Worst car buying experience of my 63 yrs of life. Customer service from 1 bad to 10 good is a 3 only because they act like they want to help or I wouldve given them a 1. Waited for hours needlessly. Problems not fixed when said they were. The good. The staff is very friendly. And they have a large inventory. Products though are questionable. Bring your own mechanic.

Jazzy was wonderful! Nice, respectful, and very attentive, offering coffee and water while we were waiting. The waiting, however, is a big reason why I’m only leaving 2 stars. We got there with intent to see two cars, after calling ahead they told us that both cars were available to see, but when we arrived only one was there. We test drove the first one before waiting another 30 minutes for the second one to arrive. They told us that the second car was getting filled with gas, which was the reason for the long wait; however, when we started the test drive it only had a quarter tank. Following our second test drive, we purchased a car. Then, the real waiting began. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes for them to detail the vehicle before we could leave, still with only a quarter tank. When we stopped for gas, the car wouldn’t start back up, plot twist, the battery for the key fob was dead, leaving us stranded. With the help of Google and assistance from the gas station, we finally made it home. Again, I say, Jazzy was great, as was the girl with green braids, big fans of them both!

Everyone was friendly and made the whole process seamless and easy. Definitely would recommend. Great cars too!

Jazz S was very polite. He made sure i felt comfortable and secure. They also got me a lower APR than what my credit union offered me, which was already very low. I also didnt feel pressured into anything. They have a fun and laid back staff that made me feel at home.However, make sure the car has NO problems BEFORE you sign the paperwork because the mechanic shop they deal with is shady. They do the bare minimum when it comes to doing any repairs. Dont fall for promises like i did.

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle here. Everyone was nice and even though there were a lot of people looking at or trying to purchase cars, Neileen and her co workers handled everyone as good as you can ask for.

My husband and I took my sister to buy a car at this location last month. The car we wanted to purchase had the check engine light on and needed two new tires. Ralph the manager assured us that the car would be serviced ,including the tires be changed before we picked up the car. We purchased the car on a Monday and were told the serviced vehicle would be ready for pickup Wednesday. My sister and I went to get the car Wednesday and Ralph told us the car was not ready because the tires were not in. He told us we could take the car that day and to just make an appointment at his service center for a later date for the vehicle to be serviced. Today we went to the service center, for the appointment that Ralph instructed us to make, where he denied us service because I never told you Id service the car, you said you would fix the car yourselves. You guys made that up. How a manager feels freely to treat his clients this way is unbelievable. We made this appointment on his instruction a month ago and have been driving the car in this condition since then. After going back and forth Ralph flat out told us he wasnt going to do it and to service the car ourselves. He sold us a car that was not road safe, with a check engine light on and tires needing changing. For a manager to blatantly tell his customers they fabricated a warranted servicing of a vehicle he sold to them, is incredibly unprofessional. This was the second car we bought from this location because our first experience had been pleasant, but I would not feel safe purchasing from them again.

This place does shoddy business. My son bought a car 8 months ago. As soon as we pulled of the lot it had a grinding noise. They fixed the emergency brake. Now he has the same problem and they are claiming they never worked on his car. Kia wants 1200 to fix the car. The extended warranty wont cover it. Typical used car sales people.
