I had to go to get my battery replaced in the evening, and Alfredo was super helpful in answering my questions, walking me through my options, and then installing the new battery. He was GREAT!!

I went because my check engine light went on - they did the diagnostics on my suv, gave me the print out!! So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! I truly appreciate them .

My car was acting up and would randomly turn on and off so I thought it would be the battery that was the issue. I managed to get it to the autozone parking lot and purchase a new battery. The two managers Amy and Mitzy were nice enough to help me with the installation. When it was done though, my car still wouldn’t turn on. I was so worried that it would turn out to be something more expensive than a battery but thankfully, these workers know their stuff. They did a few tests and when they check the fuse box, they found the problem. After they switched out one of the small fuses, my car finally turned on!! Will definitely be coming back here from now on.

Can’t say enough great things about the team that closed last night (12/16)! I don’t live around there and my car died while at an appointment less than a half mile away. After going through insurance and waiting 2+hours I was able to get a jump in which it didn’t work. When I called close to closing the gentleman answered all my questions about what the issue could be (my battery) and even stated if I can make it by 9:05pm they would help me out even though they close at 9. When I arrived the manager and another young lady were so helpful and even came after they closed the store to where my car was to install the new battery! Their kindness and hospitality were beyond measure and I can’t recommend enough! It’s great to know there are people out there who are just genuinely willing to help without any ulterior motives! Will absolutely make the drive for anything I need in the future! Thanks again ladies!

My experience at this location, was excellent, and they were real helpful, i could of spent extra money, buying a alternator, but that wasnt the issues, they made sure of that, because they check under the hood thoroughly, and found out, it was just a loose connection, there whole staff, is professional, and dedicated to help the customers at all times, thanks again, i really appreciate u all.

It was, in history, the coldest day of the year and I have to say, I didn’t get to even meet any of the wonderful gentleman working here, however, they gave me some advice that other places weren’t about my battery in my car. Other places wanted to toe and charge and bla bla. But these guys, they didn’t ask for anything, didn’t push a product on me, nothing. These are truly good hearted people and idk what I would have done without the knowledge they gave me today. I’m broke and my old car just got hit by a snowplow (hit and run) and is totaled. I got a NEW car and the battery died (because of the cold is what I found out later) it Worked when I jumped it but I was still very skeptical. These guys told me exactly what to do, put on hold what I would have needed in the worse case, and were literally just helpful. Not many people like this do I come across. Thank you guys for helping me today. You really made a difference.

Parts suck, had trouble with both front calipers on my pickup truck, had to return them both they were defective didnt have anymore on stock. They sent me to another store to get them, and one of them were defective, that store had no more, so I had to go to another store to get one. Finally after going to four different stores I got my brake job done. A one hour job took about five hrs and probably thirty miles driving around back n forth. Never again will I buy my parts at AutoZone.
