Always professional and polite. Every time I have been to loose nuts , its last minute but hes always been happy to take my car. Work is done in a very reasonable amount of time and the price is always fair. I wont go anywhere else!!!!!!!

Searched all day for a place that was available and came across the garage by chance. Walked right up and asked if they could fit us in for a tire plug and they told us to pull right in and he would take care of us immediately!! They were so kind and efficient even let us watch so we could learn and was done within 5 minutes. Very skilled and couldn’t have been more sweet. Then when we asked how much we owed him he said “don’t even worry about it have a great day guys”. Highly recommend, I can’t imagine better service elsewhere.

I recommend this garage without hesitation. I had a few items repaired here over a couple of weeks. Each time they did the repairs, and looked at some stuff I was concerned about without trying to sell me a bunch of services or parts that I couldnt be sure I didnt need. The repairs they did make were done quickly and all of the issues I was having were resolved. The price was reasonable and the people were helpful and had good customer service. The hourly labor rate is $90/hr (as of Jan 2020), which can add up, but they went out of their way to do their work quickly. Much appreciated.

I had a piece of shield dragging under my car. I was able to bring it to Loose Nut Garage after work one day and leave overnight. They were finished with my car before 10am the next day with a new shield. I was very pleased with Keiths service and would go back again. Thank you Keith!

First time customer, I work at the Cummings center. Needed my a/c fixed, unfortunately it needed a compressor, understandably my car is 14 yrs. old. Got an oil change done by these guys while I was working at the Cummings Center. Supplied my own oil and filter and the oil change only cost me $10. They told me $45 to use their oil and filter. Jiffy lube wanted over $100 for full synthetic!! Great people, will definitely use them again

From oil changes to parts needing to be fixed or replaced, Keith has done an excellant job at a fair price. Incredibly convenient drop off spot at the Cummings center as well. Its so nice being able to drop off my keys before work and always have my car back before I need it. 100% reccomend!
