I just ordered a non-fat latte, brought it home, ate dinner, and started to pour it into a mug to reheat. 100% milk. I know people make mistakes....absolutely not a problem. However, when I called to report the error, knowing I would receive a free one in compensation, the guy who answered the phone said in a gentle voice, A latte IS mostly milk. Seriously. I ordered one (having had hundreds) without knowing that? The first words out of his mouth should have been, Im sorry to hear that and well certainly make it right. Not mansplaining a latte. It was condescending and yes, I got a bit snippy. I explained that I know what a latte is and this one is 100% milk/0% espresso. First rule of customer service is to not question the customer. And certainly do not talk down to the customer.

I dropped my phone in the parking lot, the screen shattered and went black. Obviously time for a new phone, however with the work related encryption that becomes a monumental and time consuming task. Stressed, the nice young lady at the counter asked me what I would like and if I was okay? I told her what happened and she took my order. She then said the coffee is on the house. She made my stressful day less stressful. I highly recommend this Starbucks. I never did get her name, but I will never forget her act of kindness.

This is my least favorite Starbucks. There is always a line here, no matter what time of day that I go. The last time I placed a mobile or order they didn’t know where it was. The. It was cold and not mixed properly. I generally avoid this location.

Might be good, but the was a 45 minute wait in store at the Bethel Park, Library Rd Starbucks because of mobile orders, so we didnt wait

Its a Starbucks, so really only 2 things matter: Speed and Correctness. They were fast, but they failed to get 2 drinks right, and failed to give us one of the drinks. Not a good Starbucks to go to. Head to the Wendys for a soft-drink instead.

This is the second time an employee has been rude. The first the guy literally threw my food out the drive thru window at me, handed me my drink and shut the window all without saying a single word to me, all because they were busy. Now I could understand if I was rude but Im always polite and respectful from having worked in customer service for many years. This time I was scolded for driving the wrong way when if she simply would have asked first she would have known the parking lot was blocked from going around and it was the only way to enter the lot and park. Being polite still goes a long way, try it.

This is the *slowest* Starbucks ever. The people are super nice, but sooooo slow. I swear I sit in line for 30 mins or more every time I’m here, and that’s with only like 5 cars in line.

If you like burnt coffee this is the place! The I only decent coffee they offer is the blonde roast!

Been a Starbucks customer for a long time. They no longer brew decaf at any time of the day. The only option is a pour over and not all of the staff do it properly. The only other option is an Americano that I am charged more for. Also, the drive-thru seems to have a priority over the walk-ins. Not a happy customer.

Im sorry I dont drink coffee and have never ordered anything except a pup cup. That being said the r always very nice and good service.

Waited in the drive through line for nearly 30 minutes today and when we got to the window to order at 401pm we were told sorry we close at 400pm have a nice day. We were unaware that they closed at 4 because online it says 9pm. Nor were we aware that when we got inline at 330 it would take a half hour to take 4 people’s orders! Never the less if your not going to take people’s orders who were in line before 4pm management should put a traffic cone out after the last customer they plan on serving or have a sign or something other than people waiting all that time only to be told we made it to the window one minute too late and were not going to serve you! Very poor customer service and management in my opinion. Not to mention there was still 8 cars behind us who waited even longer.

Its starbucks why is a review needed its a Starbucks you know exacly what you going to get. Brown nosing service where the customer is always right no matter what. Hence the reason its the favorite of Karens the world over. Decent coffee and questionable business practices and political views. But hey the coffee is a ok

This is the best Starbucks Ive ever been to! The entire staff is wonderful and super friendly. They strive to get your order right/the way you like it and will do anything they can to make things right if you are ever unhappy. Keep up the great work!

This is a good Starbucks in a great location, but getting in and out is very tricky as there is not a lot of parking around and the drive thru line can circle the building. They are also putting in a PNC next door which will further congest the area, so its definitely best not to go during peak times.

Quality is what I would expect of starbucks. The employees are friendly, but no matter what time of day I go, the wait in the drive thru is always at least 15 minutes and wrapped around the building. A bank is going in next door so I think that will just cause more backup at this location.

20 minute wait time after placing mobile order. Consistently out of stock products. Usually avoid this location, today was a reminder why.

Bethel Park on Library Rd....worst service, longest wait times, drinks repeatedly wrong and they dont care. I have been left waiting at the counter for 5-10 minutes before someone takes my order with the line growing ever longer behind me. Last time I walked out. When I do order a drink it is normal for it to take 20 minutes for them to make it. I will remind myself to avoid this Starbucks from now on. Two stars is generous. Sorry.

This location has gotten much better over the last 6 months. Fast, accurate, and friendly... Only critique, I wouldnt mind seeing just a tad bit more diversity... Oh well, still the best one around by far!

I already loved this Starbucks location (Bethel Park) and today they gave me another reason. I ordered a few items on the app including an order of bantam bagels. When I got there, they let me know that they were out of bantam bagels which was not updated on the app. They asked if I would like something else in its place, so I ended up getting a regular bagel with cream cheese. I only had to wait an extra minute or 2 which I didn’t mind at all, but for the inconvenience they gave me a card for money off my next order. They definitely didn’t have to do that, but it was much appreciated. 🙂

I go to this Starbucks almost every day (I work within a couple miles of here). They are always very friendly and greet me by name. Ive only had a problem with an order twice and both times they swiftly fixed a new drink and gave me a coupon for a free drink for my trouble. Service can get a bit slow during busy times, but its not because they arent trying to get things done quickly and accurately. The store is larger than many Starbucks locations and it is kept clean. The only complaint I have is the parking lot, which is narrow and is shared with a couple other businesses, can get pretty hectic; however, that has nothing to do with Starbucks. I will go out of my way if I am traveling to go to the Bethel Park Starbucks. I love it there.

Went to this location today with my girlfriend and her sister, we went through the drive through where I ordered an iced matcha green tea latte. The matcha was not blended enough and there were clumps of it floating in the drink. I didnt mind this much but I noticed the drink tasted off. As soon as I got home I emptied my cup to find a MOLDY old strawberry at the bottom of my cup in my drink! I gagged as soon as I saw it. I liked going to this location and have gone there previously but I will not be going back after this! Completely disgusting and unsanitary!

Loved this. First time I was able to go into a starbucks without anxiety. (Lots of people in a small place is too much) I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it wasnt crowded at all and it wasnt that loud. Workers got my drink right, and stayed and enjoyed it. Workers were on top of orders. Would definitely recommend.

Poor customer service. Management needs to talk to the employees and remind them that they were hired to serve customers politely and quickly, not have loud parties with their backs to waiting customers.

I visit this Starbucks everyday and I am very familiar with the baristas(and cashiers). They are mostly all very friendly and helpful. They know how to make all of the drinks very well. I almost always have a good experience here.

My wife and daughter are obsessed. They love Starbucks. This one always has fast friendly service for us

This place stumbles (mess everything up) when they are busy- and they get busy pretty easily. I’ll leave it at that.If it improves I’ll reassess.

As an every day Starbucks customer who drives between PA and VA regularly ... I can tell you this location is terrible. They NEVER get anything right.. which is forgive-able a few times but it is a constant issue at this location. I actually only went here maybe a total of 5 times and every single time something has been wrong. Order a bagel get some kind of sausage sandwich. Regular Coffee? Heres a hot tea. Every time I am in there there seems to be more socializing with employees than actual focus on work.

A standard outlet of this chain. Relatively easy to see and has adequate parking. Employees more concerned with each other than customers can kead to longer wait times than other shops.

Yes, I know - overpriced. I happen to like the Frappuccinos and lattes quite a bit, though, and those egg bites are divine! The staff is friendly and I love the app - I use it to order ahead of my arrival all the time.

Ive placed numerous mobile orders for this location while in my lunch break. Typically ai have great service with no issues. The last 3 times Ive placed mobile orders they have been completely wrong. And today they apperently lost my order so they gave me whatever they wanted to instead. Ive called twice and asked to speak to a manager, but both times they have said no one is available. This will be the last time order from them since they are so close to my work.

Went through the drive-thru. Ordering was easy, drink was prepare quickly and employees were friendly. The driving area around here is a little tight and its a pain to make a left on to 88 but otherwise a positive experience.

The SP Shops location was much more pleasant and convenient to other things. Horrible building and parking lot. This has no nice outdoor seating. Staff is capable, but favors the drive thru orders... which is the mentality of all drive thrus.

This location has painfully slow service. The bar is never fully stocked. Never have a full, or even half, compliment of meal products in the case.

If you go, make sure you’re not short on time because the service is always painfully very slow. Once, I was waiting in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes with no car in front of me and no car behind me. When I got to the window, the baristas were just hanging out and talking to each other.

This location must be a corporate store cause they offer the ability to pay for your purchases using the Starbucks App on Android. I like going here, sitting and reading. Sometimes they play the music in the store to loud but overall it is a pleasant experience.

Location is prime, hours are great (5:30am-9:30pm), incredible selection of food & beverage, very friendly staff, not a long wait (they have a lot of employees), lots of parking, free Wi-Fi, but it is a bit expensive since its Starbucks😋.

There was no wait, my Pumpkin Spice Latte was made wonderfully, and I got a nice new mug. Definitely a good coffee experience.
