We bought a house that had a hot tub and unfortunately they were taking it with them. I contacted the previous owner and she recommended Montana Hot Springs and to ask for Cody or Scott. My husband and I went in “just to look” and our intention was to shop around. We met with Scott and he had nothing but patience for us! We spent a good hour in there learning about tubs and he asked us a ton of questions to really get to know us and our lifestyle to pick the “right” tub! We were so thankful for that because what we thought we wanted was the complete opposite of what we got and are so happy he took the time to educate us. My husband and I bought a new house that came with a hot tub that had been bought preowned from Montana Hot Springs Spas. It hadn’t been taken care of for a couple months so needed a little TLC, mind you it still worked even though it was a bit grimes. I googled how to drain, clean, and refill a tub and followed the steps. Well, after I did all this it didn’t work anymore.I filled out the service inquiry on Montana Hot Springs Spas on a Saturday and was shortly called by Jeff. I explained my problem and he gave me some pointers over the phone to try, since at the time it sounded like there was air in my lines. Jeff was very helpful and of course as a professional had much better insight than my googling, and his pointers I never found in my searches.The tub still wouldn’t work so Monday I filled out another service inquiry. Tuesday, while at work, Greg called me to say he had an opening and was on his way to my house. He quickly found that the problem was the shot circulation pump and replaced it. Good as new! Greg was so knowledgeable and answered any questions I had, and I had quite a few since this is the first hot tub I have ever owned. Greg has been in the business for 29 years and even remembered my tub from years prior.Montana Hot Springs Spas was so easy and friendly to work with. First off, Im shocked they have a 4.9 star average! They must be giving incentives to their customers for reviews, or something like that. Needless to say, we had a terrible experience. My wife and I stopped by on a weekend. We told him that we were totally new to hot tubs and were trying to get more information. He asked when we were looking at purchasing one. I said we were planning on buying one in about 6 months. After that, he really didnt help us much. We asked about prices, but he kept evading the questions. He told us that he couldnt give us prices because of the customization, but when we asked about general prices, he couldnt give us those either for some reason...(it felt like a used car dealership). After asking a lot of questions and not really getting many answers, he basically told us to come back later when we were ready to make a purchase.

Hot Springs Spas has been taking care of my hot tub needs for 15 years. During that time, I have always received prompt, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service from these people. Recently, I decided to order a spa cover from them at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon. I expected to have a wait of maybe a week or so to get it in-stock and delivered but no, they were at my house with the cover and had it installed by 5 pm SAME DAY! Weve had our hot tub for almost a year. We had a MT Hot Springs tub at our old house. The experience with the tub, the service & the pure enjoyment of using our tub led us to purchase another for our new home. The Montana Hot Springs staff gave us the pros and cons for our use on all the models. The set up & instruction was quick and done by knowledgeable, careful installers. They answered all our questions. When we go in to purchase our maintenance products, Scott & Julie, the owners, greet us by name. Recently our tub has been making a clicking noise. Scott gave us some suggestions and said if that didnt work they would send someone right out. From past experience I know this to be true. We love the tub. The staff, their knowledge and great customer service make us happy to be customers.
