John & Peter and the whole staff were excellent! This was my first time buying and with a bad credit score I wasn’t sure if it was possible but they made it happen! From the outstanding service John provided to the comedic relieve Peter have made for a great experience! Also the fact while I was waiting the newest addition to the team Erin and myself got to talking and some great conversation made the whole experience a 10/10. I’ll recommend and will return for another car on the future!

Yet another vehicle that taj/star auto mall will be trying to sell to someone they feel don’t know better. It’s a E class check out the pics. This car has an overwhelming amount of issues. Study the picture and if anyone goes there make sure it’s not this car. Aside from that, the customer service is horrible. I went and purchased a car and they gave me a run around with my license plate. Judging based off the previous comments, that’s an ongoing issue with this dealership. This chain should be closed and replaced. They are not a help to the public at all. The manager name there is amit. I’m still waiting on a refund i was promised and never received.

Stay far away from this place. I will be posting signs all over Bethlehem unless they remedy the problem. My son spent his income tax check for a truck to drive his kids around and to get back and forth to work and cant even do that because it wont pass inspection that they claimed they would pay for. The check engine light was on and all they did was reset the computer. You ought to be ashamed of yourself for selling junk.

We drove 3 hours to the dealership. They were patient as we had our 5 year old son with us. We called ahead and put our deposit down to hold our vehicle. We were given time to test drive and inspect the car. Each person was respectful of our situation etc. It was worth the drive!

Me and the wife bought a car there last year, the price and trade in value we got was fantastic. BUT they screwed up on transferring the car in our name. Our registration is up soon and we went to renew it and realized we never got a registration so we go to a notary for help, here they messed up bad on the paperwork and the registration was NEVER transferred into our names, and the license plate was typed in wrong as well so yeah. We called them which took them nearly 5 days to fix, it was always ill get to it tomorrow or the lady wasnt there that dealt with this kind of stuff.Finally after a week of calling and complaining they finally actually transferred the registration into our name. Well guess what? The dang license plate is still typed in wrong they mixed up the 2 numbers, after we told them the correct plate number 10 freaking times on the phone.I cant get the lady who deals with titles and registrations to call me back. I should NOT have to buy another plate or pay a notary to fix this cause of a screw up on there part over and over.P.S the car runs out of inspection this month and the registration is still messed up so i cant even get the car inspected. Highly Disappointed

I bought a car and after a day I had to return it, because when I took it to my dealer locally I was told they tried to paint over something and it voided the remainder of the warranty. The whole bottom of the car was painted white. I swapped it out for another car, after I took that car to my local mechanic I found that one of the tire rims were bent, that’s why the car was shaking at higher speeds. The bottom line is…..DON’T BUY a CAR HERE !!!!!!!!

My father and I did not have a good experience coming to this dealership. They told us that they would have the car that we were looking for ready in the next five minutes. We waited for close to 30 minutes and didnt hear back from the guy. They showed us a bunch of other cars that I had no interest in, and the guy didnt seem to really listen to what we were saying. Drove 2 hours for a scheduled appt. With Mr. Yaman. With a quick overlook of the vehicle by my mechanic/brother it was descovered that there was absolute no motor oil in the vehicle. When brought to the sales mans attention he was still persistent that I take it for a test drive. After my brother /mechanic again stated it would not be in the best interest of anyone to drive the vehicle in its current condition the sales man then proceeded to give my brother a half full jug of 5 w 30 when the the vehicle called for 10 w 30 and wanted him to put it in the vehicle. He nor I felt it appropriate that we should be servicing the vehicle we were potentially buying after returning the half full jug of the wrong oil back to the sales man we left to find a much more helpful , cleaner professionally run dealership not More then a half mile away.

Bought a work van I needed right away. Paid full price. Get a list of repairs to be completed in writing. Yeah...... 2weeks later they had me come get the truck. 1/2 the work was completed. 1/2 not. In writing promised 4 new tires. Put on 2. In writing promised to complete body work. Did one side. Amit promises “oh we will make this right”. Yeah right. No calls, no effort. That’s what they do they shuffle you around. They promise everything and even put it it writing but it takes so long and you need need the vehicle they wear you down. I won’t be go back. They cheated me once. Buyer Beware. These guys will get you. They are pros.

After finally giving up on my cars ive been working on, I was waiting for a 2018+ toyota camry to come available at a decent price. After months of searching, I finally found one that looked beautiful, color of the interior, exterior etc. So I contacted Taj auto mall. Shortly after my contact, I was contacted by the salesmen named Josh. From the moment he contacted me, Im going to give the man credit, respect and kudos. Any question I had, he went and got a answer for. If he didnt know the answer, he told me flat and eventually found my answer. Upon arriving, he had the car ready and there was some things that needed to be done. Not a problem, and would prefer the car to be done before I picked it up. Once we got into the financial side of things, I, and as everyone should, should ask about the finances and dollars before signing anything. Josh laid it out clear and flat and left me with no pressure what so ever.I use to be a salesmen for Kia back in Jersey city NJ in 2008. I learned some of the tricks of the trade and things to and not say. Any move he made, I would of recognized and I told him straight that the salesmen tactics are very obvious and distasteful. However, Josh never came across that way and again, anything I asked for, if I asked him to walk, he ran. He promised he would work with me in my deal, and also get the things fixed on the vehicle. Within 7 days, I went to go get my vehicle, and she looked beyond beautiful. Throughout this time, any questions I had or concerns, he answered with no problem or concern. I had a scheduled appointment to get a TPM sensor done which was yesterday, and even to that point, communication was on point, at no time did I think I was dealing with a hustler, but someone who wanted to earn an honest sale.Id highly recommend Josh before Id recommend any other dealership or salesmen. He is professional, communicative, and an honest human being in which is a rare trait in my opinion. Never at a time did the individual make me feel concern or have any worry-some. Overall, it was the best car buying experience Ive experienced to date. From the moment I saw the car online, to meeting with Josh, and also going to the dealership to get the car worked on. My husband and I purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue in November.We originally were looking at Taj and the sales manager said he had a great car in our budget at Star Auto Mall.So he went to get the Rogue.He was insisted that we purchase this car.Now,7 months later the car broke dow was towed to Kelly Nissan and needs a new engine.I feel they pushed this car on us knowing the issues.Point is sure they were nice but they sold us a clunker.NEVER GO THIS PLACE!!!!!

Recently purchased a used vehicle through Taj Auto mall on Nazareth pike, and would recommend this place to others looking for used cars. They have a wide selection of quality vehicles to choose from. I personally worked Shaun, he really helped to make the car buying experience positive. He was friendly, very down to earth, it was nice to feel like I was working with a genuine person and not just a generic car salesman. I have drove 5 hours and 46 minutes to buy a car from Taj Auto and when I got there the workers was so nice and then I met mr. Yemen. This place was awesome. Yaman the sales associate made everything super smoothe. I was buying a used car. They were kind enough to drop the vehicle off at my mechanics place when I needed to get a pre-purchase inspection done (saved me a lot of time and effort, appreciated that a lot). After finlaizing the vehicle Amit and Peter (both managers I presume) were great with rest of the stuff (pre-purchase repairs, paperwork and other explanations). Extremely satisfied with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this place.

I called about a vehicle. I was lied to on the phone about the vehicle just to get me in there to see a rust bucket with the check engine light on and no valid inspection. The vehicle was supposed to have had a valid inspection and no check engine light. Beware. Shady practices... Waste of time.

After a long day at the dealership office...and battling and haggling on price for a vehicle over 100,000 miles...finally got vehicle home with engine light one...only to take it to my mechanic...install new thermostat...and new fan belt...both doors leak water and both passenger and driver side floors soak and wet...and it didnt rain a drop....auto locks and window didnt work properly...new motor in both doors and 2 new lock assemblies...and then ask for a good review....youre out of your mind!

I dont even know how to describe the situation Ive been put in with this company/car Ive purchased, Im just going to say, 2013 Volkswagen Jetta GLII purchased the vehicle back in April and its still at the garage getting fixed/waiting to be paid for by star/Taj, for survives provided by Autoworx of Ephrata. The same services that were provided by star weeks ago, however, the job was done incorrectly, causing me to break down for the second time within 2weeks of owning the vehicle. Still waiting for star/Taj to pay autoworx for the proper services provided, as they assured me weeks ago that they would.
