Very good service, took the time to explain the entire repair that was to take place. Spent time after the repair to again explain all of what took place. All of that for a fair price. I will be calling the ABC team for all of my auto repairs needs...

On our roadtrip to the Northwest, our conversion van had brake issues. Took it to ABC for a checkup and they immediately checked it out and advised it needed a rear brake cylinder. They were busy, but got to it ASAP. Suggested a place to have lunch nearby and had the brakes fixed and an oil change in 2-1/2 hours. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff all around! Not to mention, they performed this service in 103 degree heat! I would not hesitate to recommend this business. Incidentally, their prices were very fair!

I brought my Duramax into ABC because my breaks were squeaking and I needed an oil change. The team was professional, courteous and prompt. When under my vehicle the mechanic noticed that my shocks were shot as well (I dont think I have ever had them replaced in the 10 years I drove this truck). They put new rotors and break pads on where needed, replaced my shocks and changed my oil in no time at all. While I waited in their waiting room I enjoyed donuts and coffee! I would highly recommend the team at ABC Advanced Auto to anyone in the area or passing through!

Had my 2007 Tahoe in for a leak inspection. ABC found my water pump leaking. Called me with any estimate and repaired same day great service thanks Scott and crew!

They were great. Got my audi right in, fixed a fairly major problem by noon the next day at a fair price. Very nice people, Mark and his staff are great. I live on the far east side, out of town a bit so ABC is not conveniently located for me, and despite that, I will definitely bring my car here for any future repairs!!

I would highly recommend ABC Advanced Automotive!!! They came and picked up our truck, and then delivered it to the hospital where we were at for my fathers heart procedure. They had it fixed very fast (within 24 hours). Mark and everyone there were very friendly. Plus they were $2000.00 cheaper than the dealership. Thank you everyone at ABC Mechanics!! We will be back.

Got my oil pan gaskets done here and my alternator belt, the pulleys also, great service and great people , thank you for being so kind when it came to having my 5 year old son with me waiting, they even put cartoons on for him to watch! Very polite. Would highly recommend!

These guys were great! Easy to work with, honest and knowledgeable. Had a vibration issue with my car, made an appointment, showed up a little early and they got right to it. Emil took it for a long test drive and pulled it into the shop for a closer look when we got back. He was very open and knowledgeable about what the problems could be, and what they could not be (also helpful). They had the opportunity to sell me on all kinds of parts and labor that may or may not have fixed the problem, but instead advised otherwise. I would absolutely feel comfortable taking any repair work to them in the future.

Had my car towed to them because it was making a loud, grinding noise. They were able to get my car taken care of on the same day and kept me up to date with the progress on my vehicle. They didn’t charge me for the diagnosis even though they spent a good amount of time trying to figure out what was wrong with it. I will definitely be coming back for any of my service needs.

I had my car towed there. They spent time trying to get the problem to reproduce. When it didnt and they exhausted all other possibilities they had me come and pick it up at no charge whatsoever. They have a policy that if they cant fix it...no charge. Im taking it to the dealer to see if it will do again. These guys are very trustworthy!

Well priced with good service. I have brought my Audi there twice now for service and have been satisfied.

Took it in to have a coolant leak fixed they checked it. An told us it was not the water pump first it was the thermostat. 500 to fix that. Drove it 10 miles its overheating again took it back to them oh now its a cap no now its a radiator. 405 to fix that same day as pick up its pouring antifreeze everywhere now it is the water pump cons

I was in Billings for a family emergency and ended up having a car emergency as well! ABC made my car drama easy and they didn’t charge me for expedited, day of service. I would recommend these mechanics to everything!

My car had an on and off electrical problem that persisted even after they replaced the ECM that eventually prevented my car from starting entirely. After spending a lot of time and effort looking my car over, they did some research and found that my cars body control module had previously been recalled. So they took a look and found that, although it had been replaced, it was poorly wired; they rewired it and were able to fix my car. When I went to pick it up, they had even left it with a full tank of gas. I am grateful that they were able to fix my car and will be returning if I ever need to have my car fixed again.

ABC Advanced Automotive was the third shop I called to get a diagnostic performed on my vehicle. They quoted a price cheaper than the other two places. I took it in knowing it wasnt good. The manager did all that he could to search for parts to aid in the cost. He explained all work in detail. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and informative. I will be returning here for any maintenance on my vehicle. The shop office and work area is clean, If you want that hometown friendliness with understanding each individual customer, this is the shop to go to.

We were just passing through Billings and had an issue with a vehicle that was very concerning to us. We called them when we were about an hour out at 5:00 pm on a Friday evening and they kept the store open to see us and handle our problem. Both Krystle and Mark took great care of us. I will make it a point to bring my vehicle here when I need work done. Very impressed.

Took a Trailblazer in that had been to the dealership on several different occations. Every time they diagnosed something different and fixed the problem. Within 24 hours the check engine light would come back on with another code.Brought it to ABC Advanced because of the reviews and spoke with Mark. The wife and I both left with a better feeling than leaving the dealership. Its been four days and still no check engine light. Thanks guys.

While driving from MN to WA for a family vacation, we realized we had a serious mechanical problem with the car. After spending the night in Billings and hoping to get issue diagnosed and repaired in the morning, we anxiously waited in the parking lot for ABC to open at 7:30 am. No appointment, no call. Emil greeted us and took the car in right away. Diagnosed the metal on metal brake problem, gave us a loaner to go to breakfast, and did the repair, getting us back on the road a couple hours later. What a relief for us. The online reviews are accurate. Thanks Emil/ABC Auto for being so accomidating.

Wonderful experience! I was driving through Billings on my way to Minnesota from Washington when the brakes of my Prius started making a funny noise. Called around to dealers, but no help was found. Called this garage and the receptionist told us to bring it right over. They took a look at it for us right away! Then mechanic and the receptionist and the little puppy dog were truly delightful. This auto shop saved our trip!!!

Ive been taking our Audi here and these guys not only know all about Audi, they go above and beyond to help. I got stranded in Las Vegas with a bad fuel pump and called them for advice. they made calls to help me out even helped me get a tow. They are top notch. Never taking my cars any where else. Crystal is the best with customer service.

I had my F-150 quoted by two other shops for a transmission rebuild. These guys had the best price and had me back on the road in 3 days compared to a week at the other shops. Nice guys. Newer looking facility and my truck works good.

They are always professional and get my car done quickly. Ive brought my car in a few times when I get the check engine light and theyve done wonders with it. They also catch things when I bring my car in for another reason so theyre always on top of any problems.

Put a new alternator, serpentine belt, and battery in my car when I really needed it. Have since looked at the belt free of charge (it was squealing) and offered to replace it if the problem wasnt resolved. Everyone is super nice and helpful.
