Two sheetz workers in the womans bathroom swearing and talking badly about customers, when i walked in they stopped pretty quickly. Pretty sad when us customers are the ones providing money for their paychecks. This place is a joke anymore

Out of pretty much everything and I understand a national shortage on certain items. However the food I did order was awful. The beef sliders were on a new level of horrible and cold. I’m scared to return.

Last year around this time food was excellent, service was outstanding. Now, everything i order is made wrong or i’m missing items. I work nereby and only come here on breaks, it’s just so horrible. I mean not only is the food just inedible, but the staff there is absolutely rude! This taller guy with a bun who looked like a supervisor dropped food on the ground and USED IT. Just disgusting. When the lines long you notice a lot in the kitchen, staff is just laughing and babbling instead of attending the needs of customers who are standing in line for far too long. The staff touch their face/mask without washing their hands I mean it’s just completely unsanitary. Never see a friendly face anymore, all of them seemed to disappear. 0/5 Stars if i could. Unbelievable, ive had enough of this store!

I’ve been to this Sheetz multiple times and most of the trips have been very good! The staff gets things made fast and the overall experience is normally great. The last time I was there though I overheard a supervisor yelling and swearing to the other employees about customers. I think it was very unprofessional of them to do when the customers could hear what was being said. Other than that I have no complaints with the staff or the service.

Girl forgot to add a few things in my salad and it was EXCEPTIONALLY small in the container. I visit Sheetz more than the average person, I am a vegetarian so the only thing I order is a salad...so I know when something is really different. Even my boyfriend commented on how small it was. Not going back to this location. Still a good salad, just poorly made.

One of the better Sheetz in the area. Food is prepared right. Usually not a long wait. I think most places these days are hit or miss. This one is a hit compared to West Mifflin Sheetz.

GUESS WHAT. I saw frank Sinatra at this establishment. I ran up and asked for his autograph and phone number but he refused. Then one of the employees swooped in (much like batman) and made him give me his autograph and number. The bad thing ab this experience is that frankys handwriting was messy, and then someone called me gay. (I dont know why) then I tripped over a olive. Other than that stuff it was okay. I found my gay lover and got a nice snack (pretzels and hummus).

Stopped by this place at night to pick up a few large cans of beer. At least they were cold. But... absolutely no social distancing and they’re alllowing people in here with no masks. It’s businesss like this one that’s keeping the country in the pandemic. You might be “passing it along” but I don’t believe you. Hope it was worth it for overpriced food and drink.

Waited for more than 10 minutes for my curbside food Pickup after they said it was ready. It’s a good think I went into the store to get it myself, because it undoubtedly would have continued to sit there and get colder than it already was. It’s pretty bad when you have to do someone else’s job for them.

I would like some nuts wen I went the nut selection was vary low all they had where peanuts WHICH ARE A LEGUME so I asked the worker to find me some nuts and she led me straight to some almonds I started praising her like she was a small cactus fish but wen I went to poo I realized I had kidney stones: ( anyways the workers name was Billyfishbarley so I wild like if she got a raise.

It’s like every food product they make is crafted by Gordon Ramsey to give you diarrhea. It deserves a Michelin Star for how it cleans you out alone. Unreal. 5 stars. All in all pretty good if you don’t have anything to do in like 20 min.

Convenient location and the food is great, I come here often to get gas or a bite to eat. Unfortunately I’ve had negative experiences anytime I order specialty drinks, it either takes an extremely long time to make (10+ minutes even when it isn’t busy) or my order is forgotten about entirely.Worst example happened a few days ago, I decided to try a specialty coffee with caramel apple flavoring and an expresso shot. Waited 25 minutes while several others came and went with their drinks and orders, and after all of that time I still didn’t have my coffee. I finally showed someone my order slip, and to give him a lot of credit he made my drink very quickly, brewed fresh coffee for me, and gave me a free specialty drink coupon.I love this location and like getting food here, but under no circumstances should it take a half hour for a cup of coffee to be made, specialty or not. Extremely long wait times for specialty drinks (coffee, milkshakes, etc) are something I’ve never experienced at any other locations even during rushes, for this place I would recommend sticking to bottled or self-serve drinks. I want to thank the male worker who made my drink that day and did what he could to make things right, but it’s clear that the location is either short staffed or not trained well enough on that aspect of their service.

Awesome food but you have to wait forever bc they are always so busy. The staff is friendly and the go as fast as they can. One time I waited so long they gave me a $10 gift card and I didn’t even say anything about the wait let alone complain. One issue is that young kids gather in the parking lot and hang out all night.

The kitchen is still open! Good made to order food with a wide variety of items on the menu. Good for late night snacks and when you’re on the go and In a hurry. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff.

Fiance was there to pick up a food order I placed for 930. They gave us our food at 930 and told us our milkshake would be ready. 10 minutes passed and we asked for our shake while our food was getting cold. They said it was already made and at the pick up station. No shake was there. Asked again if someone was going to make it and the girl said I dont know. Then she proceeded to ignore us when we asked again for my shake. So we left without our shake and losing out on money. Never ordering from this Sheetz again. Horrible customer service and the employees ignore you when you ask where your order is. Ridiculous.

Once upon a time I was tuned in a light bit after a long day. I decided to drop by my local Sheetz for a sandwich or two. My first mistake was trusting gas station pulled pork. My last mistake was using only 1 ply. I would have been in better shape had I climbed the nearest tree and poached a nest full of baby birds. However something about the way the rubber meat touched my gullet gave me that just right tickle in my throat. Enjoy.

I never seem to get my dips when I order food from this location. But it’s partly on me, too, because I keep forgetting to check for them before I leave.

Very overpriced and stingy on their pre-made salads and parfaits. Will not buy them again, esp. when the strawberry parfaits have about 50% granola topping! The parfaits were on sale 2 for $4. Id pay about $1.50 each, bc I know yogurt isnt always cheap. The Bistro Santa Fe Style was $6 and some change. Its about the size of a garden salad at Wendys; the biggest portion is the sauce container! Id pay about $3 for it due to the chicken.I give 2 stars for the good customer service.

If I don’t order online my order takes 15/20 mins. This is the SLOWEST sheetz I have ever been to in my life. I only ordered a soft pretzel and I’ve been waiting 15 minutes already. If I wanted sit down food I would have gone to a restaurant. GET IT TOGETHER!

I I have to go to a place like this a few times before I write a review but I can’t say anything bad here. Lots of employees and a very busy place with good people behind the counter and they keep it very clean

While I thought sheetz food was good this locations food leaves a lot to be desired Skip it.

The over night crew is the best I go their every morning and everyone is so nice and the place is always in order.

This is the 3rd time I ordered a MTO and got it home only to open it up and find it wasnt what I ordered. I ended up having to settle for something that cost way less than what I actually ordered because it was too far to take back by the time I opened it at home.

Oh my goodness what would the world do without Sheetz? 😱 I cant tell the difference between Sheetzs food and Sonics, I just know theyre both gross! 😱

I ordered 2 snack wraps, a chicken sandwich, and a bag of fries at 2:23 pm it wasn’t ready until 2:48 pm for whatever reason. Everyone that ordered after us was getting their orders before us and when they finally called our order everything was cold. The ticket on my snack wraps said 2:33 and the sandwich said 2:42 so I have no idea what took so long.

Usually Sheetz is a great experience. This place is generally no different, with the exception that they have allowed their parking lot and store to become the local hangout for young adults with what they think are their cool cars, in the evenings. It is so bad that there are times that I stay away on purpose, just so I dont have to deal with that. Or, I know I have to get there before like 8pm, or it is a lost cause. The lot will stay like this for hours too! Its not just a random surge. I think these people literally plan to go park at Sheetz lol! What a life!Only 3 stars due to the fact that the business itself is not doing anything about it.

Good spot for quicky supplies

I think Sheetz food is a little expensive for what it is. However, the options are nearly endless, and it is prepared fresh. They have always gotten my order correct. This locations features a beer cooler, and an indoor seating area. I just which I could order food at the pump while I fill up.

My local sheetz. I never really have any issues with the place. Sure it’s small for a sheetz but it’s not off the interstate or anything, it doesn’t need to be big. My food is always good when I get here

The staff was nice and helpful. Especially for a gas station, the store and bathroom were clean. The food is pretty tasty and prices are ok.

Mason in the kitchen is an excellent worker and person

I visit frequently and I’ve never suffered a bad experience. This past evening, I went to pay for my items and realized that my finger was bleeding a bit (lol) My cashier was kind enough to run and grab me a bandaid! I don’t know his name, that was such a sweet gesture.

I visit Sheetz often while travelling, at least 4 times per trip, and this is the only Sheetz that has ever messed up my order. On top of that, I was given a hard time about getting it fixed.

I had a very bad experience here. I ordered my food through the app almost a hour before arriving. I got there and paid and waited for my food and never got it. When I asked the lady behind the desk how long for my food and she just shruged saying I dunno we have like 5 online orders. It was crowded for that time of night but they never made my food. I asked for a refund and they wouldnt give me one. Very rude service and I didnt get what I paid for. Calling corporate on this place tomorrow. Very unacceptable..

Food is great and served up in a timely manner. And the staff is always friendly.

Two times in the month of December cashiers have begged me for my change...Maybe its for there charity or there pocket. Either way, its pretty shady when all you want is a cup of coffee.
