It was my first visit at McKevitt and it was a great experience in every single way.I contacted one of the sale agents there (Blossom), and interacted with her via email to collect details about the car I was interested in, and got the info right away. I appreciate when things are done this way, because that save time both to the seller and the buyer.Once at the dealership, everything worked out efficiently and very professionally, from the test drive to the documentation preparation to the final offer and closing of the deal. I felt respected and there was no pressure at any point during the transaction, which is not what I experienced at other dealership.Everyone involved in the process was very nice and helpful, it was a pleasure to interact with all of them. In particular, Blossom took me through the test drive up to when I drove off the lot, taking care of all the details of the purchase process and answered my questions in a very knowledgeable way; a pleasant experience.Mo was also awesome; he took care of the financing part in 10 minutes, I could not believe it was so fast, and just few signatures after I was done.I drove home happy with my new car, and if anyone will be on the market to get a car, I will surely recommend McKevitt, Blossom and the entire team.

This was my second visit to McKevitt to service my Alfa. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient. I showed up for my appointment and was given an Uber ride home within minutes. The car was serviced and ready on time and they called an Uber to pick me up at home. Carlos G Toledo was a wonderful Service Advisor each time. I highly recommend them for Service on your car.

Worst customer service experience ever! Returned a lease 6 weeks ago now they cant find the car and the staff are evasive to the point they hung up on me. I still dont know where the car is!

Had a great experience at McKevitt. We worked with Owen Rogers, an Alfa salesperson. Owen did a great job . He is very knowledgeable about Alfas in general, knows the details about the Alfas at the dealership, and was patient with us. It was a pleasure working with him. The other folks at the dealership were nice and accommodating as well, including Mo in finance. They all made it easy to get a new Stelvio.

Just bought Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti. Great customer service with a pleasant courteous sales consultant, Owen Rogers. He answered all our questions and very thorough explaining . Great experience, felt no pressure.

I had to have an experience of poor service with Carlos Toledo, he was very inflexible to help me with the oil change in my truck that I bought there with them, and to give me an appointment he made many excuses for not doing it, he was arrogant.

Bought a Giulia today, love the dealership and its team!!!This dealership provides a seamless, courteous, and quickest buying car experience we have ever dealt with. We want to take this opportunity to thank the team - Dina, Justin and Juan. Dina provides superb pre- sale customer service. Dina responded to my questions via text and calls. She text me the pictures of the cars ahead of time. Justin is friendly, spent the time with us on test driving the car, and assisted with price negotiation. He is funny and kept us entertained while we waited for the transaction to be completed. Juan, the manager, gave us a fair and best price in the Bay Area. We got out there in a couple of hours. All dealerships need to learn from this team! Major kudos to you all!!!

Theyve worked hard on customer service over the years and it really shows. The service department folks are knowledgeable friendly and efficient. At this point in my ownership of my 2013 car, I could go elsewhere, but I trust going here.

5 stars- 3 reviews ?...Compelled to write another review.. I wrote one and it seems to have disappeared.. I made all the effort to buy a car here, could not, even after driving there to purchase! This says a lot about their service and follow up. With an appointment to do so, I drove to Berkeley to pick up a car that they claimed to have. The sales person that confirmed the appointment was not there nor was the vehicle. The sales people present were not helpful or friendly. Judging a book by its cover? Taking business elsewhere...

I worked with Justin and my experience was a very good one. I had driven many cars and got down to comparison between a Jaguar ePace and the Alfa Romeo Stelvio. When I got in the green Stelvio Ti, I knew it was all and more than I wanted. Juan and Joe were also very efficient. The whole experience was seamless and Id recommend anyone to go to McKevitt Alfa Romeo of Berkeley.
