The Mechanics are very efficient and on time with repairs. Curtis and Smitty are absolutely phenomenal and always take the time to explain everything to me about the repairs and ALWAYS answer all my questions. (I always ask a ton of questions) If they for some reason cant do the repairs they give good recommendations out! All of the mechanics there work on cars as if they were working on their own vehicles and they also hold their employees to great standards which is easily proven through their work and work ethics. Thank you for always providing great work and being patient with your customers! You guys rock and I would never willingly change Mechanics!

Not bad for shade tree mechanics in a brick in mortar. If they remove your tire don’t expect to be able to remove them yourself. They don’t use a torque wrench to properly torque your tires, per what the manger told me they use an air impact until they are tight. His words not mine. If you come back with a problem the manager talks down to you like he knows more then you. Would not recommend If negative stars were available that is where I would rate them.

We just took our old creaky car to them and they came through! They were fast, honest and affordable! The car is driving without noise!Well certainly come back! They know what theyre doing and most importantly, theyre honest!

If I could have given 10 stars I would. Twice Ive brought my truck in in the brink of disaster. Both times Curt and crew saved my skin. Excellent service you dont get from the big guys. He also put a flat bed on my truck, replacing my rusty bed, he chopped an old flatbed he cad. A perfect custom job. Helps he build race cars. Honest guys are hard to find. Thanks again.

My son took his 04 explorer in he told them he thought it was one thing but it needed checked. Needless to say they repaced a part that didnt need to be replaced charged him 300.00 and he still cant shift his suv out of park without a screwdriver. When my son went in to tell them it wasnt fixed they told him he would have to pay another 80.00 and they will diagnose it. I would not recommend them at all.

I went to Auto Zone to run a diagnostic and it said cylinder 6 misfire and ignition coil. So I called around looking for a good mechanic shop and read the reviews, and decided to take it here. I made an appointment for 1:00 pm. Arrived at that time they took my car right in and in 45 min they were done. Friendly mechanics and priced reasonably. I would recommend and definitely go back.

Traveling north and my AC wasn’t working and my dog in the back seat was starting to get hot and these guys said pull in and we will look at it. Had called 30 other places over the course of an hour and no one would even look at it this week. They spliced up a new plug wire that was broke in half and had me back on the road headed north shortly.

My husband and I have been taking our cars here for about two years now and we wouldn’t take them anywhere else. We have had a noise on my husband car and took it in right away to be get diagnostics. The shop called and told us they believe they know what it is but would have to tear the part off to confirm and then replace. What they suggested to us was continue driving until the noise worsened then they could have a confirmation on the fix needed instead of throwing pointless money at it attempting to fix what they thought could be the problem and may not. We waited and this last week we decided it was time to go back. It was exactly what they said it was and while repairing they found another issue. They called and maintained great communication about cost and broke down parts and labor. These guys are honest and hardworking and that is not something you find in a mechanic very often. I know quite a bit about cars and work on my own when time and tools allow. They have never tried to price gauge us for parts. I do my research and know what is reasonable. If you ever need to take you car somewhere this is the place! Thank you too all the employees here!

Curtis the owner and his mechanics are top notch! He has personally worked on my 1999 Corvette twice now. Did a outstanding job fixing my power window and sliding seat problem.

We was traveling home in our small RV and it started acting up after we had gotten gas. So while on the road we pulled off to Auto Zone in Belton and they ran a test showing we had 2 bad cylinders. We asked for recommendations and one was Certified Auto Repair. They got us in pretty much right away and they ran a test ended up being a bad coil and 1 spark plug bad. They got us fixed up and ran perfect all the way home had over 200 miles to go.Certified could of gouge us because we was stranded and they bailed us out. I wasn’t going to write a review cause I tried to be optimistic and think the best of these guys and was more concerned about not upsetting them until I was told it would be fine yet again and drove home in the scariest drive ever. I’m tired of being told one thing and experiencing another especially at my high cost. In my opinion, a good mechanic doesn’t solely rely on a diagnostic scanner/computer but listens to the customer and utilizes their knowledge to troubleshoot the problem. A good shop or mechanic should be willing to take accountability for their mistakes and bad judgement especially when it costs a customer getting their money back and sticks them into being stuck into a lemon of a car that will cost more than the car is worth to fix. I’m only sharing in hopes of saving another person or heaven forbid a single mom like me from losing their tail like I did (especially since single parents generally get one shot to buy a reliable vehicle for their kiddo, being they don’t have that second income). On another note if you can afford it then this establishment is full of nice guys that treat you like a friend which is super awesome, and they get the car done quickly, just may not truly be fixed and require multiple repeat visits.

I went in to get my throttle body cleaned and my spark plugs replaced also got my check engine light shut off.10/10 I would reccomend. They are professional.Took maybe 2 hours. Pretty fast from dealing with a bunch of other shops. Ill be back for sure.

After taking my car to get something fixed this past May, the problem started back up again less than a month later. After not being able to get it back in the shop until a couple days ago I explained to Curtis what was going on and he agreed to take another look and not charge to repair it again because it was most likely a wire had came unplugged. Both times I’ve went he’s been very helpful and kind.

We had a great experience with Certified Auto Repair. They gave us the lowest quote on labor and delivered quality work on our Dodge Ram. We will call them with future repairs. Dont waste time calling around head to Belton. Honest men working here.
