His attention to details and going throught different part numbers and asking the right questions along the way to service customer needs is admirable. We ordered the Pool parts for Holiday Inn Great Falls and will recommend his business to others.

Although I have never actually bought a hot tub from Michael at Leisure he and his staff have always been so helpful, knowledgeable and kind every time I have gone in to by chemical, ask questions or just to look!! They even moved a hot tub for me that was not purchased from them at a very reasonable price, my next tub will only come from them, without question the best place in town to by hot tubs, pools, patio furniture, chemicals and supplies!!

When we decided to purchase a hot tub we went to every hot tub store in Billings and I had my eye on one at Montana spas but when we went to leisure spa and met Bryon and he showed us the marquis brand hot tubs and I was very impressed!!! Bryon explained all the features this brand has and showed us why this one was built well and the difference between marquis and few other brands. He was a no pressure salesman cause we left and went back just to make sure I still didn’t want that other one and there was no comparison I wanted the one at leisure spa. Since we have had it installed Bryon has been awesome in helping me understand the chemicals and what to put in and how much and letting me know what happens to the hot tub if we don’t add certain chemicals. I just bring in a water sample and He will take the time to show you all that you need to do and it’s awesome to know I have help cause i knew nothing about hot tub chemicals and getting water correct.

We were in the market for a pre-owned hot tub and Dale was very courteous and patient with us while we mulled over the decision and decided what to do. Once we decided that Leisure did have the spa we wanted, we quickly came to an agreement on a fair price and the experience only got better after that! Mike and Mike delivered the spa, set it up for us, and showed us how to use it and care for it, even though it wasnt one of the brands that they carry new! They also test the water for us, analyzing it and providing recommendations on how to get the water perfect. I would recommend them to anybody who is in the market for a hot tub!

Formally McCall leisure, leisure in Montana is the ultimate place in Billings for any kind of hot tub or pool supplies. I went in just curious as to what kind of options are out there in a small hot tub. Even knowing that I wasnt planning on purchasing right away, the sales associate spent over an hour with me, Theyre pumping systems and price to operate. When I do decide to take the plunge leisure and Montana will definitely be where I go. Check out their aromatherapy salts, ask for a sample and take one home and throw it in your bathtub or hot tub. A little tough to find the location. But Google maps will get you there.

Leisure spa is great! We needed help with some small maintenance things and have been treated the same as if we were spending $10,000 very knowledgeable, helpful and humble assistance. We will never go anywhere else and hope the same from you.

Leisure in Montana did a great job for us ordering and installing a custom in-ground pool liner. We discovered ours was ruined Memorial Day weekend and requested quotes from several local vendors. Michael got back to us with a bid within 24 hours despite the busy time of year when other vendors took several days. Their rate was competitive with and even significantly less than the other vendors, but their prompt response and excellent customer service is what really made us want to hire them for this big job. We picked our liner pattern and they installed the liner the day after it arrived. They also fixed our pool light and helped us get our chemicals balanced, among other things. Michael, Mike, and Dale were all great to work with, super nice guys, and we are now having them install a new sand filter for us next week. I highly recommend Leisure in Montana when you need product or service for your swimming pool!

I brought a leaking pump in for my old hot tub, and although they were unable to assist me with the problem, Dale directed me to a local electric motor repair company who was able to quickly diagnose and repair the pump. Dale was very courteous each time I spoke with him on the phone.
