Ive worked on my own cars all my life. I very rarely let anyone work on my cars for any reason as I can handle 90 percent of my own maintenance and repairs. Im extremely nervous any time Im forced to let anyone work on one of my vehicles because Ive heard all the horror stories. I knew we had found a solid service provider within the first minute of talking to the service manager. Good service costs money folks... Get over it! People whining about what it costs to fix your car need to grow up and recognize that good service is worth paying for. Christian Brothers had our car fixed in less than a day for a reasonable cost. Thats worth every penny!We just dropped our son off at his residence for the next 2 years while he attends MSU. His car A/C stopped working a few weeks back and we didnt have time to have it fixed before we left home 800 miles away. Christian Brothers got us in right away, same day when the Ford Dealer was booked out 3 weeks. They were very professional and up front about costs and potential fixes. The car is fixed and we were on our way. CB has earned our business and if my son has any trouble with the car, we will be sending him right back to CB. This is a business that can be trusted. Not the cheapest shop in town.However, they might be the best.They have excellent technicians. Master mechanics that diagnose problems accurately and make repairs on time. Excellent fast service, gave us the option to select which services we wanted, but told us everything that was wrong with the vehicle. By far the most honest exchange Ive had with a full service shop in Billings.

We have been having Christian Brothers work on our vehicles for several years now. They are some of the best and most honest mechanics in Billings in my opinion. They always go above and beyond to be transparent with any vehicle problems and are very friendly.

First time I’ve used Christian Brothers in Billings and they didn’t disappoint. Used them before in another state and the quality was the same as I’d received before. Maybe not the cheapest but you can trust their service and guarantee. Prefer them especially over dealership service departments. Usually do my own repairs but for specialized services like a/c or alignment they’re who I prefer to use.

We were traveling through and had our traction control light come on, with 300+ miles left in our trip and a major snowstorm to contend with. Christian Brothers Auto had us in at 8:00 sharp Monday morning, gave us text message updates, and repaired our wheel bearing by 12:00 noon on the same day.Outstanding customer service, quality work, and an honest/reliable job done. We felt safe and secure traveling the remainder of our trip and would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone needing service. 10 out of 10!!!

Did and excellent job AGAIN!!! And their pricing is more than fair!! Cleaned out a mouse nest in the air filter and reattached the wheel well lining as part of the very reasonably priced inspection. I have always been extremely satisfied with both the quality and price of their service. And, of course, they are very pleasant to deal with!!

Nice staff and they did a good job. But they are extremely expensive. The labor costs alone were over $1400. Id say ship around first but theyll get the job done if need be.

I brought my 99civic to have the back brakes done. They did a amazing job, fixed the brakes, took care of the check engine light plus they filled my car plum full of gas for me! Also, I left some valuable items in it and they did not touch or mess with anything! VERY TRUST WORTHY! 5 out of 5 stars.

I called to have an alignment on my truck and they were able to fit me in the same day and had it ready within a few hours. They charged a very reasonable flat fee, provided a prompt shuttle service, and sent me home with the alignment report. Im more than happy my truck drives straight again.

I was so impressed with Christian Brothers. I had heard great things about their service being friendly, efficient and affordable so I decided to give them a shot. From the very start, they were professionals. My brakes had gone out and I was fortunate to have even made it to them. I learned later they wouldve picked me up. While I was in the shop, I raised another issue my car had been having. The Gentleman at the desk, John, was familiar with the symptoms (it was GMC thing) and knew exactly what to do. He assured it would not be expensive. My car was done within hours and Christian Brothers communicated with me every step of the way via call or text. I was really impressed with that. My car is running better than it ever has and they just fixed the brakes and replaced some sort of hose (I clearly dont know cars). I couldnt be more impressed and pleased with this shop and these people. Service done right. Dont change, guys.-Joe S.

Needed an alignment done on a Friday afternoon last minute and they were the only ones that had an opening. They even came and picked me up and brought me back to my car for free. Also thought I needed a rotation but it wasnt needed so instead of charging me and doing it anyway they were very honest! Recommended

Work was done quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased.

Look the cutomer service aspect was awesome, but when I pay to have a problem fixed and it comes out worse than when it came in and for me to take it back 2 more times (the 2 other times of service was out of courtesy) to have them tell me they cant actually fix whats wrong with the car is a bit annoying. If I wanted to get screwed over I could have gone to Hansers, but Hansers would have at least had the problem fixed and charged me 1200 for it.

I am a fairly hiding rated reviewer for a reason, I tell the truth and people find my reviews accurate....that being said:I have owned many cars in my life and I have been to many repair shops. Never in my life have I been charged $125 to tell me I need a starter and some struts just because they call it level 2 diagnostics. This place was not upfront with us about the $ and although they said we signed and agreed to the work upfront, we did not. I always wondered why they had such a fancy shop. Take my advice get a quote elsewhere. I can not attest to their work and Im sure it is fine but you are going to pay a lot more than you need.

Wow! These guys were awesome! As we were coming from Eastern WA and hauling 2 cars on a flatbed headed for TN, we started having transmission issues. They got us right in and had us back on the road by the end of the day! They even shuttled us to a couple different place! Super nice, very polite and accommodating and they have a very comfortable office!!Highly recommend!!!!

Had tire rotation and oil change scheduled on a Thursday. They missed the tire rotation. They were willing to do it for free because of the foul up, but wouldnt accommodate my schedule. I had the car back at their shop the following Monday at opening time, as I was leaving that morning for a long trip. Its a twenty minute service. I took it to Tire-O-Rama instead and they did it post haste. Of course, I had to pay them, but was willing to do so.

I brought my vehicle in yesterday for the first time for an oil-change. The guys at the front counter were courteous and professional. I had a new air and oil filter that I’d purchased recently and they installed them for me which I appreciated. I had an appointment and I was in and out in less than an hour.Their waiting room is clean and comfortable, as well as quiet.The pictures of anything in question is nice to see. There was no pressure to have any additional repairs made,which is not always the case at other shops.When my vehicle was done, it was parked right outside and it had a bottled water in the drink holder.I was impressed overall with the process and the overall experience. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to go into a little more detail on areas such as the front and rear differential etc if there had been a need to add additional fluids etc. I didn’t find the information on the receipt so I called and they said that they definitely check them and add fluids if needed. For those of us that are a little more mechanically inclined, it is information that is nice to have. Since it was my first time and I was planning on leaving town for business, I called to confirm that they are checked. Thanks again and keep up the great work!!

I broke down around 1am heading back to WA from ND for my 2 week hitch. I called them first thing in the morning, told them my situation, and eventhough they were completely booked, they agreed to take my vehicle and troubleshoot it and have me going by the end of the day. They even offered shuttle services for the time I was supposed to be there. I was only there for about 15 mins and they had me on my way. These guys were extremely helpful and gracious enough to get me going at a moments notice. Highly recommend.

Ive always trusted them on their service recommendations. Never felt like their recommendations were just for their financial gain. I can and do Highly recommend them.

I wanted to get a diagnostic as to a low oil pressure problem. I dropped it off at 9am and got a call an hour before they closed claiming the low oil pressure was because of fuel in the oil. Their suggestion was to change the oil, ok $165 later and I am no further ahead on my vehicle dilemma except I have some new oil. I thought when I paid their $125 diagnostic it was to find the aliment and get a quote to fix. Wrong, bandaid repair service that took me for a tourist. UPDATE: apparently the $125 diagnostic didnt include testing the oil light sending unit, it was malfunctioning. I replaced it and now have no problems. Beware of this operation, go somewhere else.

We were completely impressed! The service was impeccable and the quality and price were excellent! We received personalized service from start to finish. We were given a ride home in the shuttle after dropping off our car by the owner, then we were picked up and taken back when our car was finished. I received text messages explaining that the car had been checked in and again when it was in the bay getting worked on. I was given 3 personal calls explaining the work, what the exact cost would be and told I would get an estimate with items prioritized when it was finished. The facility is clean and comfortable, with free bibles and snacks and coffee! There were even two bottles of water in the car with thank you cards! When was the last time you came back from getting car repairs done and were actually happy and smiling? This was a top notch operation, and professional and friendly! I highly recommend going to Christian Brothers, and this will be the only place we take our vehicles from now on! Thank you, Will, Jarrod and Tony!!

They fixed the wheel alignment on our van and changed the oil. We loved that Christian Brothers checks to make sure the issue was the alignment and not a worn part that needed to be replaced on our 20 year old vehicle (luckily it just needed the alignment). And they explained what the issue was with our alignment in detail and recommended repairs down the road that aren’t needed right now. Also, we mentioned the coupon on their website and we got $25 off! Definitely worth it to come here for a little extra money!

Taking my automobile to Christian Brothers Automotive is always a positive experience. The staff is always helpful without suggesting excess work that needs to be done. The waiting room is relaxing and my work has always been completed quicker than expected. That has never happened at other garages!

These guys are great, I thought my car had some major malfunction happening. They put my mind at ease and did a full diagnostic check on my vehicle, balanced a tire which was the major cause of my vibration. Feel a lot better that it’s not going to break any time soon. They could of ripped me off and told me it needed some parts and intense labor, with a $1000.00 bill. They are honest mechanics, and you don’t find that everyday. Thank you guys, will be a return costumer.

Prior to going to Christian Bros., my mother had taken her Jeep to another shop who bilked her for unnecessary work. Upon recommendation, she took her vehicle to Christian Bros. who accurately diagnosed the problem, fixed it in the timeframe given and ultimately saved her a lot of money and headache. I took my truck to them for some work and personally had the same pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Christian Brothers really took the worry out of car repairs with their friendly and quality service and very reasonable pricing. I put off brake work on my car for months because I was worried about what it would cost. Based on great recommendations I finally chose to have the work done at CB and they were tremendous. The work was all done in 1 day, I received a free shuttle ride to work, the service was excellent and and cost much less than expected. They really take the time to explain what work needs to be done on the car and even send you pictures of your car and the repairs that need to be made. Service like this is hard to find but CB offers it and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was sent a detailed report via email to review, then the service manager Josh, went over it, and placing the needed items in a priority to get done, giving estimates to each item. A plan was made, and I approved all work before it was done. communication were kept as to the status of our car through completion. Keep up the good work, your whole staff was great.

I have gone in for service and oil changes on our vehicles many times over the last year. We moved to the area from Kansas City, MO about a year and a Half ago. It is a great peace of mind to know we found honest and reliable people to take care of our car problems. We drive an hour and 20 minutes to this location because an honest place is worth the drive! 😊

I like that the mechanic double checked the parts I brought in. He saved time and money by doing so. I had the wrong part numbers. Tracking texts were greatly appreciated. It helped with planning my day. I also really was happy you had a shuttle . It was nice not to worry about the logistics of dropping of a vechicle and worrying about how you are going to get it there and pick it up. If I took an Uber, it would have been 24 dollars each way. I liked that the staff was super up front about the price. If the service writer didn’t know what the cost was going to be; he did some research and got back to me with a good quote. Coming to Christian Brothers was the best automotive decision ever. PS- the reason I got my Jeep worked on at Christian Brothers was because a while back my truck had a tail light out. I stopped by Christian Brothers on whim. One of the techs took a look at it and replaced the bulb and fixed a loose wire. When I went in to pay they would not take my money an told me to have a good day.

Car wouldnt start. Brought it there, and was told that it was a bad ignition cylinder. Ended up being around 600 bucks to put a new one in. One week later, exact same trouble, car wouldnt start. Had to leave them several messages and they blew me off, never did get back to me about making it right.

I needed some suspension work done on my pickup. When I saw these guys come across my screen so I figured Id give them a call. Ive dealt with multiple shops in the area for prior repairs and what not but these guys just blew me away there custom service is by far the best Ive ever had. They arent overpriced and the work is done so in a professional manner unlike a lot of places around here. They are the only shop in town Id consider going back to thats guys.

Had a good experience with a minor issue! Had a major issue another time. Racked up a $450 bill on just tests a diagnostics and still couldn’t tell me what was wrong. I told them I would just come pick it up couldn’t imagine the bill if they actually found out what the problem was! Thankfully they had a change of heart and only charged me small amount (don’t remember how much) Took to another shop and only cost $350 to fix the whole thing. Had high hopes when this shop opened up the street, so hard to find car care you can trust.BE CAREFUL!

Scheduled an appointment over the phone and was pleasantly surprised how nice they were. Equally as nice in person with a nice waiting room. Was recommended from a friend. Even made coffee for me (although a little over the top because I can make it myself but im not complaining) . Always think people that do a good job deserve credit, will come back.

Took my vehicle in for them to check into a check engine light related to my brake sensors and traction control. Their initial work included a inspection of all main systems. They fixed the computer system related to the check engine light, but the light continued to ignite after we drove it away. A week later, we took it into to ask if they could check into it again. They replaced the part again, for the same result, so they completely overhauled the system. Shockingly, it was at no cost to me for this second visit! I appreciate the way they handle their business, the attitude they have at the desk, and the extremely comfortable lobby that is so much the opposite of the typical car shop waiting room. I just found my regular mechanics!

I received a flyer in the mail that stated they had a certified Subaru technician...I was thrilled! Until then I thought my only option was the local dealer...not a pleasant option! I had a recall on my Subaru and was unable to get the local dealer to even respond to the many messages I left for them to get it fixed. Christian Brothers was able to get the part necessary and performed the repair within an hour. Even though I had to pay for the work I submitted directly to Subaru for reimbursement. I will definitely use Christian Brothers for any and all work that needs to be done on my Subaru.
