It is mostly by appointment so the owner can work with you so you look your best on your wedding day - or whichever occasion you plan to use that exquisite accessory no one else sells!My wife was delighted with the service she received.

Terrible customer service. Their website invites you to stop by however when I stopped in looking for a hair accessory I was immediately asked if I had an appointment and told I could not look around because they currently had an appointment. Apparently 1 person in the store and another looking around is 1 too many. A man who worked there attempted to help me and we were barked at that we needed to move because the appointment needed the mirror---there are multiple, but they needed the one I was using apparently. I was told to return in a half an hour--not a chance!If you are appointment only then just say so. Dont invite me to stop by only to be rude.
