I wouldn’t recommend this shop. I drove a Ford transit from Indianapolis directly from buying it from owner to have it inspected. The only thing the van needed was rear breaks and a quote for the ABS. Also asked to on check tire pressure cause sensor was on. I came to pick up my van and everything else was fine. They did not bother to check my air pressure. Si I took it to a tire place. Tires were over pressured. Which annoyed me because I asked for that service and they didn’t care. After 3 days of driving the car it would start after a stop. Something having to do with the key getting un programmed. So I had it towed to this shop. I was told it was my starter and quoted me 400 to put a starter in a 4.cylinder transit van. Had it fixed came back and was told literally that every thing was fine I just had to stick a SCREWDRIVER INTO THE GEAR BOX to engage the the gear stick because when the starter when out it damaged something electrical blah blah. I was like are you serious are you gonna write me and invoice that says problem fixed, special instructions use a screw driver to out in drive.? Further more my windshield wipers stopped working and my windows... so now I have 3 more things broken in my vehicle that he was supposedly not able to fix and denied being responsible for the repair. Then shop is a chop shop at best. Chuy is not to be trusted with the importance of a reliable vehicle. I hate playing this card but to top it off an an Amputee, I can’t be driving around in a vehicle I have to stick a screw driver to get it off park, what is wrong with this imbecile!? 👎👎👎

The mechanic Chuy I believe that is his name, fixed my broken muffler/tail pipe on me 2003 jeep gran Cherokee. He gave me a good estimate compared to other muffler shops I went to. Got a new muffler and tailpiped Installed in a couple hours. I definitely recommend this mechanic if your vehicle needs fixing. Will be coming back for more repairs

My problems started after bringing my car in for a simple oil change. I was told soon after that, that I needed to replace a cooler oil filter gasket for $90, so I did later. When I picked up the car I noticed some spotting under the front driver side of the vehicle. I mentioned it to the mechanic and he dismissed it. A little over a month later I now have a coolant fluid leak there. I never had any problems doing oil changes at the dealer or jiffy lube. Now it seems, I fix one thing here, and then something else breaks later down the road.Please note: this business was recently purchased by new owners. I dont think these new guys have had it open, in this area, for more than a year.

Finally found someone I can trust to work on my cars! They will explain all work completed and show you the old replaced parts. They also offer free loaner cars when available. Highly recommended if youre looking for a quick turnaround, reliable work, and overall great people to work with.

Weve been going there 20 years or more. The business was started 70 years ago by the twin sons. They decided to take a good offer and close shops. Very reliable, honest, and concientious. We are going to miss you Randy & Rick!

We have been taking our cars to Kenns for several years and have had great service from them. They are always very nice and explain the work to be done and our options. They also have a loaner car if you need one (which many small shops dont). Rick & Randy are very trustworthy, I would highly recommend them.

After taking my car to the dealership twice in a month and they still couldn’t find what was wrong after having it total of 4 days, I took it to QA. They we able to diagnose it in 4 hrs and get it fixed (including fixing what the dealership messed up) by the next day. They will always get my business and I completely recommend Chewy and this shop. He restored my faith that there are good mechanics out there that care about their customers. After going to quality on 27th and Ridgeland please do not go there they are both rip offs.I was told originally it was my spark plugs and coils (which was correct) to 4hrs later it was my engine. I was verry nervous of some one else ripping me off but after reading reviews for Mike & done I decided to try them best thing I did Mike was honest said original thing coil and spark plugs he told me it my solve the issue with my check engine and epc but couldnt get full reading till that was done. Turns out thats all it needs and car is running good again. They have earned my business for there honestly and reasonable pricing.BOTH SHOPS ARE RIP OFFS PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!!@!@@!!

They are very honest. They never try to get over on you. They will not make you spend unnecessary money. They were real sweet.

BEWARE OF THIS MECHANIC. This place was recommended to us by a friend when our brakes started to make a noise and our check oil light started coming on suddenly, despite having had it changed three weeks ago. We choose to go here because the person recommending them has gone to them for years and we wanted to try a new place out despite having a great relationship with our normal mechanic. Never again will we go to this place. They called us an hour after dropping the car off to have all of that checked and were told the estimate for the brakes and that they were working on the check oil light. Four and a half hours later we get a call saying the breaks were done BUT he wouldnt touch the check oil light problem because the milage on the car and then proceeded to tell us we brought him a “cancer car”. Upon arrival at the shop to pick up the car to take it to get fully fixed he proceeded to pat himself on the back by showing us brake pads that didnt come off our car and when asked about the fact that he wouldnt check the oil light he choose to have a hissy fit in the middle of the shop throwing things around after we told him he could have told us before he even worked on the car at all about the oil light and we could have picked up the car and took it some place to get it fully worked on instead of wasting our time in having to take it to another place at 4pm in the after noon when other shops are getting ready to close up. He spoke to myself and my mother like we were stupid women and didnt know what we were talking about. Beware of this place unless your car is only in need of a tune up as they stated it in clear english “WE DO NOT FIX EVERYTHING ON A CAR”.
