with my entire experience!Great store and service!

I had a very disingenuous experience here this past Saturday. I came in with my budget, and made the consultant working with me well aware of what I wanted to spend, in fact, that was even one of her questions when I first arrived. However, she pulled a gown for me TWICE my budget. She never told me the price, or asked if going over my budget was ok until I got it on and fell in love with it. As a bride, you want a consultant in your corner helping you find a dress you love and can afford. Not one $2,500 over budget and making you leave the store crying. This is definitely a warning to other brides shopping here for their dream dress. Don’t be fooled!

The service and designer dress selection at Luxe Bridal Rack are exceptional! I have been to 7 other bridal dress stores before shopping in this store, and none of them compare. Keturah helped me find my dream dress, and I cannot wait to wear it! Maria, the manager, helped me coordinate my veil and accessories to go with my dress. This was truly the best bridal shopping experience. I highly recommend this place!

I went to a wedding shop prior to this one and the level of experience was so different. We walked in and I did have a larger group, but when we were picking dresses my consultant stopped us after 4 dresses and said if we do many more it can get overwhelming. Fine and understandable, but kind of short with us. Then once I was trying on dresses I felt rushed (30 minutes into my appointment my consultant asked what time it was to make sure we were running on time) which I felt was kind of rude considering I showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment as it was so really only 20 minutes into my scheduled time at that point. Then my mom wanted me to try on a few and the owner snapped at her telling her not to grab any dresses off the rack. Again fine, but they never even let me try them on. Also I kept asking specifically for A line dresses and they kept bringing mermaid style. Also brought in dresses that were way above my budget. Again... fine but I just felt like they weren’t listening to me and the whole appointment experience was different than the place I was at prior. I was let down. The dresses are beautiful and unique which is why I picked them, but I had to keep telling myself that I was choosing a dress not their customer service. In a place where you’re spending thousands the customer service should reflect it. This is an area they need to improve if they want to keep their customers.

I had the BEST experience at Luxe Bridal Rack! They had a great selection of in-style dresses to try on. Keturah created such a fun and comfortable environment for me and my family. I felt as though she really cared about finding my perfect dress. They were very clean and conscious of COVID procedures, which was wonderful. 10/10, could not recommend them enough!

Such a great experience, Jessica was great! Appointments are highly recommended and required, however if there are no appointments, I believe they allow walk-ins. I had an appointment when another bride walked in asking to look around. She was so polite about how their experience was supposed to be private and she didn’t want anyone to interrupt my experience. We had the entire shop to ourselves (mom and I)! Jessica started by letting us pull dresses we liked, then she pulled dresses she thought would look good. There were so many beautiful gowns and they were all reasonably priced. They offer great specials if you buy during your first appointment too. I didn’t buy a gown during my first appointment, but had to give Jessica credit by writing a view- she definitely turned my wedding dress shopping experience around.

My Experience was amazing from the time I walk in the Luxe Bridal Rack! The wedding stylist Sara ; was excellent! I always envision myself in a luxurious wedding dress , but my budget didn’t meet the high-end designers prices . However at Luxe Bridal Rack , I found my luxurious wedding dress immediately within in my budget! Sara knew exactly what I was looking for and she respected my budget. During my appointment I was elated to meet the owner Maria; whom was so kind & professional. She made my dream come true! I walked into this store and asked if I could look around, as i pretty much know what I like and don’t like, so I knew I would be quick. I found ONE dress I wanted to try on real quick. The lady said I couldn’t try on unless I had an appointment. I was literally the ONLY customer in the store. She said, “sorry, I have an appointment at 4:30.” ...it was 4;05. I had plenty of time, 25 minutes in fact until her appointment arrived, to try on ONE DRRSS. She said, “it’s store policy that you have an appointment.” This store does not deserve business, especially when a person is spending thousands of dollars to get treated like that.

Luxe Bridal Rack was the experience I was always hoping I would have. I truly had no idea what I wanted in a dress, but I thought it was something totally different than what I got. The consultant who helped me was so beyond patient with me and made sure I tried on every single style so we could rule things out together. When she picked this one dress I chuckled because I could not see myself ever wearing it. Until... I put it on and fell in love. From there on out, I didnt want to get out of my dress. But of course wanted to ensure that I explored options. The next day, I went to another bridal salon where I was totally overwhelmed and felt like nothing was right for me. That is exactly when I knew that my experience at Luxe Bridal was right for me and so was my dress. Called the next day and made it official! If you are looking for designer dresses at a great price, go here. You will not regret it.

I bought a dress from another store that ended up not working. I contacted Luxe Bridal Rack at the last minute and they worked with me to find the perfect dress! The alterations were perfect. These ladies are knowledgeable and work with their seamstress to make sure the dress worked for me I can’t say enough about these ladies.

I cant start to say how much fun I had at Luxe Bridal Rack. From the moment the stylist greeted my mom and me showing us the gorgeous selection of gowns I felt so at ease. She was so knowledgeable about the beautiful dresses and helped me select dresses from my list of wants. She was very invested in making sure I found my dream gown and it was more difficult picking one when it came down to the end. I will be forever grateful that Luxe Bridal Rack helped me fulfill my dream.

No bride should EVER have to be treated the way my friends daughter was treated throughout this entire process. Very, very unethical and not trustworthy. I was there through the whole process. They measured wrong and blamed the bride for gaining weight!!! Then they wouldn’t even consider ordering another and selling the one they messed up on. On top of that they said tailoring was included, and went back on that too. Very rude, clueless on customer service, greedy and stubborn. They seriously lost 2 more sales from this experience and still haven’t learned from it. If you are even thinking about this place run the other way ASAP!

If you charge someone for a deposit, and they drive 3 hours to your shop, and don’t call to let them know the shop is boarded up, locked, and not answering calls at the time of your scheduled appointment, you should probably refund them and be nice on the phone. You don’t even deserve the one star.

I did not feel very cared for here. The lady was a bit pushy on everything I tried on. She definitely wanted me to buy it, more than caring if I even loved it. It is more on the expensive side, which is fine. Just a warning since they didnt show any prices online. I didnt see a dress under 1 grand. Also their selection is pretty small.
