They thoroughly checked my vehicles braking system, located my issue elsewhere, and provided their recommendations - and did so free of charge.

My car is falling apart, so its a little bit hard to judge the quality of the work, but they were very fast, polite, helpful, and affordable. The repairs are as good as other places Ive been, and much less expensive. My new favorite repair shop.Also, they do a lot more than just brakes.

Honest, reliable with quality workmanship. I took my vehicle in for a transmission flush and brake work. When I returned to pick my vehicle up I was told the transmission fluid looked fine and my brakes work better than they ever have before. Im a very happy customer!

I have to say I am beyond impressed with the honesty of the service at this shop. I was ready to pay $500.00 for something that didn’t need to be done. They were quick, through, and friendly. And went over why The repairs I had been advised from the car dealership were not needed.

We stopped in Billings for the night on our cross country vacation. Our brake piston became stuck going through the Black Hills and we didn’t realize it, so by the time we got here it was in very bad shape. The guys at The Brake Shop squeezed us in without an appointment, on the day after a holiday. We know what an inconvenience it was, and really appreciate their above and beyond customer service. They even gave my husband a ride to and from our hotel. Thank you- you saved us a day of vacation, and our car is back on the road!

Why over pricesed because i was fron out of town go some where else. I took it to another shop had same work done for less thin half the price.

I have used their service for years both personally and the business I represent. They have always done a great job and have fair prices. Larry, Ed, Mike and crew are good people.

Reasonable prices and competent mechanics. Theyve rebuilt a transmission for me, replaced a speedo, and even done my brakes. I trust them to do the work I ask for and tell me about stuff I might need to do without springing unexpected bills on me. A great shop in the community.

I was very pleased with the job the mechanics did, the prices, and especially the customer service. Larry was the guy I spoke with and he was very friendly. He made me feel right at home even though Im just a stranger passing through.

Great customer service! Have had work done on a 1990 Jeep Cherokee and 2001 Oldsmobile Alero and always have a pleasant experience with honest and dependable work. The owner, Ed is a great guy and Larry at the front desk are really good at communicating a diagnosis and the available options. Ive recommended them to several friends.

They are always so friendly, professional, and efficient. Larry is super personable and always greets with a big smile when you walk through the door.

I was able to get a quote prior to service. They listened to my description of the problem and tried to recreate it. They showed me the problem on my vehicle. They completed the repair in an hour and a half. Larry and Mike were very friendly and their prices are fair.

I have had very good experience w/ the service and the quality of work performed on 2 different trucks-I had a new engine installed by their very knowledgable ASE certified technicians- the engine came from GMC, the time to install, initial break in, was very satisfactory. The price was very fair-I have been doing business with The Brake Shop since 2006- Best auto, truck anything with 4 wheels mechanic shop within a 300 mile radius. The technicians are ASE certified- I wont let any other shop work on my truck
