I needed a specialty off road tire that several other chain tire shops did not carry, or even acted like my business was important to them, but I called McGuire and they were not only friendly and helpful, but they also spent several minutes on the phone with me until they found a warehouse that had the tire I needed. They ordered it and I was short on time, so they sent a courier to pick it up instead of wait for delivery. Within an hour they had the tire there and immediately got my truck in the replace my tire for me. Thanks to everyone there for the prompt service and assistance.

Needed a tire changed real fast. Called multiple tire shops and they had at least a 1 to 2 hour wait.. Called Mcguire and they told me come on in and will get you in and out. It was quick an the price was good. Very happy with them.

Took my truck in for an alignment. Im told my lower ball joints and upper ball joints need repair. We will do that before we can align it. Okay whats the cost. 700 for just lowers... (mind you they are mood replaced about 1 year ago) get home and jack my truck up, pull out the crow bar. ZERO play in lowers or upper. To me they are just trying to get you to pay for services not needed.

McGuires is the best! After trying to get a tractor tire repaired at a well known Tractor store and failing, McGuires helped me right off the bat. They didnt have the exact tube on site, but got it for me by the next morning. Will definitely give them out tire business! Wish they wore masks for customer comfort however.

Had new Tires put on by Discount Tire. Decided to have wheel alignment done to be safe because I cant afford tires just anytime. Less than a month the outer toe was bad on both sides swap tires around so they did it for free but now bad again. I believe they didnt tighten everything up like it should be. I believe the owe me tires.

Competent, unfriendly and slow. I have wanted to support this local business but cant use them anymore due to time constraints. Bought 4 tires. Have had several oil changes there. Everything takes an hour. Last visit [ever] took over an hour to look at tire with a screw in it.

Went there to get tire repaired. Non of the customers(4 people) had on mask. Employee behind counter the counter wasnt wearing a mask. They do have signs posted on the doors about the mask mandate but they are not enforcing it. I wish I didnt waste my time going there.

I had an alignment done at a different place with not so satisfying results. Took the truck this morning and addressed my concerns and they were very courteous and thorough. About an hour later I am 100% satisfied with the results and the price ($65 even!) can’t be beat. I will definitely be coming back here for all my other automotive needs. I caught a nail and brought it in to McGuires. They patched it up for no charge and gave me great advice to hold off buying tires for a few more thousand miles. I was impressed with their thoughtfulness and won my trust. I plan to buy their tires in the coming months.

Extremely fast and polite

Went to them for 2 front tires for my pickup. They got them on the trick and out in a timely manner. Got on to the highway and my steering will and truck began shaking. I turned around and went back. Told them the issue. They didnt question me at all. Took the truck back, rebalanced the wheels and said if it still does it after driving for a few days bring them back. I drove 600 miles and it continued to shake. I took it back to them this morning. They asked me what I wanted to do. I said replace the 2 tires. No questions asked they found me 2 new tires and changed them out. That fixed the shaking issue. Great job. They definently earned my business going forward.

I called about getting my lawn mower tires serviced. They have a product ( industrial sealant) that can seal tires. Before I could sit down and wait they were done. Way worth the drive. Great service. Friendly staff.

I walked in with a troublesome tire thinking man these people are probably going to tell me my brand new car needs new tires because I’m a woman. I WAS SO VERY WRONG! They fixed my TIRE FOR FREE!!! They were polite and very kind! And I offered numerous times to pay them and they refused since it was just a tire stem. What they didn’t know was my Grandmother was in temple for a doctors appointment and that we needed so badly to be reminded some people are kind just because they can be! Thank you MATT AND DORA!!!! Great Discount Tire alternative. I have bought 2 sets of tires for my truck from McGuires. They have a great helpful staff and can normally get right to work on your vehicle. I have not used them for more than tire service, but I believe they do some maintenance as well. They have always been helpful and straight up with me.

I was really impressed my first visit. They are a local small business and had great prices. The positive impression was short-lived. About three weeks after purchasing four new tires my low pressure alarm activated. I took it in and they “repaired” the leak for free. Three weeks later, another leak and another free “repair.” This issue became habitual to the point that you set your watch by it. After months of taking it back to McGuire Tire, I had been told that they couldn’t find any leaks, a nail was in one of the tires, that the tires had blemeshes from the manufacturer, and that my three year old wheels were corroded. Each time the guy at the front desk became progressively more impatient and eventually rude. During my many hours in their waiting room, I witnessed several other displeased customers who were treated disrespectfully. I finally gave up and went back to the dealership where they identified leaks around the rim on both rear tires and successfully repaired the problems. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

After being a loyal Discount Tire customer for many years, I have switched my loyalty entirely to McGuire Tire! Low pressure staff, quick service and trustworthy expertise, this shop will have my business forever! Never looking back!

I really wanted to like this place. There are so few small family-owned businesses around anymore. I actually tried them three times. The first two times I thought maybe they were just having an off day. The 3rd time there was no mistaking this was not a place I wanted to go back to. The common issue in all three of the visits was one of the staff who waited on me. He was not very nice and bordered on rudeness. The last visit was the deciding factor. I went to the desk when I arrived, I stood there for a couple of minutes and unfortunately, this same staff came out to wait on me. He asked what I needed and I told him. He turned around and went into one of the offices and then back outside into the service bay area. With my keys still in my hand Im thinking surely this guy is coming back in to finish waiting on me. It was bizarre to say the least. Another staff person comes in and asks if Ive been waited on. Told him I thought I had been and explained what had just happened. He told me the other guy had hurt his back and was on medication and to just disregard his behavior. I told him there was no excuse for that kind of treatment and it was poor customer service. This guy took my keys and was the one to tell me when my truck was ready. Unfortunately, I drove all the way home before I noticed my low tire pressure indicator on. I checked my tires. They were all under 30lbs of pressure. McGuire didnt check the tire pressure after working on them. I live too far away to go back so I aired them up myself. Save yourself the frustration and go to the other small family-owned business in town. They treat you very well and do a great job. They want to earn your business.

Awesome service!! We were on our way to Florida for our family vacation when I noticed that my drivers side front tire was almost bald on the inside running tread. I knew that the alignment camber was off and we needed a new tire ASAP! Despite being very busy that Saturday, they got us in and out with an alignment and new tire in about 2 hours. They told us 2-3 hours and kept to their word. Excellent business, very friendly, great waiting area and good Wi-Fi. They even let us come in with our dog and bird while we waited. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great owners and management. Fair prices on tires. Did have some recent issues with young tire tech.Purcahsed 4 new Transforce HT Tires. Asked for my spare to be rotated into the new drive tires. Here were my post service issues:1. It looked like the tech changed someones oil in my drivers seat. Grease and oil in the seat and armrest section of my center console.2. After I left, I noticed my TPMS warning light going off. After getting home figured out that tech did not put the TPMS on new tire and spare rim and mounted it back under the truck.3. Tech never changed the sensor location in the truck system for the remaining tires mounted. Locations are all off.3a. Also, I asked the tech to please put 70lbs all the way around on all tires when I went out to check the brake pad wear. Pessure varied from 60psi to 75 psi when checked cold at home.4. I opted to just drop the spare with TPMS sensor and put on myself after cleaning my seat. When I did the tire only had 30lbs of air in it. The Transforce HT requires at least 65lbs. Not good.I dont write this to berate McGuire but to point out quality issues that are easily improved upon. Additinally, noticed the Tech spent alot of time on his phone while performing my service. Could have quite a bit to do with my issues:).Cell phones in a shop and on the floor are known to be a leading cause of quality defects in repairs due to distraction.Im sure McGuire will address and continue with the outstanding service most of their techs provide.

Amazing service

I initially received great service but after my alignment was finished Ive had problems with bolts coming loose, they were not willing to fix the problem without being paid for another alignment, paid 3 times in a year and still not fixed. Another shop fixed it first time, told me the right upper control arm bolts and right outter tierod threads were stripped. Im very unhappy with how McGuire handled my vehicle. And refused to repair their mistake.

They were friendly and professional. My tire had a slow leak. They fixed it.

Since i bought my tires to them i been taking my car for oil change or anything else i need to fix on my car they only charged me once i will say is a great place to take you car if you dont want to pay tons of money @ your local dealer which always hapens to me im glad i found McGuire the only down side is the customer services one brother is nice the other one no that much overall. Its a good place to take care of your car when it need it.

I wanted to give my business to Mcguires. I called about 4 tires and dealt with Jeff. He is borderline rude in his demeanor and tone. I asked if they did a price match and that EZ Tire in Temple had them for less. His response was well I dont know what salesman you talked to before (sarcastically).I was immediately frustrated in the fact that I hate it when the answer to what Im asking isnt at all an answer. I tried saying again that EZ Tire had them for less and as the last word was coming out of my mouth Jeff said Well go get them. My frustration turned to anger and I said ill do just that Jeff ill go get them.NEVER will I consider them again. #MCGUIRESFAIL
