Updated: went from 3 stars to 4 Brought the car back to Kelly Ford. Worked with service folks; Juan and Melvin, they listened to my explanation of the alarm going off at all hours with out anyone near it. They took the car again, kept it about 3 more weeks. Alarm going off finally happened when the mechanic was around and they found the switch in the rear hatch was faulty. Reason it took so long was it was an electrical issue and those sometimes are hard to diagnose. The switch was fixed and I have not had any issues with the alarm since.Original post: EditedWaited 3 1/2 weeks for appointment only to be told that there was nothing wrong with the cars alarm system. Did not have a great experience working with one service rep. He made me feel like I did not understand car and their issues because I an a female. He dismissed my explanation, and the Issue still going on.
Ive been bringing my Fiesta here for 5 years. I always feel like they give me straight forward advise on what maintenance actually needs to be performed and they offer explanations that I can understand without sounding pretentious. :)
