I left... knowing the car was repaired, and SAFE for an old lady to drive. Even though my driving is limited, I want it to be safe. Feel good about T.J and this dealer. I trust him..

I never have a problem with Faulkner Chevy! They are reasonable, personable, and really try to get you prepared for routine maintenance without being pushy or saying you need things that you dont. Which if you been to places, they do! Its a process to find a trust worthy garage and dealership, and I recommend them to everyone I know. Ive had every service they offer done here, they are timely, reliable and all around a great place. I usually deal with TJ hes a great manager, very personable.

I was about 4 hours away from home traveling for work when I stopped in Allentown and realized my key fob had fallen out of my pocket while I was starting my car. After speaking with Joe the Service Manager, Evan from Parts, and the Cashiers, Maureen and Emily, they were able to coordinate the material, time, and man power to meet me at my car in less than an hour and program a new key fob for me so I could get home. They are four of the most professional, courteous, and helpful employees of any establishment I have ever met. The customer service and knowledge of these individuals went above and beyond any sort of expectations a customer can hold an employee to. It’s an understatement to say Chevy is lucky to have them as part of their team. Thanks again guys! -Joey

My car was hit while parked outside my house. My insurance company gave me a short list of places to get an estimate. As soon as I heard Faulkner Collision Center, it was an immediate choice. My insurance company set up repairs and car rentals on site. The work was done when they estimated. Amazing job. I highly recommend.

Jim was amazingly well informed about the many dozens of very useful features of the Bolt. On my way for the test drive I was skeptical that the switch from a full size sedan Ive driven for 15 years to a sub-compact would be comfortable for me. Well, between Jim and the Bolt itself, my mind was quickly changed. Thanks to Jim and the dealership for a truly satisfying experience.

We dropped our car off in a hurricane to have it be there on time the next Morning for the appointment.Then we were told it had bad oil in prior and they changed it and said it was all good. We drove to our weekend getaway spot and found that our car is leaking oil all over! We called 4 days ago and still no call back. It is disappointing that an oil change could not even be done properly as I think that is a basic skill any mechanic learns.

After confirming multiple times with multiple people over multiple days it was very disappointing finding out that the dent repair guy was on vacation and I was never told about it. I work multiple jobs and had to make special arrangements to get a car for 2 days since there were no courtesy cars to use.

I had a couple of problems with my 1995 Corvette Pace Car. The automatic transmission was stuck in park and the emergency brake was stuck on and would not release. Since parts for the shifter are very difficult to find I purchased a used shifter assembly on line and brought it along in case it was needed. After having AAA tow the car to your dealership your team repaired the emergency brake and replaced the shifter assembly and the car is working very well now. The only thing that could have been better would have been if they washed the car too. Where it was parked outside it got covered with yellow pollen from the trees. Overall very please with the work that was done.

Faulkner Cadillac diagnosed and warranty repaired a noisey drive on my 2021 CT5 within 3 days. Replaced the differential and tail shaft completely eliminating an irrating noise present between 60 and 70 mph. Additionally they provided me with a loaner car a 2022 XT5. I was treated as a valued customer and all my questions where addressed. Pleasently pleased.

My experience for service was great. I love my Trax except for the fact that the Chevy app for the blue tooth wont recognize my phone. I believe Chevy is the only car that requires an app to hook up. I also feel defeated that neither Chevy nor the dealer has done anything to help me or told me about the app when I was looking to buy a car

I liked very much the friendly, no nonsense and professional approach from all the people I interacted during my vehicle buying process, Jim in sales, Rachael checking the internet interactions and Mike in finance found very quickly what I asked them for, at a price agreeable to both parties.Once in the dealership, the actual buying transaction and paperwork took went smoothly and took about 45 minutes from getting there to leaving driving my new truck.I have to say that even though Faulkner Chevrolet is a little far from where I live, the other dealerships that I contacted played the traditional bait and switch, or come for a test drive first, or you will never get a vehicle for that price, etc. but Jims no-games approach won the deal for me.Others dealers

They were nice. However, they didnt really listen. I brought my car in because the heat didnt work right. My car is less than a year old. It blew hot air when it hit 72 then the last couple months I have to crank it to 82 just to get it warm. They said they couldnt find anything even though I INSISTED that this only just started happening. They did nothing so I picked it up. Before I left I tried it and set it at 78.... cold air. I called the mechanic over to show him. He said it was because the inside of the car was already 78(it was only 60 out) I said I didnt believe it. On the way home I put the window down to cool off the car and then tried the heat again. COLD AIR and it clearly was cold in the car so it should have worked. My husband actually took the afternoon of for this and were going to have to go back up

My experience with this dealership was very good my sales person Allen was very easy to get in touch with he gave me his cell phone number, he even worked on my application while on his birthday and made the process very easy. once I got to the dealership he showed me all of the work that they did to the truck that I bought and the truck was beautiful very well done there wasnt any 11th hour shadiness that you get with many run of the mill used car dealers and the whole process was seamless and comfortable . Ater I purchased the vehicle, coming from New Jersey I had no way of getting it to me so they had the truck delivered to me which I thought was awesome. The place is clean, professional and on the up-and-up and I would recommend it to anyone. I myself have bought many vehicles and I have been so used to going to these used car dealers thinking there was no way that I could qualify for a certified dealership like Chevy, boy was I wrong. Do yourself a favor before shopping at one of these shady, 99 dollars and a job used car dealerships, at least try a certified dealership like Chevy and you might just surprise yourself. This place was also very easy to deal with and I would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat.

Wow!! What a great experience! First off we have been in and out of many dealerships in the last 2 weeks. We were amazed that they were interested in what we needed. Instead of trying to sell us the more expensive truck that we were looking at, Matt went over our options! We purchased the truck with everything we needed/wanted and even more for a great price!! Each and EVERY person had such a great attitude. No one was pushy. From the initial phone call with Eric to our final sale with Matt everything was great. Even the finance department got us a better rate then our credit union!

It was the best experience I have ever had dealing with a car dealership. From the moment we walked into the dealership we felt a no pressure environment. The salesmen, both Kyle and Ed were outstanding to work with. They were professional, friendly, easy to deal with and showed a true interest in our needs.
