Purchased a Bullfrog hot tub from Jim at the Home Improvement Show with the understanding that it wouldnt be manufactured for a few months due to the increased demand over the last few years. They took the time to entertain our children while also working with us. You could tell they cared about our family, whether or not they made the sale. As time went on, Jim was open and transparent about the manufacture and shipping dates. He went out of his way to call anytime the status was updated. The install went smoothly and they were flexible around my schedule. After the install, Jim called me several times over the next month or two to make sure I was enjoying the hot tub and that I felt comfortable with the proper maintenance and use of the unit. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and made the process easier than I could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I bought my first real safe from them over 15 years ago and have been doing business with them since. They have fixed my hot tub a few times and have helped me out many times. Great place and good service!

Went in too buy a new hot tub as a first time owner and all went well until after we agreed on the floor model and when we went back in too wet test it and pay for it as we agreed on ... things changed...very very disappointed..a hand shake and mans word just isnt what it used too be !!!.. be careful !!!!
