I cannot recommend this place enough. Their service is fantastic!!! We had a short-notice need for a wheelchair van and they were able to help us find a rental. They even took the time to call us back to let us know that they had a last minute cancellation which opened up a rental for our use. I would give them ten stars if able!!

To say I feel like Ive grown up at United Access might feel like an understatement. My family has gotten vans from UA since Ive been around (roughly 30 years).Theyve always been super helpful, friendly, and flexible. I bought my car from them and get it serviced regularly. It gives me a peace of mind taking my adapted van to them because I know they know what theyre doing. They also understand that, as a person with a disability who cant simply take an Uber around town, my van is my independence. My family has gotten many vans from Alan Brown and I enjoy working with Justin to make sure everything is in working order. I also plan on getting a vehicle from them again in the future.

I want to go back and fill out an application. Entrance is actually on Natural Bridge GPS sent me around the service road. I wasnt there for services, I was on a delivery to a employee. However in the brief moment I was there, I was left with the impression this was the type of job that didnt feel like work. everybody that was there seemed to be in a great mood, showing area was clean well-lit and greeted by the employees right when I walked in, if it comes up in conversation somebody is looking for or needs these Services I will automatically recommended them.

My dad got his car here and loves it! Some workers not wearing masks fully but other than that, it was great

Great service and price

Got my conversion through them with help of others.. These guys are great I gave 4 stats cause they did something to my sons brakes on his wheelchair now it hurts my feet when I try to use the brake.. Other than that awesome job

These guys were awesome installing a scooter lifts on my dads truck. They were fast they were friendly they had a comfortable waiting area for us I definitely recommend this business

I have been with United Access for several years now. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I am shown respect, dignity, honesty and they make you feel at home. They make you feel like you are at your home, with your feet on the couch watching anything you want on TV. They offer drinks and always try to make you feel comfortable. My Van gets out standing care. I can call Mr. Steve tell him my problem and just like that the problem is history. I can go in United Access tell Mr. Steve I hear a sound, or a screw comes out of my seat, or even ask to have GPS hooked up, he never says no or they are too busy. He is right on the problem, and most of the time it is fixed and ready to go in less than an hour. I have great respect for Mr. Steve because he makes me feel important at that time, he never brushes me off, he listens tentative to what I have to say. United Access and Mr. Steve makes me feel special, at that moment I am the most important person in that room. Its funny when I am there at United Access I feel I dont have a divisibility or that I am in a wheelchair. My Easy-lock and ramp works perfectly when they put their magical hands to fix them. Cindy Gould as well as every phone receptionist treated us highly professionally. These folks are obviously well trained in best practices for customer service. Additionally, their vehicles have been new or very recent model year so they are clean and very reliable. We consider their pricing to be very competitive for the specialized vehicles they offer. We expect to use their services regularly in the future. Highly recommended!

The workers were very nice and I rented a really nice van but it was so dirty. If they would’ve cleaned the van before renting it to me I wouldn’t have a complaint. I did not have time to clean it myself so I had to take my dad around in a filthy vehicle!!

They were able to install my left-foot accelerator in only a few days. They answered all of my questions and made sure I could work the wheelchair lift by myself before I left. When I was rear-ended, they went over the entire car to make sure that the new accelerator and lift were in good condition. Everyone is always so polite and accommodating, I would recommend them to anyone, adaptive or not.

I go here when Im in town...bring in my folks van for a tune-up. They have consistently been courteous, accommodating...I have no doubts that were being treated fairly here. Dont think twice about giving these folks your business!

Weve rented vans with ramps several times from the Springfield, MO., office, and once from the St. Louis office. Always helpful, friendly people, and the vans have been wonderful - clean, comfortable, totally functional. We will continue to use United Access whenever we leave our own van at home and fly to a distant destination!

They sold me a lift van for $33,300.00. I drove it 6 months, put 3,500 miles on it when my husband died. I tried to sell it back to them and they offered me $17,000.00. They rip off the handicapped, veterans and widows!
