What a great new car buying experience from Kevin Thomas. He was honest, very professional and very knowledgeable. Explained the different features on the BMW X2 before I test drove it which helped me a lot in evaluating the ride. Explained very well the lease options and the financing the dealership offers. No sales pressure, zero stress and no gimmick. Ended up buying the X2. Overall a very positive experience. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Thanks Kevin

I had a wonderful experience here. Andrew was super helpful with the process of purchasing this car. Bobby was super helpful explaining the paperwork during the signing process when I picked up my car. The process overall was super easy and fast. Like I was super surprised how fast it took and the service was incredible. Enrique was super nice and helpful with explaining what packages did what and was overall super nice. They also were able to rush my car through PDI and detail to get my car same day as inquired. I will be recommending Weatherford BMW to friends and family and will be coming back here again when ready to purchase my next car and will be coming here for my service.

Wonderful experience with Raoul from the moment he answered the phone to the time he saw me off the lot with my new ride. Every part of the transaction was done remotely which means you dont spend a lot of time waiting around at the dealership. You go there simply to pick up your car. Its efficient, easy, and painless. Id absolutely recommend this dealership to any of my friends/acquaintances. And Id tell them to look for Raoul because hes personable, very knowledgeable, and super responsive. Every car purchase experience should look like this.

Just bought a certified used 440i from Weatherford BMW and Jimmy and the team were fantastic. I never felt pressured to buy at all, he let the car speak for itself and was able to answer every question I had both via email and in person. Incredibly friendly staff and up to date with all the latest tech in the car buying space... I did all the paperwork and signing remotely, on my phone, in about 10 minutes. As for the car, it was in mint condition and was meticulously detailed inside and out before the test drive appointment. Would definitely recommend.

I rarely write reviews. Today we bought our second car from Su Kuo and she was great. She came in on her day off to meet us because today was our day off. Always honest, truly helpful and trustworthy. I’d highly recommend. She made us feel like we were priority and never rushed us. We came in for 1 used car and ended up getting the new one that just magically showed up in inventory in the exact model and color we wanted and had only 19 miles driven on it. She worked her magic and got us the price we were happy with. She told us our options for financing, told us the finance guy would call by 4pm and he did. Dan Swanson, very nice, and honest as well with no pressure to buy any extended warranty or maintenance plan, but we saw value and got the maintenance plan. Thank you Weatherford BMW for having such great employees.

This company is a criminal organization. They accepted a Kelly Blue book Guranteed Quote of 16,900 then lied and said Blue Book was only 15,500. Then when we showed them the truth, they claimed my California Attorney DMV Power of Attorney was not valid and I would have to be present. This is a complete lie and easy for anyone to find on the web. DO NOT support these criminals. They will steal from you!

When you work in a BMW then you should respect the name and treat BMW customers with respect!Lawrence Marinera nothing more than just a disrespectful service advisor!Came to check what’s the regular service needed/cost for my vehicle which also has an active tire warranty from BMW!That person just decline to run my tire warranty to fix tires issues with disrespectful way when I said I don’t want to process the regular service just fix the tire under warranty!Unbelievable the way he was talking and had to call for his manager Tim which he took over the required service process but he seemed to not care for such a behavior from the advisor.

Love this dealership!! The service manager Steve was awesome! He said if I ordered the part (chrome muffler tip that someone stole off my car) he would put it on for free of charge! He saved me $236 that another muffle shop was trying to charge me & it wasnt the BMW parts for my car 🥴 ... theres still some good ppl left on earth.

Very unhappy experience. They charged me extra fee of 235 dollar more than what the technical person told me. I have no choice but to pay, otherwise they won’t let me have my car back until the technical person comes back from vacation three days later, which will cause me so much inconvenience. Even more, the whole set of car mats are gone, but they claimed that they found nothing after checking the camera monitoring. Once again I have no choice but to purchase a new set, simply because I am so tried of arguing with them. I am so unhappy with all the service but still thanks to the honesty of the technical person for helping me get the refund of the extra fee that I was forced to pay. I will never come back to this place.

I have been a Mercedes driver for over 20 years. So when it was time to get a new car I decided to switch up and try a Bmw. My 2014 528i didn’t come with a spare key so I decided to pay th $532 to get.a new one. I wasn’t told complete and accurate information about pairing up so when the new key didn’t work I went back for replacement. Instructions wasn’t clear about keeping the second key. So they finally clearly explained that keeping the old key and pairing it with the car. I didn’t have the old key and they kept the replacement saying to bad their no losing cash

Be aware of the sexist culture in this place, we sent a car for service on Tuesday, the service advisor, Lawrence, intentionally avoided my calls. However, every time I have the other person in my family, which is a male, called, Lawrence would immediately picked up the phone. This habit went on for three days, which totally disrupted my schedule because I have no idea when my car would be ready. And by the way, women can afford to buy a BMW and pay maintenance cost too, so Lawrence, next time you think of doing that, be mindful that a women’s credit card works as good as any men’s credit card.

Weatherford contacted me to tell me my car needed service. They said the service was completely covered.When I arrived they said the service would be over $1,300.I drove 1.5 hours in traffic to get to Weatherford.Angelina first said she couldnt do anything to help and said the employee I spoke to on the phone wasnt authorized to tell me the service was covered. She then reviewed the phone conversation that was recorded and verified I had been told the service was covered.She offered to cover $300 of the service after meeting with her supervisor.I asked to speak with her supervisor, Robert Mackie, because I didnt think the offer was sufficient. This was partially because according to their records, my service would have been covered a year ago, during the height of the pandemic, but since I didnt bring the car in during the pandemic, too much time had elapsed and now I would have to pay for it.When I spoke with Robert he didnt apologize, he blamed the employee that made the phone call and said he couldnt do anything else. He said that they were open during the pandemic so it was my fault for waiting. He was rude.I spoke with his manager, Tim Renner, the following day. Tim apologized but only offered to give me %15 off of the remaining service. I declined.

UPDATE: Low ball their offers because they are so desperate for money they cant afford $2 charges for peoplecame back during the day and they reset the charge point then they turned it off remotely as I was charging.Came here to charge days before and they have their cars parked in the charging spots. When they have 20 other parking spots to choose from. Forced to park in the disabled parking at an angle to reach one charger.

I received Excellent Service at Weatherford BMW. I called and scheduled an appointment to test drive a 2018 X3 xDrive30i. Andonly Husary Client Advisor explained the features of the vehicle, extremely knowlegeable. He suggested a test drive route and provided the keys. I was pleasantly surprised how roomy and comfortable the SUV was. I knew instantly this was my new vehicle. I returned from my test drive and was greeted by Jivan Kemper, Client Advisor, he was great, answered all my questions. He also introduced me to the Manager to answer additional questions. Whether browsing or buying, you’ll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide to walk you through the entire process. It made all the difference.My family works in the car sales business and so I walked in confidently with my “Salesman Blocker Cap” on tight, ready to divert any of the usual “let’s put you in a car today” pressure tactics.I found the car I liked, asked a ton of questions, had all of them answered, test drove it and said thank you, I’ll think about it. Then went home and scoured the web to find a “better deal” to no avail. Their car, fully loaded with every option I needed - and didn’t need - was priced fairly with the added benefit of a CPO badge. That, coupled with the way I was treated made the decision a cinch. I came back the next morning, signed some papers and purchased the car in less than an hour.The experience was unique. Jivan was informative while gently dialing up my excitability at the prospect of buying a new car without exuding one iota of pressure. The right balance I’d say. He was just genuinely helpful as I fired off a barrage of questions while putzing around in my future car.I called in 2 days after with a minor issue, was told to bring the car in while the service department took all of 30 minutes to resolve it and send me on my way. That’s the takeaway. With today’s abundance of consumer options buying from a car dealership still maintains its utility in auxiliary support. My wife and I leased a new BMW i3 from Weatherford BMW in Berkeley two weeks ago.This is our first plug in electric car & first BMW. They answered a ton of questions and took as much time as we wanted even on a weekend before Christmas. The car is fast, fun & quiet. We have found lots of free places to charge and have not used the charging cord that came with the car at home yet.Andony, the Genius who showed us how the car works, was awesome. Again he spent as much time as we wanted how electric cars work. Lots to learn! Our Finance person Eleni was helpful without being pushy -- Kudos to her. All four of the people we worked with drive this car and could endorse it first hand.Plan to use the free loaner program soon. This is a small car so BMW will let us use bigger model when we want one up to 14 days. That is a great benefit!If you are thinking about a BMW give Weatherford a try!

Every member of this family is extremely concerned with the well being and satisfaction of each client , whether it be for the service department, sales, or parts . Every vehicle for sale is painstakingly cared for, from tires to the interiors to the paint. Always excellent customer service at Weatherford BMW. I first went to Kevin Thomas at Weatherford in 2016. Then again in 2020 for an upgrade. Let me just say that from the start, I felt so taken care of and felt I could completely trust him. He listens to what you want in a car and factors in every possibility. Kevin is EXTREMELY patient and goes above and beyond!! I feel so comfortable calling him and asking him random questions because he will take time to answer or clarify any information.
